技术领域
本发明涉及复合板材技术领域,具体为一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材。
背景技术
复合板材指的是由两种或者两种以上的材料组合而成的板材,实际上,针对与不同材质的板材,复合板材的概念和制作方法也不同,复合板材可以有多种材料进行复合,使用橡胶进行复合而成的板材称为橡胶复合板材。橡胶是制备橡胶金密封能复合板的重要材料,对橡胶金属复合密封板的密封性能起着决定性作用,橡胶复合板材具有诸多优点,随着各种工程对板材的要求的严苛程度,橡胶复合板材逐渐普遍应用在各种工程建筑中。
现有技术存在以下缺陷或问题:
1、现有橡胶复合板材在使用时抗老化性能较差,使得橡胶复合板材极易被腐蚀;
2、现有橡胶复合板材多使用在外界环境中,在恶劣环境下,易受损导致使用寿命下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足之处,提供一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材,包括壳体,所述壳体顶部设置有顶板,所述壳体侧壁设置有侧板,所述壳体内设置有防水层,所述防水层下方设置有第一橡胶层,所述第一橡胶层下方设置有阻燃层,所述阻燃层下方设置有金属基板,所述金属基板下方设置有第二橡胶层,所述第二橡胶层下方设置有复合基板,所述复合基板下方设置有散热板,所述散热板下方设置有防潮层,所述防潮层底部中心设置有粘结层,所述防潮层外侧设置有外框,所述复合基板内设置有软泡层,所述软泡层一侧设置有复合层,所述复合层一侧设置有板层。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述顶板设置有两个,且分别设置在壳体上下两侧,所述顶板为一种镀锌钢板,所述软泡层由聚氨酯材料制成,所述软泡层的尺寸与复合基板相等。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述防水层由防水剂、加气剂和防水涂料共同制成,所述防水层设置在壳体内的最上方,所述防潮层天然沥青、石油沥青混合而成,所述防潮层设置在壳体内部的最下方。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述粘结层设置有若干个,且分别设置在各个层板底部中心处,所述防潮层通过粘结层与顶板活动连接。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述第一橡胶层由氯丁橡胶制成,所述第二橡胶层由顺丁橡胶制成,所述第一橡胶层和第二橡胶层关于阻燃层和金属基板对称,所述复合层由异丙橡胶和聚异丁烯混合制成。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述板层置于复合基板的中心处,所述板层内设置为空槽,所述软泡层和复合层均设置有两个,且均关于板层对称。

2、该一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材,通过设置防水层和防潮层,当复合板材置于外界,减小雨水或潮湿对复合板材造成损坏,可初步提高复合板材的防水性;通过设置软泡层和顶板,可对置于板层内的板材和壳体表面起到防水防潮的作用,再次提高复合板材的防水性,提高其使用寿命;通过设置阻燃层和散热板,当复合板材处于高温环境下,阻燃层可抑制复合板材内部的热量,并通过散热板将热量有序的散发出复合板材外,提高复合板材的防火性和散热性;通过设置侧板和外框,当复合板材受到力的作用时,侧板可对壳体起到缓冲、降压的作用,外框可对壳体内部各个层板起到一定的减震作用,减小复合板材受力损坏的情况,可提高复合板材的耐压性。

请参阅图1-4,本实施方案中:一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材,包括壳体1,壳体1顶部设置有顶板2,用来对壳体1进行防水工作,壳体1 侧壁设置有侧板3,用来对壳体1起到抗压缓冲的作用,壳体1内设置有防水层4,和防潮层11一起用来对复合板材提高复合板材的防水性,防水层4下方设置有第一橡胶层5,用来和第二橡胶层8一起初步提高复合板材的抗老性,第一橡胶层5下方设置有阻燃层6,用来和散热板10一起提高复合板材的散热性,阻燃层6下方设置有金属基板7,金属基板7 下方设置有第二橡胶层8,第二橡胶层8下方设置有复合基板9,复合基板9下方设置有散热板10,散热板10下方设置有防潮层11,防潮层11 底部中心设置有粘结层12,用来便于各个层板之间的连接,防潮层11外侧设置有外框13,用来对各个层板进行一定的耐压,复合基板9内设置有软泡层14,软泡层14一侧设置有复合层15,复合层15一侧设置有板层16。
本实施例中,顶板2设置有两个,且分别设置在壳体1上下两侧,顶板2为一种镀锌钢板,软泡层14由聚氨酯材料制成,软泡层14的尺寸与复合基板9相等,可初步对复合板材起到防水的作用;防水层4由防水剂、加气剂和防水涂料共同制成,防水层4设置在壳体1内的最上方,防潮层11天然沥青、石油沥青混合而成,防潮层11设置在壳体1内部的最下方,对复合板材起到二次防水的功效;粘结层12设置有若干个,且分别设置在各个层板底部中心处,防潮层11通过粘结层12与顶板2活动连接,便于各个层板之间的连接与分离;第一橡胶层5由氯丁橡胶制成,第二橡胶层8由顺丁橡胶制成,第一橡胶层5和第二橡胶层8关于阻燃层6 和金属基板7对称,复合层15由异丙橡胶和聚异丁烯混合制成,用来提高复合板材的抗老性和耐腐蚀性;板层16置于复合基板9的中心处,板层16内设置为空槽,软泡层14和复合层15均设置有两个,且均关于板层16对称,用来便于基础板材的安置;外框13设置有若干个,且分别设置在各个层板的外侧,外框13的尺寸大于防潮层11,外框13由聚氯乙烯塑料制成,侧板3设置有两个,且分别设置在壳体1左右两侧,侧板3 由聚丙烯塑料制成,用来提高复合板材的抗压性能。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:将基础板材置于板层16内,通过粘结层12将各个层板之间紧密连接,将紧密连接后的整体置于壳体1 内部,将顶板2和侧板3与壳体1进行焊接或固定连接,安装完成。第一橡胶层5和第二橡胶层8,两者自身均具有抗老化耐腐蚀的特性,通过将复合板材由第一橡胶层5和第二橡胶层8二者复合而成,可初步提高复合板材抗老化的特性;复合层15自身的特性可对置于板层16内的基础板材进行有效的耐腐蚀工作,对基础板材起到防护作用,再次提高复合板材的抗老化的特性;当复合板材置于外界,防水层4和防潮层11可减小雨水或潮湿对复合板材造成损坏,可初步提高复合板材的防水性;软泡层14 和顶板2可对置于板层16内的板材和壳体1表面起到防水防潮的作用,再次提高复合板材的防水性,提高其使用寿命;当复合板材处于高温环境下,阻燃层6可抑制复合板材内部的热量,并通过散热板10将热量有序的散发出复合板材外,提高复合板材的防火性和散热性;当复合板材受到力的作用时,侧板3可对壳体1起到缓冲、降压的作用,外框13可对壳体1内部各个层板起到一定的减震作用,减小复合板材受力损坏的情况,可提高复合板材的耐压性。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材,其特征在于:所述板层(16)置于复合基板(9)的中心处,所述板层(16)内设置为空槽,所述软泡层(14)和复合层(15)均设置有两个,且均关于板层(16)对称。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗老化多种橡胶复合板材,其特征在于:所述外框(13)设置有若干个,且分别设置在各个层板的外侧,所述外框(13)的尺寸大于防潮层(11),所述外框(13)由聚氯乙烯塑料制成,所述侧板(3)设置有两个,且分别设置在壳体(1)左右两侧,所述侧板(3)由聚丙烯塑料制成。
