Abstract
The disclosure provides a multi-modal data sensing method, a device and computer equipment based on a data probe, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining that a perception scene meets a set condition, acquiring scene characteristics, acquiring multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene based on a data probe, respectively performing data conversion on the multiple kinds of initial modal data according to the scene characteristics to obtain multiple kinds of modal data to be matched, respectively performing matching processing on the multiple kinds of modal data to be matched according to a preset rule to obtain multiple kinds of target modal data, and generating data coding information according to the multiple kinds of target modal data. By the method and the device, the perception of the data probes on the multi-modal data in the scene is realized, the flexible data conversion, matching and data coding generation processing on the multi-perceived initial modal data are realized, and the data probes and the recognition processing efficiency on the multi-modal data are effectively improved.

Technical Field

Background
With the development of internet technology, multimodal data in the whole social field are increased on a large scale, and the multimodal data usually has a problem of context linkage between machine language and business language, and needs to be detected and identified for multimodal data of each data source in the urban field.
In the related art, the processing of the multi-modal data is affected by the characteristic sparsity and deficiency of the multi-modal data, and the data processing effect is poor.

Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a multi-modal data perception method based on a data probe according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the multi-modal data perception method based on the data probe includes:
s401: and determining that the perception scene meets the set conditions, and acquiring scene characteristics.
Optionally, in some embodiments, when it is determined that the sensing scenario satisfies the set condition, it may be determined that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe may link to the target database, and/or it may be determined that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe may be compatible with the source database type and both support data probe exchange, and/or it may be determined that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe complete an automated table building protocol process, and a table building action in the target database is completed by the controllable chain code driving mechanism, and/or it is determined that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe already have data source link information corresponding to the target database, where the data source link information is used to link to the source database, and/or it is determined that the controllable chain code driving mechanism has data definition language DDL authority of the target database, and the controllable chain code driving mechanism may automatically build a table on the target database, therefore, the perception scene can be determined to meet the set conditions based on various set conditions, the formation of a data transmission path is ensured, automatic table building operation can be carried out on the interaction target database, and subsequent interaction processing on the data is effectively assisted.
The target database is a database to be subjected to data processing operations such as data interaction and data transmission.
The source database type refers to a data storage mode type of data in the source database, and the source database may be a relational database, a non-relational database, a key-value database, or the like.
The data source link information is used to establish a link with a source database, and the database link information may include access right information of the database, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when it is determined that the perception scene meets the setting condition, it may be determined whether the interaction target database of the multi-modal database may be automatically tabulated, where the setting condition may be: determining that both a controllable chain code driving mechanism and a data probe can be linked with a target database, determining that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe can be compatible with a source database type and support data probe exchange, determining that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe complete an automatic table establishment protocol process, completing a table establishment behavior in the target database by the controllable chain code driving mechanism, determining that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe have data source link information corresponding to the target database, determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism has Data Definition Language (DDL) authority of the target database, automatically establishing a table on the target database by the controllable chain code driving mechanism, and combining a plurality of set conditions to determine that a sensing scene meets the set conditions.
S402: and triggering the data probe to execute the handshake process of the source database and the target database according to the related contract drive of the controllable chain code drive mechanism data scheduling so as to complete the link process.
The controllable chain code driving mechanism is driven by relevant contracts of data scheduling, data interaction operation of a source database and a target database can be achieved, the modes include data interface, database table synchronization, privacy calculation and the like, and full-process automatic operation and traceability are achieved.
The handshake process between the source database and the target database refers to a process of establishing a data link between the source database and the target database.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, before acquiring multiple initial modal data in a scene based on a data probe, a data probe may be triggered to execute a handshake process between a source database and a target database according to a related contract drive scheduled by a controllable chain code drive mechanism data to complete a link process, and then the data probe may execute a data probe task and exchange detected full data and incremental data to the target database through a data chain channel.
S403: multiple initial modality data in a scene are acquired based on a data probe.
S404: and respectively carrying out data conversion on the multiple initial modal data according to the scene characteristics to obtain multiple modal data to be matched.

