The fourth partition plate extends into the transition zone to form a barrier to the water flow in the transition zone, so that on one hand, the water in the transition zone is promoted to enter the sludge filtering layer zone, and on the other hand, the transition zone is separated from the biological selection zone so as to control the reflux quantity of the transition zone.
21. The self-circulation continuous flow aerobic granular sludge purifying treatment device provided by the invention is characterized in that the sludge collecting hopper is connected with the space outside the main body and/or the biological selection area through a pipeline provided with a valve.
The sludge collected by the sludge collecting hopper can be discharged out of the main body, and can also flow back to the biological selection area to play roles in adsorption and strain supplementation.
22. The invention provides a self-circulation continuous flow aerobic granular sludge purifying treatment device, wherein a clear water weir groove is arranged above a separation area and is connected with a water outlet part.
The device is provided with the clean water weir groove, so that the water outlet of the device is more uniform, the water flow is more stable, and the phenomenon of short flow and turbulent flow is avoided to influence the water outlet effect.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

The main body 26 is provided with a water inlet part 1 and a water outlet part 18, wherein the water inlet part 1 is used for introducing a water body containing sewage into the main body 26, and the water outlet part 18 is used for leading out the water body treated by the equipment; the material of the main body 26 is not limited in this embodiment, and may be steel structure, concrete structure, polymer material, etc.; the shape of the main body 26 is not limited in this embodiment, and may be rectangular, cylindrical, or the like.
The biological selection area 4 is arranged in the internal space of the main body 26 and communicated with the water inlet part 1, and part of water flowing out of the aerobic area 9 is suitable for flowing back into the biological selection area 4; the water inlet of the water inlet part 1 and the water body of the aerobic zone 9 are mixed through the biological selection zone 4, the beneficial bacteria in the water inlet part 1 and the beneficial bacteria in the water body of the reflux can be in biological competition in the biological selection zone 4, the water body treated by the aerobic zone 9 contains a large number of beneficial bacteria, so that the number and the ratio of the beneficial bacteria in the mixed water body are greatly improved, and further growth and propagation are carried out in the biological selection zone 4, meanwhile, the improvement of the number of the beneficial bacteria can press the growth and propagation of the non-beneficial bacteria, so that the non-beneficial bacteria keep a relatively low ratio or even die, the beneficial bacteria in the water body can meet the requirement of water purification reaction when entering the aerobic zone 9, and the ratio of the beneficial bacteria in the aerobic zone 9 can always keep a relatively high state, so that the water body can be immediately subjected to water purification reaction after entering the aerobic zone 9, the efficiency of water body treatment sewage in the aerobic zone 9 is improved, and in addition, the water body of the reflux of the aerobic zone 9 carries the water body with adsorptivity, the sludge in the biological selection zone 4 is also reduced, the water content of the water body is polluted in the water treatment process is initially, and the water treatment is carried out in the water treatment process, and the water treatment is reduced.
Preferably, in order to reduce the power requirement of the water flow in the embodiment, the water outlet end of the water inlet part 1 and the opening of the aerobic zone 9 for refluxing to the biological selection zone 4 are arranged above the water outlet end of the biological selection zone 4, so that the water inlet of the water inlet part 1 and the water in the refluxing state flow under the action of self gravity without a power device for providing power for the water flow; of course, in this embodiment, the positions of the water outlet end of the water inlet portion 1 and the opening of the aerobic zone 9 for refluxing to the bioselective zone 4 are not particularly limited, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the openings of the water inlet portion 1 and the aerobic zone 9 for refluxing to the bioselective zone 4 are all disposed at the top of the bioselective zone 4.
In order to enhance the mixing effect of the water body in the biological selection area 4, a water stirring device is arranged in the biological selection area 4 so as to stir the water body and promote the mixing of the water body; the structure of the water stirring device is not particularly limited, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the water stirring device comprises a plurality of first guide plates 5, wherein the first guide plates 5 are arranged in front of a water flow path, the first guide plates 5 have the functions of blocking and disturbing water flow, and the water flow forms turbulence at the first guide plates 5, so that the water body is fully mixed to fully remove pollutants and fully conduct biological competition; of course, in other embodiments, the water stirring device may be a blade driven to rotate, and in this case, the water outlet end of the water inlet portion 1 and the opening of the aerobic zone 9 for returning to the biological selection zone 4 may not be disposed above the water outlet end of the biological selection zone 4.
