The cutting channel 5 is composed of the middle portion of the lower hopper 7, the blanking hole 18 of the first support 15, the first cutting hole 26, the second mounting hole 23 on the first fluted disc 14, the second cutting hole 34, the second mounting hole 23 on the second fluted disc 31, the third cutting hole 43 and the second mounting hole 23 on the third fluted disc 40.
And, the boss 22 on the first toothed disc 14 is disposed in the middle of the second support member 32, the boss 22 on the second toothed disc 31 is disposed in the middle of the third support member 41, and the boss 22 on the third toothed disc 40 is disposed in the discharge hopper 3 through the fourth plane bearing 39 and the cutting box 2.
The discharging hopper 3 is provided with a material limiting member 56, and the material limiting member 56 supports against the cut material to prevent the material from directly falling down to cause uneven cutting of part of the material in the cutting channel 5. When the uniformity of the material cut needs to be adjusted, only the distance between the limiting member 58 and the protrusions 22 on the third toothed disc 40 needs to be changed, and when the distance between the limiting member 58 and the protrusions 22 on the third toothed disc 40 is larger, the uniformity of the cut is lower. The uniformity of the cut is higher when the distance between the limiting member 58 and the boss 22 on the third toothed disc 40 is smaller.
The material restriction member 56 is provided with a fixing member 57, a restriction member 58, and a push-pull rod 59. The fixing part 57 is installed on the outer wall of the discharge hopper 3, and the fixing part 57 is C-shaped. The limiting part 58 is arranged inside the discharging hopper 3, the fixing part 57 is provided with a limiting part 60, the push-pull rod 59 is arranged in the middle of the limiting part 60, and one end of the push-pull rod 59 penetrates through the discharging hopper 3 to be connected with the limiting part 58. The push-pull rod 59 is provided with a push-pull plate 61, the push-pull plate 61 is positioned in the middle of the fixing member 57, the fixing member 57 is provided with a guide rod 62, and the push-pull plate 61 is slidably mounted on the guide rod 62. The guide rod 62 is provided with a first spring 63 and a second spring 64, the first spring 63 is positioned between the push-pull plate 61 and the fixing member 57, and the second spring 64 is positioned between the push-pull plate 61 and the discharge hopper 3. When the straight waist of the restriction member 58 comes into contact with the hopper 3, the first spring 63 and the second spring 64 are in a natural state. When the limiting member 58 moves toward the protrusion 22 of the third toothed disc 40, the first spring 63 is stretched and the second spring 64 is compressed.
The push-pull rod 59 has a push-pull portion 65 at one end and a threaded portion 66 at the other end, and the restriction member 58 has a threaded hole 67 therein, the threaded portion 66 being disposed in the threaded hole 67.
Meanwhile, the push-pull plate 61 can move on the guide rod 62, and the guide rod 62 is fixed on the fixing member 57 and cannot move on the fixing member 57.
The limiting piece 58 is in a right trapezoid shape in cross section, the inclined waist of the limiting piece 58 is provided with a triangular protrusion 68, and the triangular protrusion 68 is used for supporting materials, so that the roughness of the surface of the limiting piece is large, the materials are prevented from directly falling, and the materials can stay for a long time. The dwell time of the material is varied according to the distance to the lugs 22 on the third cog 40. The limiting member 58 is provided with ball head pieces 69 on two end faces, the limiting member 58 is provided with a mounting groove 70, and the ball head pieces 69 are placed in the mounting groove 70. The ball head piece 69 can ensure that a gap exists between the limiting piece 58 and the discharging hopper 3, and materials are prevented from falling into the gap, so that the limiting piece 58 cannot move. The discharge hopper 3 is provided with a sliding groove 71, the limiting member 58 is provided with a baffle plate 72, and the baffle plate 72 is arranged in the sliding groove 71. The stop plate 72 prevents the limiting member 58 from falling to the connection between the push-pull rod 59 and the limiting member 58 when the limiting member 58 moves to the lower end of the boss 22 of the third toothed disc 40.
The limiting member 60 has a planar portion 73, the planar portion 73 has a first limiting hole 74, the push-pull rod 59 has a second limiting hole 75, and one of the first limiting hole 74 and the second limiting hole 75 has a limiting pin 76. The push-pull rod 59 is slidable in the middle of the stopper 60. When the push-pull plate 61 is adjusted so that the first limit hole 74 corresponds to the second limit hole 75, the position of the push-pull rod 59 is limited by inserting the limit pin 76, and the position of the limit member 58 is fixed.
Moreover, a discharging gap 77 exists between the oblique waist of the limiting part 58 and the discharging hopper 3, and the discharging gap 77 can enable the cut material level to fall down, so that the material accumulation and blockage are avoided.

