By setting the value of the auxiliary data quantity to be 1, the data to be broadcasted is packed and compressed, namely, a plurality of data to be broadcasted are packed and compressed into 1 data packet, for example, a plurality of pictures are required to be broadcasted, the plurality of pictures are packed and compressed into 1 data packet, the transmission bandwidth is greatly reduced, and the outdoor terminal can receive and process all the data to be broadcasted at the same time, so that the broadcasting time delay is greatly reduced.
3. The MD5 value is renamed for the data to be broadcast, and is used as the index value of the data table corresponding to the broadcasting task information, the multimedia information and the transitional effect information, so that repeated storage of the same file is avoided, the storage space is wasted, the data retrieval efficiency is greatly improved, and the broadcasting time delay is further reduced.
4. When the storage space is insufficient, deleting related files of the unassociated broadcasting task information, so that the utilization rate of the storage space is greatly improved, and redundant data is reduced.
5. By synchronizing the clock with the Internet before emergency broadcasting, the timely broadcasting of the emergency broadcasting is ensured, namely the timeliness of the emergency broadcasting is ensured.
6. The CRC is carried out on the data to be broadcasted, the integrity of the data to be broadcasted is verified, the defect or tampered multimedia data are prevented from being broadcasted, and the safety of emergency broadcasting is greatly improved.
7. Before emergency broadcasting is carried out on the file video, whether the file video is the high-definition video is verified, if so, only one file video is played for the high-definition video at a time, and the situation that a decoder decodes a plurality of high-definition videos simultaneously to cause decoding failure is avoided.

The emergency broadcasting of each data to be broadcasted is monitored through mutually independent monitoring threads, so that the data to be broadcasted of different data types can be simultaneously subjected to emergency broadcasting, and the flexibility of the emergency broadcasting is greatly improved.

step S40, the outdoor terminal stores the data to be broadcasted and the expansion data to a designated file path based on the data type, or directly performs emergency broadcasting;
step S50, the outdoor terminal reads the data to be broadcasted and the extension data from the file path, and emergency broadcasting is carried out on the data to be broadcasted through the extension data;
step S60, the outdoor terminal monitors emergency broadcasting of each piece of data to be broadcasted, and uploads a broadcasting record obtained by monitoring to the server;
the step S10 specifically includes:
step S11, after the outdoor terminal is started, sending heartbeat data to a server through an IP communication protocol;
step S12, the server feeds back response data allowing connection to the outdoor terminal based on the received heartbeat data;

s16, the outdoor terminal analyzes the received opening instruction to obtain a URL address, and downloads multimedia data through the URL address, wherein the data type of the multimedia data is pictures, file videos or live videos;
in the step S14, the content of the auxiliary data format includes an auxiliary data amount, a data type, an auxiliary data length, an auxiliary data content and extension data;
the auxiliary data number value is 1; the data type is pictures, file videos or live videos; the picture is a PNG picture, a JPEG picture or a GIF picture; the auxiliary data content is data to be broadcasted; the extension data comprises broadcasting task information, multimedia information and transitional effect information;
the broadcasting task information at least comprises the total number of files, the total number of transitional effects, the display sequence, tail frame processing identification, task types, starting time, ending time, cycle times and the number of simultaneous broadcasting; the tail frame processing identifier is used for identifying whether the last frame of picture is reserved or not; the task type is timing broadcast or cyclic broadcast;
the multimedia information at least comprises a multimedia ID, a check code, a multimedia width and height, a display duration, a display position, a filter effect and a coding format;
the transition effect information at least comprises a transition effect ID, a switching interval time, a switching mode, a display starting time and a display ending time; the switching mode at least comprises translation, scaling, rotation and blurring;
the step S40 specifically includes:
step S41, the outdoor terminal judges the data type of the multimedia data, and if the multimedia data is a live video, the step S42 is entered; if the video is a picture or a file video, the step S43 is entered;
step S42, the outdoor terminal directly decodes the data to be broadcasted through ffmpeg software and performs emergency broadcasting based on the expansion data;
step S43, the outdoor terminal performs information abstract calculation on the data to be broadcasted to obtain an MD5 value, judges whether a designated file path has a file with the same name as the MD5 value, and if so, ends the flow; if not, go to step S44;
step S44, the outdoor terminal judges whether the residual storage space of the designated file path can meet the storage requirement, if so, the step S45 is entered; if not, circularly judging and deleting the related files which are not related to the broadcasting task information until the storage requirement is met, and entering step S45;
step S45, the outdoor terminal renames the data to be broadcasted through an MD5 value and stores the renamed data into a designated file path, writes broadcasting task information, multimedia information and transitional effect information in the extended data into a data table respectively, adds the MD5 value into each data table as an index, and stores each data table into the designated file path.
2. The multimedia IP outdoor terminal emergency broadcasting method of claim 1, wherein: the step S20 specifically includes:
step S21, the outdoor terminal decompresses the multimedia data based on the auxiliary data format to obtain auxiliary data quantity, auxiliary data type, auxiliary data length, auxiliary data content and extension data;
step S22, the outdoor terminal acquires data to be broadcasted from the auxiliary data content, performs CRC calculation on the acquired data to be broadcasted to obtain a second check code, judges whether the second check code is equal to a first check code carried in the extension data, if so, passes the check, and enters step S30; if not, the verification fails, and the step S23 is carried out;
step S23, judging whether the number of times of verification failure exceeds a set number of times threshold, if so, sending response data of the failure in downloading to a server, and ending the flow; if not, the process proceeds to step S10.
