when the electric control system works normally, the electric control system is divided into three states according to the difference of vehicle-mounted weight: in the first state, when the weight of the brake pedal does not reach 30% of the full load weight, the sensing element 8 is not switched on, the two electromagnetic valves 6 are not switched on with a brake lamp circuit, when a driver steps on the brake pedal, gas enters the main valve 3 through the gas supply pipe on the upper cover 1, the gas acts on the brake element 4, and the gas enters the brake gas chamber through the brake element 4 and the gas control unit 2, so that the aim of braking is fulfilled; in the second state, when the trailer is loaded with 30% -70% of full load, the weight sensing assemblies 8 are communicated, one of the electromagnetic valves 6 is communicated, the brake pedal is used, the communicated electromagnetic valve 6 starts to work, the upper end of the communicated electromagnetic valve 6 is closed, the lower end of the communicated electromagnetic valve 6 is opened, gas passes through the pressure regulating device 7 through the second gas inlet 121, enters the communicated electromagnetic valve 6, enters the main valve 3 through the side gas path of the communicated electromagnetic valve 6, the gas entering the main valve 3 brakes the braking piece 4, then enters the brake chamber through the gas control unit 2 for braking, the control gas passes through the upper end gas inlet pipe of the upper cover 1 after about 0.4 second and enters the main valve 3, the upper end of the non-working electromagnetic valve 6 is opened because one of the electromagnetic valves 6 is not working, the lower end gas enters the non-working electromagnetic valve 6 from the upper end of the non-working electromagnetic valve 6, the gas enters the main valve 3 through the side gas path of the non-working electromagnetic valve 6, the gas entering the main valve 3 continues to apply pressure to the braking piece 4, the braking force is increased, and the gas in the main valve can be better in braking effect when the two main valves are not working because the high-pressure gas storage cylinder; when the trailer is loaded with more than 70% of full load, the sensing assembly 8 is switched on, the two electromagnetic valves 6 are simultaneously communicated, when the brake pedal is stepped on, the two electromagnetic valves 6 simultaneously work, the upper ends of the valve cores of the electromagnetic valves 6 are closed, the lower ends of the valve cores of the electromagnetic valves 6 are opened, gas of the gas storage cylinder passes through the gas inlet and the pressure regulating device 7 and simultaneously enters the electromagnetic valves 6 and enters the main valve 3 through the side gas circuit, the gas inside the main valve 3 excessively extrudes the braking member 4, so that the braking member 4 brakes the vehicle, high-pressure gas of the gas storage cylinder enters the main valve 3 through the second gas inlet 121 and flows to the brake chamber through the gas control unit 2 to brake, the control gas enters the main valve 3 through the opening in the upper end of the upper cover 1 after about 0.4 second, the gas inside the main valve 3 continuously pushes the braking member 4 to brake, the braking force is greatly increased, and the high-pressure gas after the pressure gas storage cylinder passes through the pressure regulation works relative to one electromagnetic valve, the other electromagnetic valve does not work, the braking effect is better, and the braking effect can be achieved on the heavy vehicle.

the number of the pressure regulating devices (7) is two, the pressure regulating devices (7) are located inside the middle body (12), the upper end of each pressure regulating device (7) is communicated with the corresponding electromagnetic valve (6) through an air passage, and the pressure regulating devices (7) are communicated with a second air inlet (121) on one side of the middle body (12);
the main valve (3) comprises:
a first braking chamber (31), said first braking chamber (31) being located between said upper cover (1) and said upper body (11);
a second brake chamber (32), the second brake chamber (32) being located at a lower end of the upper body (11);
a third brake chamber (33), wherein the third brake chamber (33) is positioned at the lower end of the second brake chamber (32), and the first brake chamber (31) and the second brake chamber (32) are separated by the brake part (4);
the fourth brake cavity (34) is positioned below the third brake cavity (33) and is separated from the third brake cavity (33) through a diaphragm, and an air outlet is formed in the left side of the fourth brake cavity (34);
the first brake cavity (31), the second brake cavity (32), the third brake cavity (33) and the fourth brake cavity (34) are communicated through an air passage on the side surface of the electromagnetic valve (6);
the braking member (4) comprises:
the piston cylinder (41) is positioned below the fourth brake cavity (34), the upper end of the piston cylinder (41) is fixedly connected with a first spring (421), and an air hole is formed in the outer ring of the piston cylinder (41);
a connecting rod (42); the connecting rod (42) being located inside the main valve (3), the connecting rod (42) separating the second brake chamber (32) and the third brake chamber (33); the upper end of the connecting rod (42) is positioned in the first brake cavity (31), the lower end of the connecting rod is positioned in the piston cylinder (41), and the connecting rod (42) is connected with the first spring (421);
the valve cylinder (43) is positioned inside the piston cylinder (41), the bottom of the valve cylinder (43) is provided with an exhaust hole, the bottom of the valve cylinder (43) is provided with an auxiliary unit (5), and the upper end of the valve cylinder (43) is sleeved with a second spring (431);
