The safety protected semiconductor light emitting diode of claim 4, wherein: the pushing device comprises electromagnets (24), the electromagnets (24) are mounted on the opposite sides of the mounting seat (18) and the connecting plate (2), and the electromagnets (24) generate repulsion force when being electrified.
