When the silica gel water absorption beads 14 inside the dehumidification box 4 are saturated, the PLC 39 detects that the pressure applied to the dehumidification box 4 reaches a specified value through the pressure sensor 17 inside the dehumidification box 4, the PLC controller 39 instructs the operation of the rotary solenoid valve 42 on the dehumidifying cartridge 4 to hermetically cover the cover plate 41 on the top of the dehumidifying cartridge 4, then the PLC 39 instructs the electric heating pad 16 inside the dehumidifying box 4 to work to dry the silica gel water-absorbing beads 14, the water vapor evaporated from the silica gel water-absorbing beads 14 is discharged to the outside through the air outlet pipe 33, when the silica gel water absorption beads 14 are dried (i.e. when the PLC 39 detects that the pressure applied by the silica gel water absorption beads is reduced to a specified value through the pressure sensor 17 in the dehumidification box 4), the PLC 39 instructs the electric heating pad 16 in the dehumidification box 4 to stop working, and instructs the rotary solenoid valve 42 of the dehumidifying cartridge 4 to operate so as to unscrew the cover plate 41 from the top of the dehumidifying cartridge 4.
It should be noted that the heating process of the electric heating pad 16 on the silica gel water-absorbing beads 14 is gradually increased in temperature, and the maximum heating temperature is between 100 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the water content in the silica gel water-absorbing beads 14 can be reused after being controlled below 2%.
It is noted that, in the present embodiment, in order to protect the service life of the pressure sensor 17, the movable plate 15 needs to be made of a heat insulating material.
The outer side wall of the cabinet 1 is further provided with a display screen and a key module 44 controlled by the PLC controller 39, so that a user can manually select the working state or working mode of the air pump 35, the electric heating pad 16, the rotary electromagnetic valve 42, and the like through the key module 44, wherein the display screen displays the working state or working mode of the air pump 35, the electric heating pad 16, the rotary electromagnetic valve 42, and the state of the power module 38. The outer side wall of the cabinet 1 is further provided with an electrical interface 45 matched with the power module 38, so that the power module 38 can be connected with the AC220V commercial power through the electrical interface 45 and charged.
Example two:
the damping spring 10 used in the positioning plate 3 is replaced by a whole airbag 48, the airbag 48 is filled with non-Newtonian fluid, and the surface of the airbag 48 is coated with high-strength high-modulus polyethylene fibers to form a protective film 49; and the structure in the first embodiment of the rest product structures in the present embodiment is the same.
