Abstract

the recording module is used for recording the receiving time and/or the sending time of the test frames of all the CAN channels in real time;
and the display module is used for displaying and outputting all recorded data through the display module by the recording module after the 6-channel CAN channel is tested.
In the embodiment of the invention, the routing gateway stores the mapping relation between the test frame sending CAN channel and the test frame forwarding CAN channel, supposing that the sending CAN channel is defined as CAN channel 1 in the mapping table, and the corresponding receiving CAN channels are CAN channel 2 and CAN channel 4, when the CAN channel 1 is determined as the testing CAN channel, the testing module periodically sends the test frames with the set number to the gateway route through the CAN channel 1, and the gateway route forwards the test frames sent by the CAN channel 1 to the CAN channel 2 and the CAN channel 4.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the system further includes:

In the embodiment of the present invention, after the current testing CAN channel finishes sending all the test frames for the set duration (5S), it is determined that the testing of the current testing CAN channel is finished, and one CAN channel is selected from the untested CAN channels as the next testing CAN channel, i.e., step S1 is executed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the sending period of the test frame is 20ms, the number P of the test frames of each test CAN channel is 5, and 6 channels of the CAN channels are named in sequence as: CAN passageway 1 to CAN passageway 6, confirm CAN passageway 1 as the test CAN passageway earlier, send 1 test frame to the gateway route through CAN passageway 1 every 20ms, the gateway route forwards the test frame that CAN passageway 1 sent to the CAN passageway 1 (test CAN passageway) corresponding CAN passageway, the above-mentioned process of cycle execution, until CAN passageway 1 has sent 5 test frames to the gateway route is continuous, after the setting duration that the 5 th test frame sent and finished, affirm that CAN passageway 1 tests and finishes, regard CAN passageway 2 as next test CAN passageway, its test procedure is the same with CAN passageway 1's test procedure, test each CAN passageway in proper order, until all CAN passageways test finishes.
In the embodiment of the invention, a routing gateway stores a mapping relation between a test frame sending CAN channel and a test frame forwarding CAN channel, records the forwarding CAN channel of each CAN channel test frame, assumes that the sending CAN channel is defined as CAN channel 1 in a mapping table, and the corresponding receiving CAN channels are CAN channel 2 and CAN channel 4, when the CAN channel 1 is determined as the testing CAN channel, a test module periodically sends a set number of test frames to the gateway route through the CAN channel 1, and the gateway route forwards the test frames sent by the CAN channel 1 to the CAN channel 2 and the CAN channel 4.
The test method for the automobile CAN gateway routing rack provided by the invention CAN automatically complete the verification of 6-path CAN gateway signal routing forwarding, avoid the missed sending or missed forwarding of test frames, automatically record the test data of each test CAN channel in the test process, and facilitate the evaluation of the gateway routing missing rate, the wrong forwarding rate and other performances by engineers based on the test data.

the test unit of integration on CANOE software, the test unit passes through 6 ways CAN passageways and gateway route communication connection, and wherein the test unit includes: a test channel selection module, a test module, a recording module and a display module, wherein the test channel selection module is connected with the test module, the test module is connected with the gateway route through 6 paths of CAN channels, the recording module is connected with the display module, the display module is connected with the test module, wherein,
the test channel selection module selects one untested CAN channel from the 6 paths of CAN channels as a current test CAN channel;
the testing module periodically sends a set number of testing frames to the gateway router through the testing CAN channel and forwards the testing frames sent by the testing CAN channel to the CAN channel corresponding to the testing CAN channel through the gateway router;
the recording module is used for recording the receiving time and/or the sending time of the test frames of all the CAN channels in real time;
and the display module is used for displaying and outputting all recorded data through the display module by the recording module after the 6-channel CAN channel is tested.
2. The automotive CAN gateway routing bench test system of claim 1, wherein the system comprises:
the test frame number determining module is used for determining the number of test frames sent by each test CAN channel and sending the test frames to the test module;
and the sending period determining module is used for determining the sending period of each test frame and sending the sending period to the testing module.
3. The CAN gateway routing bench test system of claim 1 or 2, wherein a mapping relationship between the test frame sending CAN channel and the test frame forwarding CAN channel is stored on the routing gateway.
4. The automotive CAN gateway routing bench test system of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the testing of the current CAN channel is deemed to be completed after the current CAN channel completes the sending of all the test frames for the set duration, and one CAN channel is selected from among the untested CAN channels as the next CAN channel.
7. The method of claim 5 wherein the transmission period of the test frames is 20ms, and the number of test frames P of each test CAN channel is 5.
8. The method of claim 5 wherein the routing gateway has stored thereon a mapping between the test frame sending CAN channel and the test frame forwarding CAN channel.
