The sliding and folding tablet personal computer protective cover assembly according to claim 1, wherein the pair of first sliding members are a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail, the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail extend along a long side frame of the tablet personal computer or extend along a short side frame of the tablet personal computer, the pair of second sliding members include a first sliding shaft and a second sliding shaft, the first sliding shaft is arranged on one side of the protective cover corresponding to the first sliding rail, the second sliding shaft is arranged on the other side of the protective cover corresponding to the second sliding rail, the first sliding shaft is matched with the first sliding rail, and the second sliding shaft is matched with the second sliding rail, so that the protective cover can move back and forth on the base.
