The invention provides a hoisting method for a regular U-shaped main section of a chemical tanker, which comprises the following steps: the turning-over of the U-shaped block is completed by matching the first lifting ring group, the second lifting ring group, the third lifting ring group, the fourth lifting ring group and the fifth lifting ring group with a steel wire rope and a crane to complete the turning-over of the U-shaped block, and the problem that the crane is overweight in the turning-over process of the U-shaped block is solved. Meanwhile, the total section is directly adopted to carry the hanging ring during the second rotation of the total section, and the field workload is favorably reduced.

Background
The chemical tanker U-shaped total section consists of a deck section, a PS longitudinal bulkhead section and a transverse bulkhead section, and the total section is reversely assembled by taking the deck section as a base surface. As the weight of the block is close to the maximum rated load of the slipway crane, the conventional hoisting scheme inevitably generates the risk of overweight of the crane. Therefore, a new hoisting scheme needs to be designed according to the characteristics of the overall section.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a hoisting method for a regular U-shaped block of a chemical tanker, which aims at the characteristics of U-shaped block turning and carrying of the chemical tanker, solves the risk of overweight of a general crane in the block turning process, and reduces the field workload and the use of the crane in block carrying.