After the various modal data to be matched are respectively matched according to the preset rules to obtain various target modal data, the disclosed embodiment can respectively generate corresponding codes, metadata, addresses and access rules according to the target modal data.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after generating the codes, the metadata, the addresses, and the access rules respectively corresponding to the target modality data, the codes, the metadata, the addresses, and the access rules may be collectively used as data coding information.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a data encoding generation flow based on feature recognition in the embodiment of the present disclosure, which is implemented by detecting and recognizing multiple types of modal data in a scene based on a data probe, obtaining multiple types of initial modal data in the scene, performing data conversion processing on the multiple types of initial modal data to obtain multiple types of modal data to be matched, performing data matching processing on the multiple types of modal data to generate multiple types of target modal data, and generating codes, metadata, addresses, and access rules corresponding to the target modal data according to the multiple types of target modal data, where the codes, the metadata, the addresses, and the access rules may be used together as data encoding information, and the data encoding information may be corrected to obtain corrected data encoding information.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the perception scene is determined to meet the setting conditions and obtain the scene characteristics, the multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene are obtained based on the data probe, the multiple kinds of initial modal data are respectively subjected to data conversion according to the scene characteristics to obtain multiple kinds of modal data to be matched, the multiple kinds of modal data to be matched are respectively subjected to matching processing according to the preset rules to obtain multiple kinds of target modal data, data coding information is generated according to the multiple kinds of target modal data, the perception of the multiple kinds of modal data in the scene based on the data probe is realized, the flexible data conversion, matching and data coding generation processing of the multiple kinds of perceived initial modal data are realized, the data probe and recognition processing efficiency of the multiple kinds of modal data are effectively improved, the perception scene is determined to meet the setting conditions based on the multiple kinds of setting conditions, and the formation of data transmission paths is ensured, the automatic table building operation can be carried out on the interaction target database, and the subsequent interaction processing on the data is effectively assisted.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a multi-modal data sensing apparatus based on a data probe according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the data probe-based multi-modal data sensing apparatus 60 includes:
a first determining module 601, configured to determine that a perception scene meets a set condition, and obtain a scene characteristic;
a first obtaining module 602, configured to obtain multiple initial modality data in a scene based on a data probe;
a conversion module 603, configured to perform data conversion on the multiple initial modal data according to the scene characteristics, respectively, to obtain multiple modal data to be matched;
the matching module 604 is configured to perform matching processing on the multiple types of modal data to be matched according to a preset rule, so as to obtain multiple types of target modal data;
a generating module 605, configured to generate data encoding information according to the multiple target modality data.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a multi-modal data sensing apparatus based on a data probe according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, further including:
a second determining module 606, configured to determine database access key information of a source database of a unit to which multiple types of initial modal data belong before determining that a perceptual scene meets a set condition and acquiring a scene characteristic;
a second obtaining module 607, configured to obtain, according to the database access key information, an access right indicating a source database of a unit to which the database belongs;
the first obtaining module 602 is specifically configured to:
and accessing the corresponding source database by using the access authority based on the data probe to acquire the multiple initial modal data in the scene.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the method further comprises:
a first processing module 608, configured to, after generating data encoding information according to multiple target modality data, perform packing processing on the multiple target modality data according to the data encoding information to obtain a modality data block;
the second processing module 609 is configured to write the modal data block into the chain code controllable driving mechanism according to the data encoding information.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising:
the construction module 610 is configured to construct a data link pipeline between the data probe and the source database table and between the data probe and the target database table, respectively, after writing the modal data block into the controllable link code driving mechanism according to the data encoding information;
a third determining module 611, configured to determine, according to the scene characteristic, a target database that matches the source database table;
the third processing module 612 is configured to write, according to the data encoding information, a plurality of target modality data belonging to the modality data block into the target database table through the data chain pipeline.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first determining module 601 is specifically configured to:
determining a controllable chain code driving mechanism and a target database which can be linked by a data probe; and/or
Determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe are compatible with a source database type and both support data probe exchange; and/or
Determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe complete an automatic table establishment protocol process, and completing a table establishment behavior in a target database by the controllable chain code driving mechanism; and/or
Determining that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe have data source link information corresponding to the target database, wherein the data source link information is used for linking the source database; and/or
And determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism has the data definition language DDL authority of the target database, wherein the controllable chain code driving mechanism can automatically build a table on the target database.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising:
