(S1) placing the heel and the upper leather on the surface of a flat cutter machine to ensure that the thickness of the heel and the upper leather is uniform and 6mm, bonding the three layers of base leather together when the thickness is insufficient, placing the three layers of base leather in a flattening machine, flattening for 2 hours, standing for 16 hours, and then cutting for use;
(S2) placing the heel surface leather in a standard explorator used for milling, and then sanding the heel surface part by using a sanding wheel to realize primary sanding;
(S3) after primary sanding, milling the redundant part of the heel surface by using a platform profiling bottom edge milling machine, brushing water to soften again after milling is finished, and then sanding by using No. 0 gauze to realize fine sanding;
(S4), after sanding, the surface of the bristle brush wheel is stained with a paraffin block, the shoe heel surface leather is polished and waxed until the polished part forms a brownish red smooth leather surface, and the shoe heel surface is dried for 4 hours after being coated with a bottom surface;
(S5), in test tubes according to the ratio of the light slurry: a worm glue solution: the mildew preventive is 1:3:4ml, the coating agent is prepared, the surface coated on the bottom surface is sprayed, after the first spraying is finished, the mixture is kept stand for 2 hours, then the second spraying is carried out, after the second spraying is naturally dried, the second spraying is covered with soft nitro varnish, and finally the second spraying is naturally dried.
