If the user terminal uses the cloud storage service in the non-signed place for a long time, cloud storage data on a central data server and a regional data server in the signed place can be deleted, and the capacity of the server is saved.
Specifically, after the central data server in the non-signed place stores the cloud storage data of the user terminal, the cloud storage management server controls the regional data server in the signed place to delete the cloud storage data of the user terminal; or the cloud storage management server controls the area-level data server of the signed place and the central data server of the signed place to delete the cloud storage data of the user terminal.
In addition, when the user terminal returns to the administration range of the central data server of the signed place or goes to the administration range of the central data server of the next non-signed place, the central data server of the current non-signed place and the regional data server of the current non-signed place stop service, and the cloud storage data of the user terminal is deleted after being synchronized to the central data server of the signed place. And the corresponding regional data server in the non-contract place also deletes the cloud storage data of the user terminal and stops the service.

the cloud storage management server judges whether the user terminal leaves the jurisdiction region range of the regional data server of the signed place or not according to the position information and the signed place and reaches the jurisdiction region range of the regional data server of the non-signed place, if so, the cloud storage management server controls the central data server and sends the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the regional data server of the non-signed place; the regional data server in the non-signed place receives and stores the cloud storage data of the user terminal sent by the central data server, provides cloud storage service for the user terminal, and synchronizes the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server;
otherwise, the cloud storage management server controls the regional data server which governs the signed area to provide cloud storage service for the user terminal, and synchronizes the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server.

The communication base station-based data cloud storage service system of claim 1, wherein: the regional data servers are divided into two or more levels according to preset hierarchical levels; the level of the region position deployed by the upper-level regional data server is greater than the level of the region position deployed by the lower-level regional data server;
and the cloud storage management server controls the zone-level data server of the corresponding level to provide cloud storage service for the user terminal according to the cloud storage service level signed by the user terminal, and synchronizes the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server.

The communication base station-based data cloud storage service system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: and the cloud storage management server judges whether the user terminal leaves the administration range of the regional data server of the non-signed place or not according to the position information and the signed place, if so, the cloud storage management server controls the regional data server of the non-signed place, and deletes the cloud storage data of the user terminal and stops service after synchronizing the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server.

the central data server of the non-contract place receives and stores cloud storage data of the user terminal and sends the cloud storage data to a regional data server which governs the position information range;
and the regional data server receives and stores the cloud storage data of the user terminal, provides cloud storage service for the user terminal, and synchronizes the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server of the non-signed place.

The communication base station-based data cloud storage service system of claim 4, wherein: and the cloud storage management server judges whether the user terminal leaves the administration range of a central data server of a non-signed place or not according to the position information and the signed place, if so, the cloud storage management server controls the central data server of the non-signed place, and deletes the cloud storage data of the user terminal after synchronizing the cloud storage data of the user terminal with the central data server of the signed place.
6. A data cloud storage service method based on a communication base station is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1, a base station monitors the position of a user in real time and reports the position information of the user to a core network; the core network sends the position information and the signing place of the user terminal to the cloud storage management server;
s2, the cloud storage management server judges whether the user terminal leaves the administration region range of the regional data server of the signed place or not according to the position information and the signed place and reaches the administration region range of the regional data server of the non-signed place, if so, the cloud storage management server controls the central data server to send the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the regional data server of the non-signed place, and the regional data server of the non-signed place receives and stores the cloud storage data of the user terminal sent by the central data server and provides cloud storage service for the user terminal; synchronizing cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server;
otherwise, controlling a regional data server which governs the signing place to provide cloud storage service for the user terminal; synchronizing the cloud storage data of the user terminal to a central data server; the central data server governs a plurality of regional data servers which respectively govern different regional ranges.
7. The communication base station-based data cloud storage service method of claim 6, wherein: before the step S1, the method further includes the steps of:
s0. the district level data server is divided into two or more stages according to the preset grading level; the level of the region position deployed by the upper-level regional data server is greater than the level of the region position deployed by the lower-level regional data server;
the step S2 further includes: and the cloud storage management server controls the zone-level data server of the corresponding level to provide cloud storage service for the user terminal according to the cloud storage service level signed by the user terminal, and synchronizes the cloud storage data of the user terminal to the central data server.