The position of the first guide plate 5 is not specifically limited in this embodiment, the first guide plate 5 is relatively disposed on a cavity wall forming the biological selection area 4, the first guide plate 5 may be welded with the cavity wall of the biological selection area 4, or may be detachably connected by a bolt, and a plurality of the first guide plates 5 are alternately disposed along a height direction, and the first guide plates 5 may be perpendicular to a water flow direction, so as to form a stable turbulent flow, or may be disposed obliquely at a certain angle, so long as the water body may be blocked, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the lower ends of the plurality of first guide plates 5 are inclined toward the bottom of the biological selection area 4.
Because gas is generated in the mixing process of the water body, the gas accumulated in the biological selection area 4 occupies the accommodating space of the equipment, and the biological selection area 4 of the embodiment is provided with an exhaust pipe 20 communicated with the aerobic area 9, and the gas generated by mixing is discharged into the aerobic area 9 and is discharged along with the gas in the aerobic area 9.
In order to prevent the mixing effect in the biological selection area 4 from being affected by uneven water inflow of the water inlet portion 1, in this embodiment, a water distribution member 2 is further disposed at the outlet of the water inlet portion 1, so that the water inflow of the water inlet portion 1 uniformly flows into the biological selection area 4.
In this embodiment, the structure of the water distribution member 2 is not specifically limited, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the water distribution member 2 is disposed at the top of the bioselective zone 4, the water distribution member 2 may be welded with the cavity wall of the bioselective zone 4, or may be detachably connected by a bolt, and the water distribution member 2 is inclined toward the sidewall of the bioselective zone 4, a water distribution channel is formed between the water distribution member 2 and the sidewall of the bioselective zone 4, so that the water entering the water inlet portion 1 enters the bioselective zone 4 along the water distribution channel after striking the water distribution member 2, and further, as shown in fig. 3, the end portion of the water distribution member 2 is provided with a tooth shape, which plays a role in distributing water to make the water entering the water inlet portion 1 enter uniformly from teeth, and on the other hand, when the embodiment is connected with anoxic denitrification treatment water, the tooth-shaped water distribution member 2 plays a role in cutting the flocs or sludge in the water inlet, and promotes the formation of granular sludge in the aerobic zone 9, and improves the water purification effect; as a variant, the end of the water distribution member 2 may have other structures such as a wave shape.
An aerobic zone 9 disposed in the internal space of the main body 26, communicating with the bioselective zone 4 and located downstream of the bioselective zone 4, a portion of the water flowing out through the aerobic zone 9 being adapted to flow back into the bioselective zone 4.
In order to ensure that the nitrification reaction is performed in the aerobic zone 9, an aeration device is arranged in the aerobic zone 9 of the embodiment, the structure of the aeration device is not particularly limited, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the aeration device of the embodiment comprises a plurality of aerators 8, the aerators 8 are communicated through a gas circuit pipeline, and the aerators 8 are arranged in a parallel multi-row structure, so that rising gas of each row of aerators 8 forms a gas curtain in the aerobic zone 9, and then drives a water body to rise, then the water body is lowered under the action of self gravity, two opposite longitudinal vortex flows are formed between the gas curtains, the mixing and the reaction of the water body and aerobic microorganisms containing nitrifying bacteria are promoted through the circulation mixing action of the longitudinal vortex flows, the effect of the water purification reaction including the nitrification reaction is promoted, and meanwhile, the longitudinal vortex is favorable for the suspension and hydraulic scrubbing of the particle bodies, thereby promoting the generation of particle sludge, and further improving the mixed state benefit in the aerobic zone 9; of course, in other embodiments, the aerator 8 may not be arranged and may be capable of introducing gas into the aerobic zone 9.
In order to further promote the formation of longitudinal vortex in the aerobic zone 9, it is preferable that a second guide plate 22 is arranged in the aerobic zone 9, the second guide plate 22 can be welded with the cavity wall of the aerobic zone 9, and also can be detachably connected through bolts, the second guide plate 22 is positioned in the flowing direction of the water body generated by the aerator 8, the water body rising along with the air curtain is blocked by the second guide plate 22 to flow back, and further, two opposite longitudinal vortex are formed between the air curtains in the aerobic zone 9.
On the basis of setting the aerobic zone 9, in order to further enhance the reaction effect in the aerobic zone 9, a second baffle plate 23 is arranged in the aerobic zone 9, one side of the second baffle plate 23 forms an aerobic internal reflux zone 10, the space formed by the other side of the second baffle plate 23 is internally provided with an aeration device, ascending gas of the aeration device drives water to ascend, then the water descends under the action of gravity of the water in the aerobic internal reflux zone 10, the circulation of the water is formed in the aerobic zone 9, the mixing and the reaction of the water and aerobic microorganisms containing nitrifying bacteria are promoted through the circulation mixing effect, and the effect of the water purification reaction containing the nitrifying reaction is improved.