the fourth processing module 613 is configured to trigger the data probe to execute a handshake process between the source database and the target database according to a related contract drive scheduled by the controllable chain code drive mechanism data before the data probe acquires multiple initial modal data in a scene, so as to complete a link process.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the generating module 605 is specifically configured to:
generating codes, metadata, addresses and access rules respectively corresponding to the target modal data;

Corresponding to the multi-modal data sensing method based on the data probe provided in the embodiments of fig. 1 to 5, the present disclosure also provides a multi-modal data sensing apparatus based on the data probe, and since the multi-modal data sensing apparatus based on the data probe provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure corresponds to the multi-modal data sensing method based on the data probe provided in the embodiments of fig. 1 to 5, the embodiment of the multi-modal data sensing method based on the data probe provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure is also applicable to the multi-modal data sensing apparatus based on the data probe provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and will not be described in detail in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the perception scene is determined to meet the set condition, the scene characteristics are acquired, multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene are acquired based on the data probe, the multiple kinds of initial modal data are respectively subjected to data conversion according to the scene characteristics to obtain multiple kinds of modal data to be matched, the multiple kinds of modal data to be matched are respectively subjected to matching processing according to the preset rules to obtain multiple kinds of target modal data, data coding information is generated according to the multiple kinds of target modal data, perception between the multiple kinds of modal data in the scene based on the data probe is achieved, flexible data conversion, matching and data coding generation processing are achieved on the multiple kinds of perceived initial modal data, and the data probe and recognition processing efficiency of the multiple kinds of modal data are effectively improved.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present disclosure also provides a computer device, including: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the program, the multi-modal data perception method based on the data probe is realized.
In order to achieve the above embodiments, the present disclosure also proposes a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a data probe-based multimodal data perception method as proposed by the aforementioned embodiments of the present disclosure.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present disclosure also proposes a computer program product, which when executed by an instruction processor in the computer program product, performs the data probe-based multimodal data perception method as proposed by the foregoing embodiments of the present disclosure.
FIG. 8 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer device suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure. The computer device 12 shown in fig. 8 is only one example and should not bring any limitations to the functionality or scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 8, computer device 12 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples various system components including the system memory 28 and the processing unit 16.
Although not shown in FIG. 8, a disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a Compact disk Read Only Memory (CD-ROM), a Digital versatile disk Read Only Memory (DVD-ROM), or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the disclosure.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the embodiments described in this disclosure.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by running a program stored in the system memory 28, for example, implementing the data probe-based multimodal data perception method mentioned in the foregoing embodiments.

Claims (12)
1. A multi-modal data perception method based on a data probe is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining that a perception scene meets a set condition, and acquiring scene characteristics;
acquiring multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene based on a data probe;
respectively performing data conversion on the multiple kinds of initial modal data according to the scene characteristics to obtain multiple kinds of modal data to be matched;
respectively matching the multiple kinds of modal data to be matched according to a preset rule to obtain multiple kinds of target modal data;
generating data coding information according to the multiple target modal data;
wherein, after generating data encoding information according to the plurality of target modality data, the method further comprises:
packing the multiple target modal data according to the data coding information to obtain a modal data block;
writing the modal data blocks into a controllable chain code driving mechanism according to the data encoding information,
after the writing the modal data block into the controllable chain code driving mechanism according to the data encoding information, the method further includes:
constructing a data probe, and establishing a data chain pipeline between the data probe and a source database table and a target database table respectively;
determining a target database matched with the source database table according to the scene characteristics;
and writing the target modal data of the modal data block into the target database table through the data chain pipeline according to the data coding information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the determining that the perceived scene satisfies the set condition and obtaining the scene features, further comprising:
determining database access key information of a source database of a unit to which the plurality of initial modal data belong;
acquiring access authority indicating the source database of the unit according to the database access key information;
wherein the acquiring of multiple initial modality data in the scene based on the data probe comprises:
and accessing the corresponding source database by using the access right based on a data probe to acquire multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining that the perceptual scene satisfies a set condition comprises:
determining a target database which can be linked by the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe; and/or
Determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe are compatible with a source database type and support data probe exchange; and/or
Determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe complete an automatic table establishment protocol process, and completing a table establishment behavior in the target database by the controllable chain code driving mechanism; and/or
Determining that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe have data source link information corresponding to the target database, wherein the data source link information is used for linking a source database; and/or
And determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism has the Data Definition Language (DDL) authority of the target database, wherein the controllable chain code driving mechanism can automatically build a table on the target database.
