The method for updating the credit card entitlement status according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 to 4.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for updating a credit card entitlement status according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for updating the credit card entitlement status specifically includes operations S210 to S240.
In operation S210, service data related to a credit card is acquired, the service data including basic information and rights and interests information of the credit card.
The right information of the credit card includes, but is not limited to, at least one of right start time, right period, right end time, right applicable object and right content. And the basic information of the credit card includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a credit card type, a credit card grade, a credit card brand, a credit card currency, a credit card medium, and product number information.
In this embodiment, after the business data related to the credit card is obtained, the business data may be analyzed based on the HANLP algorithm, and the required keywords are identified according to the minimum granularity word segmentation, so as to obtain the basic information and the rights and interests information related to the credit card.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the selection of the basic information and the rights and interests information about the credit card may be performed according to actual business needs, or may select appropriate data based on other purposes, which is not limited herein.
In operation S220, a credit card knowledge-graph is established based on the basic information and the equity information of the credit card.
In the present operation, the credit card knowledge map may be constructed using the basic information and the equity information of the credit card that have been acquired. In the process of constructing the credit card knowledge graph, priority ranking can be carried out on the acquired basic information and the equity information of the credit card, so that more key information is screened out to establish the credit card knowledge graph. The more critical information may include, for example, information indicating a change in the equity status of the credit card, information that the user is interested in frequently and can reflect the equity status change, and the like, and may be specifically set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
In the embodiment, a credit card knowledge graph is constructed, a plurality of types of credit cards correspond to rights and interests one by one, so that the credit cards can be visually and comprehensively displayed to service personnel, the service personnel can more efficiently and conveniently acquire updated information when the rights and interests change subsequently, and then the updated information can be timely pushed to users, omission or errors caused by a traditional manual screening mode are avoided, and the screening efficiency and accuracy are improved. In this embodiment, after the credit card knowledge-graph is formed, the credit card knowledge-graph may be stored in a graph database for subsequent maintenance and updating.
In operation S230, when the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card are updated, the credit card knowledge-graph is updated.
For example, when the basic information of the credit card owned by a certain user is updated, for example, the type of the credit card or the brand of the credit card is changed, at this time, the rights and interests information (for example, rights and interests applicable objects, rights and interests period, etc.) corresponding to the credit card of the user may also change with the change of the basic information of the credit card. When the information in the credit card knowledge graph (including but not limited to the nodes in the credit card knowledge graph and the corresponding relations between the nodes) is not updated, the new business data related to the credit card can be acquired again, and the established credit card knowledge graph is expanded according to the acquired new business data related to the credit card, so that the screening range of the credit card knowledge graph is expanded.
In operation S240, at least the updated equity information is obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated equity information is pushed to the corresponding user.
When the credit card knowledge graph is updated, at least updated rights and interests information and basic information corresponding to the credit card can be obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated information is pushed to the corresponding user in time, so that the user can enjoy related rights and interests in time, and the experience of the user is improved.
According to the method for updating the equity state of the credit card in the embodiment of the disclosure, the basic information, the equity information and the like of the credit card are constructed to form the knowledge map of the credit card, and the knowledge map is displayed and stored in the form of the map, so that the complex relation between the credit card and the equity can be more visually and comprehensively displayed to business personnel, the business personnel can more efficiently and conveniently obtain updated information when the equity changes, and then the updated information can be timely pushed to a user, omission or errors caused by a traditional manual screening mode are avoided, and the screening efficiency and accuracy are improved.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a method for updating a credit card entitlement status according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method for updating the credit card entitlement status specifically includes operations S310 to S340. Operation S310, operation S330, and operation S340 are implemented in the same manner as operation S210, operation S230, and operation S240, respectively, and repeated parts will not be described in detail.
In operation S310, service data related to a credit card is acquired, the service data including basic information and rights and interests information of the credit card.