Further, a third guide plate 11 is arranged in the aerobic internal reflux zone 10, the third guide plate 11 is obliquely arranged along the flowing direction of the water body, and turbulence is formed by impacting the third guide plate 11 when the water body flows, so that the mixing and reaction of the water body and aerobic microorganisms are promoted, and the first guide plate 5 can be welded with the cavity wall of the aerobic internal reflux zone 10 and also can be detachably connected through bolts.
On the basis of setting the aerobic zone 9 and the biological selection zone 4, the embodiment further enhances the water purifying effect, sets the transition zone 12, which is an inner space of the main body 26, the water body of the aerobic zone 9 enters the transition zone 12 from the top and flows back to the biological selection zone 4 from the bottom of the transition zone 12, the setting of the transition zone 12 enables the effluent of the aerobic zone 9 to flow back under the action of gravity, thereby reducing the power requirement of the water body flowing, so that the embodiment does not need to set an additional power device to drive the water body to flow, meanwhile, because the transition zone 12 is a non-aeration zone, the water body can be dynamically and statically separated in the transition zone 12, the sludge is primarily separated, settled, compressed and gathered from the water body, thereby promoting the granulation of the flocculent sludge, enabling the sludge to have adsorptivity, and flow back to the bottom, and the biological selection zone 4, and the backflow of the sludge can further enhance the pollutant removing effect in the biological selection zone 4, namely the biological selection effect, because the sludge has higher concentration of beneficial bacteria than the liquid in the effluent of the aerobic zone 9.
In this embodiment, the structure of the transition zone 12 is not particularly limited, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a first partition board 21 is disposed in the main body 26, one side of the first partition board 21 forms the biological selection zone 4 and the transition zone 12, the other side of the first partition board 21 forms the aerobic zone 9, and the water in the aerobic zone 9 enters the transition zone 12 through the top of the first partition board 21, so that the internal structure of the main body 26 of this embodiment is more compact, and the internal space of the main body 26 is more reasonably utilized; of course, in other embodiments, the transition zone 12 may be tubular in configuration with the top end collecting effluent from the aerobic zone 9 and the bottom end communicating with the bioselective zone 4 or extending into the bioselective zone 4.
In this embodiment, the manner that the water body in the aerobic zone 9 enters the transition zone 12 is not limited, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, a plurality of square through holes are uniformly formed at the top of the first partition board 21, and the water body in the aerobic zone 9 passes through the square through holes to enter the transition zone 12, so that on one hand, the water flow is uniform, and the dynamic primary separation of standing mud and water in the transition zone 12 is avoided, and on the other hand, the square through holes also play a screening role on the mud; of course, in other embodiments, the water in the aerobic zone 9 may enter the transition zone 12 by flowing over the first partition 21, and this may also make the water flow uniform.
Further, since the water body will carry gas after passing through the aerobic zone 9, the gas will influence the mixing and bio-competition process of the bio-selective zone 4 along with the water body backflow, and at the same time, the gas will also influence the subsequent water body purification process, such as precipitation treatment, and in addition, the equipment space will be occupied, so that the equipment water treatment capacity will be reduced, therefore, in the present embodiment, the degassing guide plate 13 for blocking the water body flow is arranged in front of the water body flow path in the transition zone 12, the water body forms an impact with the degassing guide plate 13 in the flowing process, and the gas carried by the water body is released in the impact process.
The structure of the deaeration guide 13 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and it is preferable that the deaeration guide 13 includes a first end disposed perpendicular to the flow direction of the water body and a second end disposed obliquely along the flow direction of the water body as shown in fig. 1; the plurality of degassing guide plates 13 are alternately arranged along the flowing direction of the water body, the second ends are inclined towards the first ends in the flowing direction of the water body, the first ends are used for impacting the water body so as to release gas carried in the water body, the second ends play a role in guiding the flowing of the water body, and the direction of the water body is used for releasing the gas to the first ends, so that the degassing effect in the transition zone 12 is better, the gas can be discharged from the transition zone 12, the gas is prevented from being accumulated at dead corners formed by the degassing guide plates 13, and at least the first ends of the degassing guide plates 13 are provided with through holes for the gas to pass through; of course, in other embodiments, the degassing guide plate 13 may be simply a plate body provided obliquely, and provided with through holes for the gas to pass through.
