Abstract

The arm support module 2 comprises a first section arm 21, a second section arm 22, a third section arm 23, a fourth section arm 24, a fifth section arm 25 and a concrete conveying arm 26; the motor shaft of the main motor 4 is connected to one end of the first knuckle arm 21, and the other end of the first knuckle arm 21 is provided with a first motor 211; a motor shaft of the first motor 211 is connected to one end of the second arm 22, and a second motor 221 is arranged at the other end of the second arm 22; a motor shaft of the second motor 221 is connected to one end of the third arm 23, and the other end of the third arm 23 is provided with a third motor 231; a motor shaft of the third motor 231 is connected to one end of the fourth arm 24, and the other end of the fourth arm 24 is provided with a fourth motor 241; a motor shaft of the fourth motor 241 is connected to one end of the fifth arm 25, and the other end of the fifth arm 25 is provided with a fifth motor 251; the motor shaft of the fifth motor 251 is connected to the concrete transfer arm 26.

The concrete pump truck body 1 is provided with a pumping system 5, and a first section arm 21, a second section arm 22, a third section arm 23, a fourth section arm 24, a fifth section arm 25 and a concrete conveying arm 26 are all provided with pipelines connected with the pumping system 5.
The two sides of the concrete pump truck body 1 are respectively provided with a telescopic supporting leg 6 which can be rotatably unfolded. The telescopic supporting legs 6 comprise main telescopic supporting legs 61 and auxiliary telescopic supporting legs 62, one ends of the main telescopic supporting legs 61 are rotatably unfolded on two sides of the concrete pump truck body 1 through motors, and one ends of the auxiliary telescopic supporting legs 62 are rotatably connected to the main telescopic supporting legs 61 through the motors. The main telescopic leg 61 is telescopic by the first electric telescopic rod 611, and the auxiliary telescopic leg 62 is telescopic by the second electric telescopic rod 621. The other ends of the main telescopic leg 61 and the auxiliary telescopic leg 62 are respectively provided with a telescopic foot 63. The telescopic leg 63 is telescopic by the third electric telescopic rod 631.

In addition, the structural complexity is greatly reduced by using the motor for driving, so that the height of the whole arm support module is greatly reduced, and the traffic rate is improved without being limited by the height of the whole vehicle.
