Abstract
The invention discloses a special material for polypropylene melt-blown, which comprises the following components, by weight, 100-120 parts of PP, 0.1-1 part of peroxide, 0.2-0.3 part of antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 part of heat stabilizer, 0.3-0.5 part of lubricant and 0.15-0.3 part of nucleating agent. The invention realizes good odor volatilization performance, and MFR meets the production requirement.

Background
The raw materials for producing the non-woven fabric mainly comprise polypropylene (PP), Polyester (PET), nylon (PA) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and the like, wherein the PP is the most widely used. The polypropylene for melt-blowing has high requirement on melt index, generally 800-1500g/min, no polypropylene brand material which can be directly polymerized and produced for melt-blowing is available in China, the polypropylene is generally produced by adopting a peroxide controllable degradation method, and the prepared material has unstable quality and large smell.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems, and provides a polypropylene melt-blown special material and a production method thereof, so that the polypropylene melt-blown special material has good odor volatilization performance, and MFR meets the production requirements. The flame retardant polypropylene composition comprises, by weight, 100 parts of PP, 1 part of peroxide, 0.2 part of antioxidant, 0.3 part of heat stabilizer, 0.3 part of lubricant and 0.15 part of nucleating agent.

3) the granulated material is sent into a material storage device to be dried by hot air, and the peculiar smell is removed by slow rotation, so that the special polypropylene material for melt-blown is prepared.
Specifically, the peroxide residue of the polypropylene special material for melt-blowing is less than or equal to 5 mg/kg.
Compared with the prior art, the special polypropylene material for melt-blowing and the production method thereof have the following main beneficial effects: the special material for polypropylene melt-blowing is prepared according to the formula components, has no bad black particles, has better melt flow rate and is convenient for processing operation of an extruder; low ash content and volatile matter, basically volatile residue and no peculiar smell.

The rotating speed of the screw is 180-; the feeding speed is 100-; the grain cutting rotating speed is 320-350 r/min. The particle size is controlled to be 2 mm.
