step S002: the charging cabinet records the serial number of the charging treasure placed in or out of the charging cabinet, and a Bluetooth inquiry function module is arranged in the charging cabinet and is used for collecting positioning and electric quantity information sent by the peripheral charging treasures, and sending the information to a management platform for processing according to sound effect anti-loss alarm output by the working state of the charging treasures;
step S003: the mobile phone APP records the serial number of the used charge pal or the used charge pal, records corresponding use time information, collects positioning and electric quantity information sent by the peripheral charge pal through built-in Bluetooth, and sends the collected information to the management platform for processing through a communication module of a mobile phone data network;
step S004: a management platform: according to the data submitted by the charging cabinet and the mobile phone APP, the loss probability of the charging bank is calculated according to the algorithm of the platform, and when the loss probability of the charging bank is higher than a set value, the last-used user of the charging bank is sent to retrieve and return information, or the management platform searches through the positioning information sent by the charging bank.

9. The processing method for preventing a rented charger baby from being lost according to claim 1, characterized in that: in step S001, the power bank includes the following four operating states according to the operating state:
the mobile phone or the charging cabinet is disconnected, the timing is over 24 hours, the electric quantity is higher than 60%, and a sound effect anti-loss alarm is output every 2 minutes;
