As is well known, the sound means other sounds than human language and music, including sounds of natural environment, sounds of animals, sounds of machine tools, and various sounds generated by human actions, etc., and the sound roughly includes a power amplifier, peripheral devices, speakers, a sound console, a microphone, and a display device, etc. in a set, in the production process of the sound, the shell of the sound needs to be drilled, the existing device can not drill the cylindrical sound shell, or the shell is loosened in the shell processing process, the drilling precision is influenced, the angle adjustment of the shell cannot be completed, the angle conversion needs to be installed again, and therefore the use requirements of people cannot be met, and a large amount of dust and waste materials are generated in the drilling process, so that the cleaning of workers is not facilitated, the human health is damaged, and the quality of products is reduced due to instability of partial drilling in the drilling process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a cylindrical sound shell drilling system which can stably process a sound shell and can complete all-round processing of the shell through angle adjustment.

Compared with the prior art, this drum type stereo set shell drilling system has following advantage:
1. the main shaft moves towards the left side by pulling the clamp control handle, the adjusting gear is meshed with the fixed gear ring, the clamp disc is locked fixedly by the adjusting gear through the connecting rod, the ejector rod in the clamp disc slides outwards by rotating the clamp control handle, the outer side is clamped and positioned in a mode of clamping the inner wall of the outer side of the sound box under the action of the clamping jaw and the rubber pad, and meanwhile, the outer side is prevented from being damaged under the action of the rubber pad.
2. After the shell is clamped tightly, the adjusting gear is separated from the fixed gear ring, the shell is prevented from loosening due to the fact that the main shaft is prevented from reversing when the angle is converted outside through the meshing of the hollow cylinder and the ratchet, the processing stability is improved, and the processing precision is improved.
3. The adjusting motor is controlled to rotate, the shell is driven to rotate by different angles under the connecting action of the adjusting gear, and processing in different directions is achieved.

As shown in figure 1, a cylindrical sound shell drilling system comprises a base 10, a fixed support plate 11 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the base 10, a drilling mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the fixed support plate 11 and used for drilling a cylindrical sound shell, the drilling mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder 48 fixedly arranged on the upper side of the fixed support plate 11, a motor connecting plate 49 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the hydraulic cylinder 48, a drilling motor 50 is fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the motor connecting plate 49, a drill bit 51 is arranged at the output end of the drilling motor 50, the drill bit 51 is driven by controlling a rope of the hydraulic cylinder 48 to complete drilling of the sound shell, a threaded shaft 15 is rotatably arranged on the lower side of the fixed support plate 11, a horizontal adjusting handle 16 is fixedly arranged at the left end of the threaded shaft 15, a threaded sleeve 14 is in threaded engagement with the threaded shaft 15, a slide block 13 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the threaded sleeve 14, a horizontal slide groove 12 is arranged on the upper side of the base 10, and the slide block 13 is slidably connected in the horizontal slide groove 12, the fixed backup pad 17 that is equipped with of 14 upsides of thread bush, the backup pad 17 upside is equipped with shell fixed establishment and can realizes stably pressing from both sides tight location to the stereo set shell.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 5, the casing fixing mechanism includes that the backup pad 17 upside is fixed to be equipped with the linkage box 18, the fixed hollow cylinder 19 that is equipped with in the linkage box 18 left side, the fixed spacing ring 20 that is equipped with in hollow cylinder 19 inner wall both ends, it is equipped with main shaft 26 to slide and rotate in the spacing ring 20, main shaft 26 left end is fixed to be equipped with anchor clamps brake valve lever 27, spacing groove 21 has been seted up to hollow cylinder 19 inner wall bilateral symmetry, the fixed fender ring 22 that is equipped with in every spacing groove 21 outside, it is equipped with stop block 23 to slide in every spacing groove 21, be connected with spacing spring 24 between every stop block 23 and the spacing groove 21 inboard that corresponds, the fixed trigger piece 25 that is equipped with in every stop block 23 front side, the fixed trigger ring 28 that is equipped with on the main shaft 26, trigger ring 28 moves between two spacing rings 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a loosening prevention mechanism is arranged in the middle of the linkage box 18 and used for preventing loosening after the sound shell is clamped and positioned by a clamp, the loosening prevention mechanism comprises an anti-slip groove 30 formed in the front side wall of the linkage box 18, a slide rod 31 is arranged in the anti-slip groove 30 in a sliding mode, a limit block 32 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the slide rod 31, a discharging spring 33 is connected between the limit block 32 and the anti-slip groove 30, an expansion link 34 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the limit block 32, a ratchet 36 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the expansion link 34, an anti-slip spring 35 is connected between the ratchet 36 and the limit block 32, a ratchet 29 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the ratchet 36, and the ratchet 29 is abutted to the ratchet 36.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5, an angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the linkage box 18, the angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the angle of the sound shell, the shell can be machined in all directions by the drilling mechanism conveniently, the angle adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting motor 45 fixedly arranged on the upper side of the linkage box 18, an adjusting shaft 46 is arranged at the output end of the adjusting motor 45, a connecting gear 47 is fixedly arranged at the right end of the adjusting shaft 46, a fixed toothed ring 37 is fixedly arranged on the right side of the inner wall of the linkage box 18, an adjusting gear 38 is rotatably arranged on the right side of the main shaft 26, the adjusting gear 38 is meshed with the fixed toothed ring 37 when on the left side, and the adjusting gear 38 is meshed with the connecting gear 47 when on the right side.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, and 6, two connecting rods 39 are fixedly arranged on the left side of the adjusting gear 38, a clamp disc 40 is fixedly arranged at the right ends of the two connecting rods 39, the clamp disc 40 is rotatably connected with the main shaft 26, four clamp grooves 41 are uniformly formed in the clamp disc 40 along the circumferential direction, a push rod 42 is slidably arranged in each clamp groove 41, a clamping jaw 43 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of each push rod 42, a rubber pad 44 is arranged on each clamping jaw 43, a contraction disc 56 is fixedly arranged at the right end of the main shaft 26, four curve sliding grooves 57 are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the contraction disc 56 along the circumferential direction, and the right end of each push rod 42 is slidably connected in the corresponding curve sliding groove 57.