In operation S320, a credit card node and an equity node are established, and basic information of a credit card is used as a first attribute of the credit card node, equity information of the credit card is used as a second attribute of the equity node, and a corresponding relationship between the credit card node and the equity node is used as an edge relationship to construct a credit card knowledge graph.
Since each different type of credit card may have different credit card equity, after acquiring the basic information and equity information of the credit card, the credit card nodes and equity nodes are respectively established, for example, the credit card nodes a to U and the equity nodes 1 to n are established according to the acquired basic information and equity information of a plurality of credit cards, and the basic information of the credit card is used as the first attribute of the credit card nodes and the equity information of the credit card is used as the second attribute of the equity nodes. In the embodiment, the information of the credit card includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a right start time, a right period, a right end time, a right applicable object, and right content. The basic information of the credit card includes, but is not limited to, at least one of a credit card type, a credit card grade, a credit card brand, a credit card currency, a credit card medium, and product number information.
Because the credit card and the credit card equity have a certain corresponding relationship (namely the corresponding relationship between the credit card nodes and the equity nodes), the corresponding relationship may be one-to-one or one-to-many, and the credit card nodes and the corresponding equity nodes can be in one-to-one correspondence based on the corresponding relationship, thereby forming a credit card knowledge graph. For example, for the credit card node a, since the credit card node a has the first attribute a, wherein the first attribute a includes information of credit card type, credit card grade, credit card brand, credit card currency, credit card medium, and product number information, the credit card a may correspond to the enjoyment interest 1, the interest 2, and the interest 3 based on the credit card type, the credit card grade, and the credit card brand, thereby establishing the correspondence relationship between the credit card node a and the interest nodes 1 to 3. Similarly, the correspondence relationship between the credit card nodes B to U and the equity nodes 1 to n may be established correspondingly, thereby forming a credit card knowledge map. Based on the network-shaped credit card knowledge graph, the corresponding relations between all credit cards and rights and interests can be clearly shown, so that the updating in the subsequent change is facilitated, the omission or the error of manual screening is avoided, and the screening efficiency and the screening accuracy are improved.
In operation S330, when the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card are updated, the credit card knowledge-graph is updated.
In operation S340, at least the updated equity information is obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated equity information is pushed to the corresponding user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in the above operation S330, the updating the credit card knowledge-graph includes at least the following updating manners: newly adding credit card nodes and/or equity nodes to the credit card knowledge graph, or newly adding edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or equity nodes; or modifying credit card nodes and/or equity nodes to the credit card knowledge graph, or modifying the edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or equity nodes; or deleting the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes to the credit card knowledge graph, or deleting the edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes.
In some embodiments, in the above operation S330, the updating the credit card knowledge-graph when the basic information and/or the right information of the credit card is updated includes at least one of the following operations:
confirming whether basic information and/or equity information of the credit card already exists in the knowledge graph of the credit card and whether the side relation of the basic information and/or equity information of the corresponding credit card exists in the knowledge graph.
And if the updating mode is to newly add the credit card nodes and/or the right nodes, the basic information and/or the right information of the credit card does not exist in the credit card knowledge graph, and the side relationship corresponding to the basic information and/or the right information of the credit card does not exist in the credit card knowledge graph, newly adding the credit card nodes and/or the right nodes to the credit card knowledge graph, and newly adding the side relationship corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or the right nodes.
And if the updating mode is to modify the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card, the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card exists in the credit card knowledge graph, and the side relation corresponding to the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card exists in the credit card knowledge graph, modifying the side relation corresponding to the credit card node and/or the equity node in the credit card knowledge graph, so as to update the side relation corresponding to the credit card node and/or the equity node.
If the updating mode is to delete the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card, and the basic information and/or the equity information of the credit card exists in the credit card knowledge graph, deleting the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes and the edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes; or, if the updating mode is to delete the side relationship of the basic information and/or the interest information of the credit card, the basic information and/or the interest information of the credit card exists in the knowledge graph of the credit card, and the side relationship corresponding to the basic information and/or the interest information of the credit card exists in the side relationship of the credit card node and/or the interest node, the side relationship corresponding to the basic information and/or the interest information of the credit card is deleted from the side relationship corresponding to the credit card node and/or the interest node.
