The present invention proposes a wearable device, which can be understood to include: wrist-wearable watches, smart watches or smart bracelets, ankle-wearable motion monitoring modules, head-wearable 3D display devices, and the like.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the wearable device includes:
an apparatus body having a housing 100, the opposite sides of an end of the housing 100 being provided with mounting holes 110, the mounting holes 110 having mounting openings 111;
The belt body 200, the end of the belt body 200 is provided with a connecting shaft 300, and the end of the connecting shaft 300 enters and exits the mounting hole 110 from the mounting opening 111; and
The adjusting member 400 is rotatably disposed in the mounting hole 110 to openably and closably close the mounting opening 111.
It can be understood that two opposite mounting holes 110 are respectively provided at two ends of the housing 100, the two mounting holes 110 at one end of the housing 100 should be provided with opposite openings, and the belt 200 is connected to the main body of the apparatus by correspondingly mounting two ends of the connecting shaft 300 provided at one end of the belt 200 to the two mounting holes 110 at one end of the housing 100. Specifically, the mounting holes 110 are provided at the sides thereof with mounting openings 111, and free ends of the mounting openings 111 of the two mounting holes 110 provided at one end of the housing 100 are provided opposite to each other, and both ends of the connection shaft 300 enter the corresponding mounting holes 110 through the corresponding mounting openings 111. Further, when the adjusting member 400 rotates in the mounting hole 110 to not block the mounting opening 111, that is, the mounting opening 111 is opened, both ends of the connecting shaft 300 can be moved into and out of the mounting hole 110 through the mounting opening 111; after the two ends of the connection shaft 300 enter the mounting holes 110, the two ends of the connection shaft 300 are fixedly mounted in the mounting holes 110 by rotating the adjusting member 400 to block the mounting openings 111, so that the belt body 200 is locked to the apparatus body.
In the wearable device of the present invention, when the device body and the band body 200 are assembled, the adjustment member 400 is rotated in the mounting hole 110 to not block the mounting opening 111 so that the mounting opening 111 is opened and the end of the connection shaft 300 can pass through and thus enter the mounting hole 110, and then the adjustment member 400 is rotated to block the mounting opening 111 so that the band body 200 can be locked to the device body; when the device main body and the belt body 200 are detached, the adjusting member 400 is driven to rotate until the mounting opening 111 is not blocked, the mounting opening 111 is opened for the end of the connecting shaft 300 to pass through and withdraw from the mounting hole 110, and the belt body 200 is separated from the device main body. Through carrying out simple operation to regulating part 400, can conveniently and rapidly realize the dismouting of area body 200 and equipment main part, be favorable to promoting the operation experience that the user changed area body 200.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the adjusting member 400 is provided with a first mounting groove 410, and after the adjusting member 400 is rotated to open the mounting opening 111, the first mounting groove 410 communicates with the mounting opening 111, and the end of the connecting shaft 300 can enter from the mounting opening 111 and be mounted in the first mounting groove 410. After the installation opening 111 is opened, the notch of the first installation groove 410 is arranged corresponding to the installation opening 111, the end of the connecting shaft 300 passes through the installation opening 111 and the notch of the first installation groove 410 in sequence, and then enters the first installation groove 410, after the adjusting piece 400 rotates to close the installation opening 111, the notch of the first installation groove 410 is staggered with the installation opening 111, and the end of the connecting shaft 300 is installed in the first installation groove 410, so that the connecting shaft 300 is limited in the installation hole 110. In particular, the groove bottom of the first mounting groove 410 is provided in an arc-shaped structure to avoid interference with the end of the connection shaft 300 when the adjustment member 400 rotates in the mounting hole 110. Of course, in other embodiments, the adjusting member 400 may be disposed in the mounting hole 110 in a foldable manner, and after the adjusting member 400 is folded, the mounting opening 111 is opened, and after the end of the connecting shaft 300 enters the mounting hole 110, the end of the connecting shaft is not interfered by the adjusting member 400.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the adjusting member 400 has a toggle portion 420, and the toggle portion 420 is exposed outside the mounting opening 111. The user can drive the adjusting member 400 to rotate by toggling the toggling part 420 to open or close the mounting opening 111, so that the operation is very simple and convenient, and the operation experience of the user for replacing the belt body 200 can be further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, an adjusting groove may be formed on the wall of the mounting hole 110 to allow the poking portion 420 of the adjusting member 400 to penetrate, so that the poking portion 420 can be exposed out of the mounting hole 110.