As shown in fig. 1, a scrap recycling mechanism is arranged on the right side of the base 10, and is used for recycling paper scraps generated during drilling in a centralized manner to ensure a working environment, the scrap recycling mechanism comprises a collecting box 55 fixedly arranged on the right side of the base 10, an air suction pipe 52 fixedly arranged in the fixed support plate 11, a collecting pipe 53 slidably arranged at the left end of the air suction pipe 52, an air suction machine 54 fixedly arranged at the right end of the air suction pipe 52, and an outlet at the lower end of the air suction machine 54 is communicated with the collecting box 55.
The clamp control handle 27 is pulled to drive the trigger ring 28 to move to the leftmost side through the main shaft 26, at the moment, the adjusting gear 38 is meshed with the fixed gear ring 37 to be locked, the clamp control handle 27 is manually rotated, the clamp control handle 27 drives the contraction disk 56 to rotate through the main shaft 26, the contraction disk 56 drives the ejector rod 42 to slide in the curve sliding groove 57 when rotating, meanwhile, the mandril 42 slides outwards in the clamp groove 41, the mandril 42 drives the clamping jaw 43 to clamp the inner wall of the outer side of the sound box, the main shaft 26 is moved to the left by pulling the clamp control handle 27, the adjusting gear 38 is engaged with the fixed gear ring 37, the adjusting gear 38 locks the clamp disk 40 by the connecting rod 39, when the clamp control handle 27 is rotated to slide the ejector rod 42 in the clamp disk 40 outwards, the clamping jaw 43 and the rubber pad 44 clamp and position the outer side by clamping the inner wall of the outer side of the sound box, and the rubber pad 44 prevents the outer side from being damaged.
The clamp control handle 27 is pushed to move towards the right side, the trigger ring 28 moves to the right side, the trigger ring 28 compresses the trigger block 25 towards the inner side in the moving process, the trigger block 25 resets under the action of the limiting spring 24 after the trigger ring 28 moves to the right side, the trigger ring 28 is clamped at the right side, meanwhile, the adjusting gear 38 is separated from the fixed gear ring 37, the adjusting gear 38 is meshed with the connecting gear 47, the ratchet 29 cannot rotate reversely because the ratchet 36 is meshed with the ratchet 29, so that the main shaft 26 cannot rotate reversely, the outer side of the sound box always keeps a clamping state under the action of the clamp, the drilling motor 50 is started to work, the hydraulic cylinder 48 is controlled to stretch and retract to drive the drill bit 51 to move up and down to complete the drilling work on the sound box, when the sound box needs to drill holes at different angles, the adjusting motor 45 is controlled to rotate, the adjusting motor 45 drives the connecting gear 47 to rotate through the adjusting shaft 46, the adjusting gear 38 is meshed with the connecting gear 47 and rotates, the adjusting gear 38 drives the sound box shell to rotate by different angles, the horizontal adjusting handle 16 is rotated to enable the sliding block 13 to slide in the horizontal sliding groove 12 to drive the outer side to move left and right, processing of different horizontal positions is completed, all-directional processing of the sound box shell is realized, waste scraps generated during drilling are collected in the collecting box 55 under the suction force of the air suction machine 54, after the shell is clamped, the adjusting gear 38 is separated from the fixed toothed ring 37, the shell is prevented from being loosened by reverse rotation of the main shaft 26 through the meshing of the hollow cylinder 19 and the ratchet 36 when angle conversion of the outer side is carried out, the adjusting motor 45 is controlled to rotate, the shell is driven to rotate by different angles under the connecting action of the adjusting gear 38 to realize processing in different directions, after the processing is completed, the ratchet 36 is separated from the hollow cylinder 19 through pulling the sliding rod 31, under the elastic action of the clamp groove 41, the jaw 43 is separated from the outside of the audio, and the spindle 26 is reversed, thereby completing the processing.
