Examples
Through long-term research and practice, the inventor of the application finds that in the prior art, project cost auditing needs to be carried out by auditors through an auditing system according to auditing project files so as to know and supervise the real situation of project implementation and total project cost, but the existing auditing system is poor in safety protection performance and cannot carry out supervision in real time, so that the auditing result is inaccurate.
In view of this, the embodiment of the invention provides a project cost auditing method and system, which improve the safety of an auditing system, can perform real-time supervision and increase the accuracy of auditing results.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a project cost auditing method of the present invention;
referring to fig. 1, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a project cost auditing method, including:
s1: when the writer is detected to request to write data into the audit file through the electronic equipment, verifying the authority of the writer;
specifically, the electronic device may be a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet and other devices that have a data processing function and can perform image capture, and the case that the writer requests to write data to the audit file through the electronic device includes:
the management personnel of the contract party change the submission files, the engineers change the submission files, the financial client changes the submission files, and the supervisor client changes the submission files, and any one of the conditions carries out permission verification when the submission files are changed every time, so that the data are prevented from being changed.
S2: after the permission passes in response to the verification, starting a camera carried by the electronic equipment at the writing party end to record video for the writing party and monitor a screen at the same time to obtain an audit video and generate an audit file;
specifically, after the authority passes verification, a camera carried by the electronic equipment is opened to monitor the writing action and simultaneously monitor the screen, so that whether the writing action of a writing party is matched with the data on the screen in the same time period or not can be detected subsequently; whether the time generated by the writing action is matched with the time generated by the data on the screen or not is judged, so that whether the data is real data or not is judged, and the written data is prevented from being counterfeited by others.
S3: acquiring a submission file submitted by a submission party, wherein the submission file comprises an audit video and a submission price;
s4: verifying the authenticity of the written data according to the audit video;
specifically, the audit video check is obtained by aiming at a writing party to record video and simultaneously monitoring a screen through a camera, so that the audit video has a writing action video of the writing party and a screen recording video. The verification method comprises the following steps:
extracting a writing action video and a screen recording video of a writer from an audit video check;
detecting whether the writing action of a writer is matched with the data on the screen;
and mainly detecting whether the writing action and the time generated by the writing action are consistent with the data generation process and time on the screen, if so, matching and passing, otherwise, not passing.
After matching is passed, the data is marked as real data.
S5: after the verification is passed, converting each data in the submission file into a data format which can be identified by a system;
specifically, the number of the writers requesting to write data into the audit files through the electronic equipment is large, the writers have different application software, the data formats of the writers are not uniform, the writers are easy to cause that the writers cannot identify the system, and further follow-up audit work cannot be performed. Therefore, in the step, each data in the submission file is converted into a data format which can be identified by the system, so that the follow-up auditing work is facilitated.
S6: acquiring historical submission prices and externally captured submission prices in real time, comparing the historical submission prices with the submission prices, and marking abnormal prices;
specifically, because the submission price is manually input manually, errors may occur, and the auditing result is affected, so in this step, whether the submission price is wrong or not is judged by obtaining the historical submission price and the submission price captured in real time from the outside and comparing the obtained result with the submission price.
S7: and sending the submission files with abnormal prices to a reviewing party for reviewing, unmarking the abnormal prices passing the reviewing, returning the abnormal prices failing the reviewing to the reviewing for re-calibrating the prices, and repeating S1-S7 until no abnormal prices exist.
Specifically, in order to judge the rationality of the abnormal price, a review party is established, the review party can be composed of experts in the field, and the review party obtains the explanation of the abnormal price from the submission party and comprehensively considers the explanation and the current market environment to draw a conclusion.
Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the step of verifying the authority of the writer when it is detected that the writer requests to write data to the audit file through the electronic device includes:
and when detecting that the writer requests to write data into the audit file through the electronic equipment, verifying one or more of an account password, a verification code, fingerprint identification and facial identification of the writer.
Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, after the permission verification passes, the step of starting a camera carried by the electronic device at the writer side to record a video to the writer side and monitor a screen to obtain an audit video, and generating an audit file includes:
s2-1: after responding to the verification permission, whether the electronic equipment at the writing side pops out to open the camera or not is determined;
specifically, after the authority passes the verification, the electronic device needs to obtain the authority for opening the camera, and if the writer does not agree with the authority, the data cannot be written in, otherwise, the data can be written in.
S2-2: after the authority of the camera is acquired, the camera is started, and screen monitoring is carried out simultaneously in the starting process of the camera;
specifically, if the writing party operates a mobile phone, a tablet, or a notebook computer, the front camera is turned on and the screen is monitored, and if the writing party operates a desktop computer, the front camera is turned on and the screen is monitored.
S2-3: when the face of the writing party is detected not to be in the shooting range of the camera, the permission of writing data is stopped, and the data cannot be written into the writing data page;
specifically, in order to facilitate the standard operation of the writer and to avoid the writer from being replaced, the writer cannot be monitored when the face of the writer is detected not to be within the shooting range of the camera, and at this time, the permission of writing data is suspended, so that the writer is ensured to be safe.
S2-4: the electronic equipment guides the writer to position the face in the camera shooting range of the camera through characters and voice, and opens the authority of data writing when detecting that the writer's face is positioned in the camera shooting range again, and the data can be written in the written data page; and when the write-in party clicks a write-in completion button, closing the camera and stopping screen monitoring to obtain an audit video and generate an audit file.
Specifically, as above, when it is detected that the face of the writer is not within the camera shooting range of the camera, the writer cannot be monitored, and the electronic device guides the writer to locate the face within the camera shooting range of the camera through the text and the voice.
Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the invention, the step of verifying the authenticity of the written data from the audit video comprises:
extracting a writing action video and a screen recording video of a writer from an audit video check;
detecting whether the writing action of a writer is matched with the data on the screen;
after matching is passed, the data is marked as real data.
Based on the first aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the step of converting each piece of data in the post-verification-pass file into a data format that can be recognized by a system includes:
identifying the format of each data;
and converting each data into a data format which can be identified by a corresponding system through a preset data conversion rule.