4. The method of claim 1, prior to the acquiring a plurality of initial modality data in the scene based on the data probe, further comprising:
and triggering the data probe to execute a handshake process of the source database and the target database according to the related contract drive of the controllable chain code drive mechanism data scheduling so as to complete a link process.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein generating data encoding information from the plurality of target modality data comprises:
generating codes, metadata, addresses and access rules respectively corresponding to the target modal data;
and using the code, the metadata, the address and the access rule as the data coding information together.
6. A multi-modal data sensing apparatus based on a data probe, comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining that the perception scene meets the set conditions and acquiring scene characteristics;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene based on a data probe;
the conversion module is used for respectively carrying out data conversion on the multiple kinds of initial modal data according to the scene characteristics so as to obtain multiple kinds of modal data to be matched;
the matching module is used for respectively matching the multiple kinds of modal data to be matched according to a preset rule so as to obtain multiple kinds of target modal data;
the generating module is used for generating data coding information according to the multiple target modal data;
wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the first processing module is used for packing the multiple target modal data according to the data coding information after the data coding information is generated according to the multiple target modal data to obtain a modal data block;
the second processing module is used for writing the modal data block into a controllable chain code driving mechanism according to the data coding information;
the construction module is used for constructing a data chain pipeline between the data probe and a source database table and between the data probe and a target database table respectively after the modal data block is written into a controllable chain code driving mechanism according to the data coding information;
a third determining module, configured to determine, according to the scene characteristic, a target database that is matched with the source database table;
and the third processing module is used for writing the multiple target modal data of the modal data block into the target database table through the numerical chain pipeline according to the data coding information.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a second determining module, configured to determine database access key information of a source database of a unit to which the plurality of types of initial modal data belong before determining that the perceptual scene meets the set condition and acquiring a scene characteristic;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the access authority of the source database indicating the unit to which the database belongs according to the database access key information;
the first obtaining module is specifically configured to:
and accessing the corresponding source database by using the access right based on a data probe to acquire multiple kinds of initial modal data in the scene.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to:
determining a target database which can be linked by the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe; and/or
Determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe are compatible with a source database type and support data probe exchange; and/or
Determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe complete an automatic table establishment protocol process, and completing a table establishment behavior in the target database by the controllable chain code driving mechanism; and/or
Determining that both the controllable chain code driving mechanism and the data probe have data source link information corresponding to the target database, wherein the data source link information is used for linking a source database; and/or
And determining that the controllable chain code driving mechanism has the Data Definition Language (DDL) authority of the target database, wherein the controllable chain code driving mechanism can automatically build a table on the target database.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the fourth processing module is configured to trigger the data probe to execute a handshake process between the source database and the target database according to a related contract drive scheduled by the controllable chain code drive mechanism data before the data probe-based acquisition of multiple types of initial modal data in the scene is performed, so as to complete a link process.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the generation module is specifically configured to:
generating codes, metadata, addresses and access rules respectively corresponding to the target modal data;
and using the code, the metadata, the address and the access rule as the data coding information together.
11. A computer device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
12. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions for causing the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-5.