When the basic information and/or the rights and interests information of the credit card are updated, the knowledge spectrogram of the credit card can be updated according to the updating mode and the updating operation, at least the updated rights and interests information is obtained according to the updated knowledge spectrogram of the credit card, and the updated rights and interests information is pushed to the corresponding user.
In some embodiments, periodic updates may also be set for the credit card knowledge graph, and the specific setting period time may be flexibly determined according to various attributes in the credit card knowledge graph, or may be set according to the use or access history of the user, or may be set according to a time specified by a service person, and the like, which are not limited herein. The updated information can be conveniently and timely acquired based on the periodic updating, so that real-time and effective rights and interests state information is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
The method of periodically updating the credit card entitlement status will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4.
FIG. 4 schematically illustrates a flow chart of a method of periodically updating credit card entitlement status according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 4, the method for periodically updating the credit card entitlement status specifically includes operations S410-S420. Wherein:
in operation S410, the credit card knowledge-graph is periodically updated, and at least updated equity information is acquired according to the updated credit card knowledge-graph.
For each node and/or edge relationship in the credit card knowledge graph, it may be set periodically to update the relationship, and the periodic transmission may be set, for example, once a day, once a week, once a month, or at certain intervals, and may be specifically set according to the method described above, and is not limited herein.
In operation S420, the updated entitlement information is pushed to the corresponding user.
It should be noted that although the steps of the method are described in a specific order, the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto, and the steps may be performed in other orders as needed. For example, in some embodiments, step S410 may be performed after step S240, or simultaneously with step S240, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The embodiment of the disclosure enables updated information to be acquired relatively timely by periodically updating the credit card knowledge graph, thereby providing real-time and effective rights and interests state information for users and improving user experience.

A specific implementation of the method for updating the credit card entitlement status according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 5A to 5D. It should be understood that the contents shown in fig. 5A to 5D are only for facilitating the understanding of the technical solutions of the present disclosure by those skilled in the art, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
Fig. 5A shows a credit card knowledge map established based on the acquired basic information and interest information of a plurality of credit cards, which is established in the same manner as the above-described process and will not be described herein again.
As shown in fig. 5A, the credit card knowledge graph includes credit card nodes a to U and equity nodes 1 to n, wherein each credit card node has a corresponding relationship with an equity node, and the corresponding relationship may be one-to-one or one-to-many, for example, for the credit card node a, since the credit card node a has a first attribute a, wherein the first attribute a includes information such as a credit card type, a credit card grade, a credit card brand, a credit card currency, a credit card medium, and product number information, and based on the credit card type, the credit card grade, and the credit card brand, the credit card a may enjoy equity 1 and equity 3, thereby establishing a corresponding relationship between the credit card node a and the equity nodes 1 and 3. Similarly, the correspondence relationship between the credit card nodes B to U and the equity nodes 1 to n may be established, thereby forming a credit card knowledge map as shown in fig. 5A. The corresponding relation between all credit cards and rights and interests can be clearly shown based on the network-shaped credit card knowledge graph, when the basic information and/or the rights and interests information of the credit cards are updated, the credit card knowledge graph can be updated in time, at least the updated rights and interests information is obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated rights and interests information is pushed to corresponding users, so that omission or errors of manual screening are avoided, and the screening efficiency and accuracy are improved.