In this embodiment, the structure of the transition zone 12 is not specifically limited, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the lower ends of the first partition plate 21 and the third partition plate 28 are both obliquely arranged, so that the inner cavity of the transition zone 12 is at least partially bent to form an inclined portion 29, the bottom of the inclined portion 29 is communicated with the biological selection zone 4, on one hand, the inclined portion 29 increases the length of the transition zone 12, thereby increasing the residence time of the water body in the transition zone 12, enabling the water body to dynamically stand for a longer time for preliminary separation of mud and water, improving the effects of mud separation and granulation of flocculated sludge, and in addition, the inclined portion 29 also plays a role in guiding the sludge with adsorptivity to the communication position between the bottom of the transition zone 12 and the biological selection zone 4, so that the sludge with adsorptivity is convenient to enter the biological selection zone 4; of course, in other embodiments, the transition zone 12 may be a vertical space.
To further enhance the water purifying effect of the present embodiment, a sludge filtering layer area 14 is disposed in the main body 26, is communicated with the transition area 12, and is located above the biological selection area 4, so as to separate mud from water guided out by the transition area 12, thereby enhancing the water purifying effect; of course, in other embodiments, the effluent of the transition zone 12 may be directed out of the body 26.
In this embodiment, the structure of the sludge filtering layer area 14 is not particularly limited, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, a third partition board 28 is disposed in the main body 26, the third partition board 28 is disposed on one side of the first partition board 21, the transition area 12 is formed between the first partition board 21 and the third partition board 28, and the sludge filtering layer area 14 is formed on one side of the third partition board 28 different from the transition area 12, so as to make the structure more compact.
In this embodiment, in order to enhance the water purifying effect, the top of the sludge filtering layer area 14 is further provided with the separation area 16, where the separation area 16 includes a plurality of inclined pipes arranged in parallel, so that suspended matters rising along with the water body in the sludge filtering layer area 14 are adsorbed on the inclined pipes after entering the inclined pipes, blocked by the inclined pipes, and fall after further aggregation, thereby further improving the water purifying effect and reducing suspended matters in the water outlet in this embodiment.
Further, a sludge balance pipe 15 is provided, the inlet end of the sludge balance pipe 15 is located in the sludge filtering layer area 14, the outlet end of the sludge balance pipe 15 is located in the biological selection area 4, sludge and suspended matters in the sludge filtering layer area 14 can be discharged into the biological selection area 4 through the sludge balance pipe 15, the content of the sludge and suspended matters in the sludge filtering layer area 14 is reduced, the burden of the separation area 16 is lightened, of course, more suspended matters in water are discharged from the sludge balance pipe 15, and larger sludge formed in the sludge filtering layer area 14 can fall back into the transition area 12 and further enter the biological selection area 4 through the openings of the transition area 12 and the biological selection area 4.
In order to further discharge the sludge in the sludge filtering layer area 14, a fourth partition board 24 is arranged in the sludge filtering layer area 14, an inlet of the sludge filtering layer area 14 is arranged in a space formed on one side of the fourth partition board 24, a sludge collecting area is formed on the other side of the fourth partition board 24, a sludge collecting hopper 25 is arranged in the sludge collecting area, and when the water body rises to the position above the fourth partition board 24 in the sludge filtering layer area 14, the water flow speed is instantaneously slowed down due to sudden expansion of a cavity, so that the aggregation and subsidence of residual flocculated sludge and suspended matters in the water body are promoted, and the residual flocculated sludge and suspended matters are led out from the sludge hopper 25.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a fourth partition 24 extends into the transition zone 12 and blocks the flow of water in the direction of flow of the water, on the one hand, to form an obstruction to the flow of water in the transition zone 12, forcing the water in the transition zone 12 into the sludge blanket zone 14, and on the other hand, to separate the transition zone 12 from the bioselective zone 4, to control the amount of reflux of the transition zone 12.
In this embodiment, the sludge discharge mode of the sludge receiving hopper 25 is not limited, as shown in fig. 1, the sludge receiving hopper 25 discharges sludge to the outside of the main body 26 through a sludge discharge pipe provided with a sludge discharge valve 7, and a sludge return pipe 19 provided with a sludge return valve 6 is provided, one end of the sludge return pipe 19, which is communicated with the sludge discharge pipe, is located between the sludge discharge valve 7 and the sludge receiving hopper 25, and the other end of the sludge return pipe extends into the biological selection area 4, so as to introduce sludge into the biological selection area 4, so that pollutants in water are removed by utilizing the adsorption effect of the sludge; of course, in other embodiments, only the sludge return pipe 19, or only the sludge discharge pipe, may be provided.