Claims (5)

1. A straw material cutting apparatus, comprising:
a support table for supporting the respective components;
the cutting box is used for cutting materials and is arranged on the side surface of the supporting platform; and
the discharging hopper is used for discharging materials cut in the cutting box and is arranged at the lower end of the cutting box;
wherein the interior of the cutting box has a cutting member and a driving member, the cutting member comprising: the blanking hopper is arranged at the upper end of the cutting box and is provided with a main body part, an installation part and an extension part, and an installation gap is formed between the installation part and the extension part;
the first cutting assembly is mounted at the lower end of the discharging hopper, a first plane bearing is arranged between the first cutting assembly and the top wall of the cutting box, the first cutting assembly is provided with a first fluted disc, a first supporting piece and a first cutting disc, and the first supporting piece and the first cutting disc are mounted in the middle of the first fluted disc; the first support is provided with a guide part which is arranged in the mounting gap;
the second cutting assembly is arranged at the lower end of the first cutting assembly, a second plane bearing is arranged between the second cutting assembly and the first cutting assembly, the second cutting assembly is provided with a second fluted disc, a second supporting piece and a second cutting disc, and the second supporting piece and the second cutting disc are arranged between the second fluted disc;
a third cutting assembly mounted to a lower end of the second cutting assembly, the third cutting assembly and the second cutting assembly having a third planar bearing therebetween and a fourth planar bearing therebetween, the third cutting assembly having a third chainring, a third support member and a third cutting chainring, the third support member and the third cutting chainring being mounted intermediate the third chainring;
the middle of the first cutting disc is provided with a first cutting hole, the interior of the first cutting hole is provided with a first cutting knife which is downwards inclined, and the middle area of the first cutting knife is provided with a first cutting chamber;
a second cutting hole is formed in the middle of the second cutting disc, a second cutting knife extending downwards is arranged inside the second cutting hole, and a second cutting chamber is formed in the middle area of the second cutting knife;
a third cutting hole is formed in the middle of the third cutting disc, third cutting knives staggered downwards are arranged in the third cutting hole, and a third cutting chamber is formed in the middle area of each third cutting knife;
the first cutting knife extends into the first fluted disc, the second cutting knife extends into the second fluted disc, the third cutting knife extends into the third fluted disc, the direction directions of the first cutting knife and the third cutting knife are opposite, and the sizes of the cavities of the first cutting chamber, the second cutting chamber and the third cutting chamber are gradually reduced;
the material limiting device comprises a discharge hopper, a limiting component and a push-pull rod, wherein the discharge hopper is provided with the material limiting component, the limiting component is arranged on the outer wall of the discharge hopper, the limiting component is arranged in the discharge hopper, the limiting component is arranged on the fixing component, the push-pull rod is arranged in the middle of the limiting component, one end of the push-pull rod penetrates through the discharge hopper and is connected with the limiting component, the push-pull rod is provided with a push-pull plate, the push-pull plate is positioned in the middle of the fixing component, the fixing component is provided with a guide rod, the push-pull plate is slidably arranged on the guide rod, the guide rod is provided with a first spring and a second spring, the first spring is positioned between the push-pull plate and the fixing component, and the second spring is positioned between the push-pull plate and the discharge hopper; the section of the limiting piece is in a right trapezoid shape, and the inclined waist of the right trapezoid faces the third fluted disc;
the gears of the driving member are respectively engaged with the teeth of the first, second and third fluted discs, drive the first and third fluted discs to rotate in the same direction and opposite to the second fluted disc, and sequentially reduce the cutting speeds of the first, second and third cutting discs.

The straw feedstock cutting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the drive member includes a motor having a first rotational axis, first and second gears mounted on the first rotational axis, a second and third rotational axis at a lower end of the top wall of the cutting box, third and fourth gears mounted on the second rotational axis, a fifth gear mounted on the third rotational axis, the first and third gears being in meshing engagement, the second and third gears being in meshing engagement, the fourth and third gears being in meshing engagement, the third and fifth gears being in meshing engagement, the fifth gear being in meshing engagement with the first gear.

The straw feedstock cutting apparatus of claim 2, wherein the first gear has a diameter that is twice a diameter of a second gear, the second gear having a diameter that is equal to a diameter of a third gear, the third gear having a diameter that is twice a diameter of a fourth gear, the fourth gear having a diameter that is equal to a diameter of a fifth gear.
4. The straw feedstock cutting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the limiting member has a triangular protrusion at its diagonal waist, the limiting member has bulbous members at both ends, the discharge hopper has a sliding slot, and the limiting member has a baffle plate disposed in the sliding slot.
5. The straw material cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the position-limiting member has a planar portion, the planar portion has a first position-limiting hole, the push-pull rod has a second position-limiting hole, and one of the first position-limiting hole and the second position-limiting hole has a position-limiting pin.