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the adjusting member 400 is convexly provided with a coupling protrusion 430 at a side close to the hole wall of the mounting hole 110. That is, the adjusting member 400 contacts the hole wall of the mounting hole 110 through the connection protrusion 430, so that the contact area between the adjusting member 400 and the mounting hole 110 is greatly reduced, and thus, when the adjusting member 400 rotates relative to the mounting hole 110, the friction between the adjusting member 400 and the hole wall of the mounting hole 110 can be greatly reduced, so as to reduce the rotation resistance of the adjusting member 400, thereby being more convenient for the user to operate, and further improving the operation experience of the user to replace the belt body 200. Of course, in other embodiments, the contact area between the adjusting member 400 and the hole wall of the mounting hole 110 may be reduced by providing the connecting protrusion 430 on the hole wall of the mounting hole 110; or a rolling structure is arranged on the outer side of the adjusting piece 400 or the hole wall of the mounting hole 110 to change the friction between the two from sliding friction to rolling friction, so that the aim of reducing the rotation resistance of the adjusting piece 400 can be achieved.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the housing 100 is provided with the reset member 500, and the reset member 500 acts on the regulating member 400, enabling the regulating member 400 to have a tendency to block the mounting opening 111. After the connecting shaft 300 enters the mounting hole 110, the user removes the acting force applied to the poking part 420, and the adjusting member 400 automatically resets under the action of the resetting member 500 to seal the mounting opening 111, so that the connecting shaft 300 is limited in the mounting hole 110, and the belt body 200 is locked to the apparatus main body. In this way, the convenience of the assembly of the belt body 200 and the device main body can be further improved, so that the operation experience of the user for replacing the belt body 200 is further improved. In addition, when the apparatus body is independently idle, the regulating member 400 can be stably in a state of blocking the mounting opening 111 due to the reset member 500, so as to prevent dust from entering the mounting hole 110. Of course, in other embodiments, a limiting structure may be provided on the housing 100, and when the adjusting member 400 seals the mounting opening 111, the adjusting member 400 is limited by the limiting structure of the housing 100, and after the user releases the cooperation between the adjusting member 400 and the limiting structure, the user can toggle the toggle part 420 to rotate the adjusting member 400, so as to open the mounting opening 111.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the housing 100 is formed with the second mounting groove 120 communicating with the mounting hole 110, and the reset member 500 is mounted to the second mounting groove 120. In this way, the reset member 500 will act on the adjustment member 400 outside the mounting hole 110 without interfering with the connection shaft 300 or with the rotation of the adjustment member 400. Of course, in other embodiments, the reset element 500 may be directly mounted in the mounting hole 110, so long as the reset element 500 is prevented from interfering with other components.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the hole wall of the mounting hole 110 is opened with a connection opening 112, and the second mounting groove 120 is communicated with the mounting hole 110 through the connection opening 112; the adjusting member 400 has a positioning portion 440, the positioning portion 440 extends from the mounting hole 110 to the second mounting groove 120 through the connection opening 112, and the resetting member 500 acts on the adjusting member 400 until the positioning portion 440 abuts against the opening wall of the connection opening 112, and the adjusting member 400 seals the mounting opening 111. By the positioning function of the positioning portion 440 abutting against the mouth wall of the connection opening 112, the regulator 400 can be prevented from continuing to move under the action of inertia. When the adjusting member 400 rotates to block the mounting opening 111, the positioning portion 440 abuts against the opening wall of the connecting opening 112 to prevent the adjusting member 400 from continuing to rotate in the same direction, and the resetting member 500 acts on the adjusting member 400 to prevent the adjusting member 400 from rotating reversely, so that the adjusting member 400 can be stably located in a state of blocking the mounting opening 111. When the mounting opening 111 is opened, the toggle part 420 abuts against one of the walls of the mounting opening 111, and the mounting opening 111 is completely opened. Of course, in other embodiments, the toggle portion 420 may also play a role in positioning during the process of blocking the mounting opening 111, and the mounting opening 111 is blocked by the toggle portion 420 against the other opening wall of the mounting opening 111.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the reset member 500 is provided as a spring, one end of which is fixedly coupled to one end of the second mounting groove 120 remote from the mounting hole 110, and the other end of which is used to act on the adjustment member 400. Without loss of generality, in this embodiment, the spring exerts a force on the adjustment member 400 by acting on the positioning portion 440. Of course, in other embodiments, the spring may also act on other portions of the adjusting member 400, and the reset member 500 may also be configured as a spring plate, elastic rubber, or the like.
