Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for interacting running state information of power secondary equipment, belonging to the technical field of power equipment, wherein the method comprises the following steps: checking whether telemetering is out of limit or not according to a preset limit value, and if telemetering is out of limit or timing updating is carried out, sending a change telemetering message to a secondary monitoring system main station; checking and judging whether the remote signaling value changes or not, and sending a remote signaling message to a secondary monitoring system master station when the remote signaling value changes or is updated regularly; the secondary monitoring system main station is used for receiving and processing the remote measuring information and the remote signaling information; and receiving a data reading value request sent by the primary station of the secondary monitoring system, and returning the measurement value according to the specified parameters.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a device for interaction of running state information of electric power secondary equipment, and belongs to the technical field of electric power equipment.
Background
The secondary monitoring system mainly realizes the functions of real-time monitoring, comprehensive alarming, risk early warning and global comprehensive analysis of the secondary system through the functions of unified modeling, data acquisition and exchange, real-time data processing and the like of secondary equipment. The server of the secondary monitoring system is deployed in a safety II area of a main station, and the acquisition end is deployed in a safety I area and is used for converging the running state information of various secondary devices in the safety area and acquiring real-time data such as remote measurement, remote communication and the like from the main station of a secondary professional subsystem (such as automation, information protection, safety control, network security and the like) through a message/service bus.
Because the real-time data transmission from the safety I area to the safety II area needs to pass through the forward isolation equipment, no mature technology is available at present to realize the transmission and synchronization of the real-time data from the safety I area to the safety II area and ensure the real-time performance of the data state. The detailed problems are explained as follows:
the first is that: the current technology cannot ensure the real-time performance of data synchronization, the current transmission from a safety I area to a safety II area is basically minute-level transmission, and a secondary monitoring system needs to realize second-level data state synchronization;
secondly, the following steps: the operation states of original safety control, protection and automation equipment do not define the same data state transmission protocol and standard, so the original technology can not ensure that the three major data of safety control, protection and automation are synchronized to the safety area II from the safety area I in real time.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the running state information interaction device for the power secondary equipment provided by the invention has the advantages that firstly, the real-time synchronization of the running states of the secondary equipment from the safe I area to the safe II area is realized; secondly, the standardized protocol transmission of various types of secondary equipment such as security control, protection, automation and the like is realized, the problem that different types of data cannot be uniformly synchronized is solved, and the method can be used for transmission even if new secondary equipment types are added; and thirdly, bidirectional interaction from the safety I area to the safety II area is realized, and real-time request and synchronization of the change data are realized.

The application process of the method and the device for interacting the running state information of the secondary power equipment provided by the embodiment specifically relates to the following steps:
step one, telemetering out-of-limit/updating uploading process
When the remote measuring value is over the dead zone and over the upper (upper) limit and the lower (lower) limit, the change remote measuring data is actively transmitted. The secondary professional subsystem master station should provide this function, and the secondary monitoring system master station should possess the processing power of receiving.