As shown in fig. 5A and 5B, when a credit card X is added, the basic information and the right information of the credit card X do not exist in the credit card knowledge graph shown in fig. 5A, and the side relationship corresponding to the basic information and the right information of the credit card X does not exist in the credit card knowledge graph, the credit card node X and the right node X may be added in the credit card knowledge graph. Since the credit card node X has the first attribute X, wherein the first attribute X includes information of a credit card type, a credit card grade, a credit card brand, a credit card currency, a credit card medium, product number information, and the like, the credit card X may correspond to the enjoyment interest n-1, the interest n, and the interest X based on the credit card type, the credit card grade, and the credit card brand, thereby establishing a corresponding relationship between the credit card node X and the interest node n-1, the interest node n, and the interest node X. On the other hand, since the original credit card node U in the credit card knowledge graph has the first attribute U, the credit card U can also enjoy the right x based on the first attribute U, and at this time, the corresponding relationship between the credit card node U and the right x can be newly added.
After the credit card knowledge graph is updated, at least the updated equity information is obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated equity information is pushed to the corresponding user, for example, the equity information is pushed to the user corresponding to the credit card U and the credit card X, so that the user can enjoy the related equity in time.
Referring to fig. 5A and 5C together, when the basic information and/or the interest information of the existing credit card node in the credit card knowledge-graph is changed, for example, due to a change of an entity attribute (e.g. a credit card brand, a credit card class, a credit card type, etc.) in the first attribute a of the credit card node a, the attribute that can enjoy the interest 1 in the first attribute a of the credit card node a is changed to an attribute that can enjoy the interest 2, at this time, the corresponding relationship between the credit card node a and the interest node 1 in the credit card knowledge-graph is modified to the corresponding relationship between the credit card node a and the interest node 2, and the interest node 1 and all credit card nodes no longer have corresponding relationships, at this time, the interest node 1 can be deleted, or the interest node 1 is reserved, which can be handled as the case may be, and are not limited herein.
After the credit card knowledge graph is updated, at least the updated right information is obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated right information is pushed to the corresponding user, for example, the corresponding information can be pushed to the user corresponding to the credit card a, so that the user knows that the right enjoyed by the credit card a held by the user is changed from right 1 to right 2.
Referring to fig. 5A and 5D together, when the basic information and/or the equity information of the existing credit card nodes in the credit card knowledge graph are changed, for example, because the user does not already hold the credit card a, the information related to the credit card a needs to be deleted from the credit card knowledge graph to obtain the updated credit card knowledge graph. The information related to the credit card a is deleted from the credit card knowledge graph, including deleting the credit card node a, the edge relations between the credit card node a and the equity nodes 1 and 3, and the equity node 1 (at this time, the equity node 1 no longer has a corresponding relation with all the credit card nodes, at this time, the equity node 1 may be selected to be deleted, or the equity node 1 may be retained).
After the credit card knowledge graph is updated, at least updated right information is obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated right information is pushed to the corresponding user, for example, corresponding information can be pushed to the user corresponding to the credit card a, so that the user knows that the credit card a held by the user no longer enjoys the right 1 and the right 3.
It should be noted that, when the basic information and/or the interest information of the credit card is updated, the manner of updating the credit card knowledge graph is not limited to the above-described updating manner, and in some embodiments, the manner of updating the credit card knowledge graph includes at least one of the following manners: newly adding credit card nodes and/or equity nodes to a credit card knowledge graph, or newly adding edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or equity nodes; or modifying the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes to the credit card knowledge graph, or modifying the edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes; or deleting the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes to the credit card knowledge graph or deleting the edge relations corresponding to the credit card nodes and/or the equity nodes. In other words, when updating the credit card knowledge graph, the above-mentioned updating method may exist singly, or multiple updating methods may coexist, and the updating is performed according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the credit card knowledge graph may also be updated periodically, wherein the periodic updating of the credit card knowledge graph is similar to the process described above and will not be described herein. After periodic updating, at least the updated equity information can be obtained according to the updated credit card knowledge graph, and the updated equity information is pushed to the corresponding user.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the credit card knowledge graph is periodically updated, so that updated information is timely acquired, real-time and effective rights and interests state information is provided for a user, and user experience is improved.