When the user pulls the pulling part 420 to drive the adjusting member 400 to rotate so that the mounting opening 111 is gradually opened, the positioning part 440 gradually compresses the spring, and in this process, the spring can accumulate elastic potential energy. Thus, when the user removes the force applied to the toggle portion 420, the spring releases the elastic potential energy, and applies the elastic force to the positioning portion 440 to rotate the adjusting portion, the mounting opening 111 is gradually blocked until the positioning portion 440 abuts against the wall of the connecting opening 112, the mounting opening 111 is completely blocked, and the adjusting member 400 stops rotating. At this time, the elastic potential energy of the spring can be completely released to restore the natural state, so that the user can stir the spring at the back; or still in a certain elastic compression state to provide a certain locking force.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting hole 110 is a blind hole, the orifice of the mounting hole 110 is provided with a limiting portion, the limiting portion is provided with a yielding groove 610, and the notch of the yielding groove 610 is arranged corresponding to the mounting opening 111 for the connection shaft 300 to enter and exit; the limiting portion covers a portion of the mounting hole 110 such that the adjustment member 400 is limited to the mounting hole 110. Therefore, the limiting portion can limit the adjusting member 400, so that the adjusting member 400 can be stably mounted in the mounting hole 110 without interfering with the inlet and outlet of the connecting shaft 300.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the apparatus body further includes a limiting stopper 600, and the limiting stopper 600 is formed as a separate member and then coupled to the housing 100 to form a limiting portion. That is, the limit groove travels on the limit blade 600. In this way, after the reset member 500 and the adjusting member 400 are mounted, the limiting stopper 600 is connected to the housing 100, so that the apparatus body can be conveniently manufactured and assembled. Alternatively, the stop tab 600 may be attached to the housing 100 by adhesive, welding, screwing, or snap-fit connection. Further, the limiting block 600 further has an extension 620 formed to extend from the bottom of the relief groove 610 toward a direction away from the notch of the relief groove 610, and the extension 620 is used to cover the second mounting groove 120. Of course, in other embodiments, the housing 100 may be integrally formed with the stopper, and the mounting opening 111, the adjusting member 400, and the spring may be appropriately sized to enable the spring to be mounted in the second mounting groove 120 from the mounting opening 111, and the adjusting member 400 may be mounted in the mounting hole 110 from the mounting opening 111.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting hole 110 is configured as a blind hole, and a buffer member 700 is disposed between the bottom wall of the mounting hole 110 and the adjusting member 400, and the buffer member 700 is configured to be elastically fitted to the end of the connecting shaft 300. It is understood that different bands 200 may be provided with different lengths of connecting shafts 300. In this embodiment, after the connecting shafts 300 with different lengths are mounted in the mounting holes 110, the ends of the connecting shafts 300 act on the buffer members 700 to cause the buffer members 700 to deform to different extents, so that the two ends of the connecting shafts 300 with different lengths are elastically matched by the buffer members 700 to limit the axial displacement of the connecting shafts 300 between the two mounting holes 110, and ensure that the connecting shafts 300 can be stably mounted in the mounting holes 110, thereby improving the connection stability of the belt body 200 and the device body. In this embodiment, the material of the buffer member 700 is an elastic silica gel material or an elastic rubber material without loss of generality. Of course, in other embodiments, the cushioning member 700 may be other resilient materials, such as springs, resilient sponges, and the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the buffer member 700 has an open ring shape, and the opening of the buffer member 700 is disposed corresponding to the mounting opening 111. The end of the connecting shaft 300 can enter the inner ring of the buffer member 700 through the mounting opening 111 and the opening of the buffer member 700 in sequence in the process of being mounted into the mounting hole 110, so that interference on the end of the connecting shaft 300 can be further reduced, and the operation experience of a user for replacing the belt body 200 can be further improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the buffer member 700 may be provided in a sheet shape, and the end of the connecting shaft 300 may press the buffer member 700 into the mounting hole 110 due to the certain elasticity of the buffer member 700.
The foregoing description is only of the optional embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all the equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