In order to further enhance the water purifying effect of this embodiment, a clean water weir groove 17 is disposed above the separation region 16, the clean water weir groove 17 is connected with the water outlet portion 18, and the clean water weir groove 17 makes the water outlet of this embodiment more uniform, and the water flow is more stable, so as to avoid the phenomenon of short flow and turbulence affecting the water outlet effect.
Compared with the prior art that the aerobic treatment devices are all arranged horizontally, the embodiment is of a vertical structure, and can effectively reduce the occupied area of the device; because the aerobic zone 9 is provided with the granular sludge, the aerobic zone 9 has higher biomass compared with the mode of only adopting the floccule sludge in the prior art, so that the water treatment capacity of the embodiment is higher; the sewage can be directly introduced into the embodiment, or an anoxic treatment device can be arranged in front of the embodiment, so that the water body after denitrification treatment is introduced into the embodiment.
Because a large amount of beneficial bacteria and nitrate are carried in the water body containing the sludge and flowing back from the aerobic zone 9, and nutrient substances are contained in the water inflow of the equipment, the beneficial bacteria are preferentially contacted with the nutrient substances and are propagated in a large amount in the mixing process of the biological selection zone 4, so that the non-beneficial bacteria are shielded, and the nitrate and a carbon source in the water inflow of the equipment can be subjected to denitrification reaction under the action of denitrifying bacteria, so that the effect of the water purification treatment of the embodiment is improved.
As a modification of this embodiment, partition plates 27 are provided in the bioselective zone 4 to partition the bioselective zone 4 into a first zone 3 and a second zone, wherein the first zone 3 is located above the second zone, the first zone 3 is connected to the water inlet portion 1 and the transition zone 12, the second zone is communicated with the aerobic zone 9, at this time, the first zone 3 is used as an anoxic zone, the water inlet portion 1 directly enters sewage, the anoxic denitrification reaction is mainly performed in the first zone 3, and then the biological selection is mainly performed in the second zone, and of course, the reactions performed in the first zone 3 and the second zone are broadly divided, and of course, biological selection is also performed in the first zone 3, and anoxic denitrification reaction is also performed in the second zone.
In the self-circulation continuous flow aerobic granular sludge purification treatment device provided in the embodiment, the flow path of the water body is as follows:
the water enters the main body 26 from the water inlet part 1, uniformly enters the biological selection area 4 under the action of the water distribution part 2, enters the aerobic area 9 after mixing and biological selection, is mixed in the aerobic area 9 in a longitudinal vortex mode under the driving of an air curtain generated by the aerator 8, then falls back into the aerobic internal reflux area 10 under the action of gravity and circulates into the aerobic area 9 in the ascending motion process of the outlet of the aerobic area 9, enters the transition area 12 after flowing out of the aerobic area 9, discharges gas in the transition area 12 through the impact of the water distribution part 2 and the degassing guide plate 13, enters the sludge filter layer area 14 after flowing out of the water in the transition area 12, a large part of water flows back into the biological selection area 14 through an opening formed between the fourth baffle 24 and the first baffle 21, and most of water in the sludge filter layer area 14 rises through the separation area 16 and enters the weir groove 17 and is discharged by the water outlet part 18, and at least carries sludge in the sludge filter layer area 14 through the biological balance pipe 25 or the sludge balance pipe 25.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.

Claims (17)

1. The self-circulation continuous flow aerobic granular sludge purifying treatment device is characterized by comprising the following components:
a main body (26) provided with a water inlet (1) and a water outlet (18);
a biological selection area (4) which is arranged in the internal space of the main body (26) and is communicated with the water inlet part (1);
an aerobic zone (9) arranged in the internal space of the main body (26), communicated with the biological selection zone (4) and positioned at the downstream of the biological selection zone (4), wherein part of water flowing out of the aerobic zone (9) is suitable for flowing back into the biological selection zone (4);
the water outlet end of the water inlet part (1) and the opening of the aerobic zone (9) for refluxing to the biological selection zone (4) are arranged above the water outlet end of the biological selection zone (4);
further comprises:
a first partition board (21) arranged inside the main body (26), wherein one side of the first partition board (21) forms a transition zone (12), and the other side of the first partition board (21) forms the aerobic zone (9);
