Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment specifically provides a blink screenshot method, including the following steps:
s101, verifying the identity of a user;
and S102, if the verification is passed, starting a blink screen capturing function to perform screen capturing operation according to the blink information.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment, step S101 includes the steps of:
s100, when the duration of the face information of the user is detected to reach a preset input duration or when the first user instruction is detected to meet the preset instruction requirement, generating a screen capturing request; the screen capture request is used for triggering the step of verifying the identity of the user.
The embodiment can express the intention of the user to blink and capture the screen, and at the moment, the user can trigger the subsequent steps by continuously inputting the facial information or inputting corresponding instructions. Accordingly, detecting the face information of the user may be accomplished by using a device including, but not limited to, subsequently collecting blink information of the user, for example, detecting the face information of the user by using a camera of the terminal device for a preset input time period, and then collecting the blink information by using the camera, thereby performing blink screenshot.
Of course, since the blink screen capture function is not always necessary, it may be performed by a method of determining a first user instruction or the like which is an instruction input by the user, in addition to the face information. Therefore, the camera does not need to be started all the time, but the camera is started to capture blink information after a screen capture request is generated in the form of pulling down a shortcut icon or shortcut keys of a status bar when a user needs to blink and capture the screen.
In step S101 of this embodiment, the verification of the user identity refers to the confirmation of the user identity information, and specifically, the verification may be performed in a manner such as face recognition verification, fingerprint recognition verification, iris recognition verification, and the like according to the peripheral deployment; of course, the user may also perform authentication in the form of two-dimensional code scanning, account password input, screen operation, and the like. The user includes, but is not limited to, a user who performs a screen capture operation by the blink action of the user according to the present embodiment.
In step S102, the blink information includes, but is not limited to, the number of blinks, the duration, the interval, and the like. The source of the blink information may be images, videos and the like of the user blinking, and in an optional implementation, the blink condition of the user may be captured by a camera of an electronic device, such as an intelligent wearable device, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet computer, an intelligent glasses and the like, so as to obtain the blink information, and perform a screen capture operation on screen display content of the device. In another alternative embodiment, some devices are far away or do not have a camera, such as a screen shot when in a meeting, a smart television, etc.; at the moment, blink information can be acquired through cameras of electronic equipment such as a mobile phone, a computer and a tablet personal computer, and then communication connection such as Bluetooth and a local area network is established between the acquisition equipment and target equipment expected to perform screen capturing, so that the target equipment is controlled to perform related screen capturing operation on the content on the screen.
Referring to fig. 3, in an alternative embodiment, step S102 includes:
s1021, starting a blink screen capturing function to acquire blink information;
and S1022, if the blink information accords with the blink screenshot preset rule, performing screenshot operation.
In this embodiment, the blink information is compared with the preset blink screenshot rule according to step S1022, and if yes, the screenshot operation is performed; different blink screen capture preset rules can be set according to different scenes and requirements; if based on the blinking times, intervals, duration or a combination thereof, the preset blinking screenshot rule is set as follows: and blinking at least 3 times continuously, wherein the blinking interval is 1-2 seconds.
Referring to fig. 4, in an alternative embodiment, step S1022 is preceded by:
s1022', judging whether the blink information accords with a blink screenshot preset rule or not according to a preset blink information detection algorithm;
optionally, the blink screenshot method of the embodiment further includes:
and S103, optimizing a blink information detection algorithm according to the blink information and the judgment result of whether the blink information accords with the blink screenshot preset rule.
And detecting whether the blink information accords with a blink screen capture preset rule, and in an off-line state, only calling the blink screen capture preset rule and comparing the blink information with the blink screen capture preset rule. The embodiment aims at the online state, and utilizes the advantage of machine learning to continuously update the algorithm along with each use of the user so as to improve the identification accuracy. Specifically, the blink information of the user and the judgment result of whether the blink information meets the blink screenshot preset rule corresponding to the blink information are used as training data of the blink information detection algorithm, and the blink information detection algorithm is continuously optimized to improve the use experience of the user. Correspondingly, step S1022' may determine whether the blink information meets a preset blink screenshot rule according to a blink information detection algorithm in an online state, so as to improve the accuracy of the identification.
In an alternative embodiment, the blinking screenshot preset rule is generated based on a second user instruction.
Besides the preset blink screenshot rules, the preset blink screenshot rules can also be set by the user, for example, the user is guided by the function guide to operate according to the specified steps to input user instructions, and the blink screenshot rules according with personal preferences or habits are generated based on the user instructions.
Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, the blink screenshot method of the embodiment further includes the steps of:
s104, when screen capture operation is carried out according to the blink information, operation of verifying the identity of the user is continuously carried out;
and S105, stopping the blinking and screen capturing functions if the verification fails.
Because the operation process of the blink screenshot has higher concealment, a large amount of information can be quickly intercepted and cannot be easily perceived, so that hidden dangers are easily caused in some application scenes with higher safety requirements, for example, some internal personnel attend meetings, and if the personnel are replaced midway, other users who originally do not have reasonable user identities may be subjected to the blink screenshot operation. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the blink screen capturing function is turned on, step S104 continues to perform relevant detection on the user identity information, which may include, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned face recognition verification, fingerprint recognition verification, iris recognition verification, and the like; so that once the user identity is found not to be in accordance, step S105 stops the blink screen capture function to prevent the related information from leaking.
Referring to fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment, step S102 includes:
s1023, starting a blinking screen capture function to acquire eyeball related information;
s1024, determining an eyeball attention area in a terminal screen area faced by the user according to the eyeball related information;
and S1025, performing screen capture operation on the eyeball attention area according to the blink information.
In some scenarios, the user may wish to capture only a partial area of the screen through a screen capture operation. The embodiment provides an implementation manner of blink screenshot, and specifically, an eyeball focus area in a terminal screen is determined through eyeball related information, and a screenshot requirement of a user is analyzed and predicted so as to perform targeted screenshot. The eyeball-related information may be eye movement track information which is captured and extracted by a camera or a sensor and generated according to the eyeball movement information.
Generally, the eye movement includes three movements of fixation, eye jump, and following. Wherein, the fixation means the action of aiming the fovea of the eyes at the target stimulation, and the following movement means the movement of the eyes following a moving object. For information selection and clear imaging of the stimulus to be noted, the 3 eye patterns described above are often staggered together in general. For example, when the object movement speed is slow, the eyeball generally tracks the target in a follow-up movement manner, and when the object movement speed is fast, the eyeball tracks the object in a follow-up movement manner and a catch-up eye jump manner. The eye movement track information is information of the eyeball motion which is superposed on the visual image to form a fixation point and a moving route thereof, and the temporal and spatial characteristics of the eye movement can be reflected specifically, intuitively and comprehensively. As an optional implementation manner, by extracting and analyzing the eye trajectory information, an eyeball attention area can be determined in a terminal screen area faced by a user; and performing targeted screen capture operation. Thereby helping the user to improve the efficiency of information acquisition, storage and further utilization.
Referring to fig. 7, in an alternative embodiment, step S102 is followed by:
s106, acquiring an email box and/or an application program account corresponding to the user;
and S107, sending screen capture information to an electronic mailbox and/or an application program account for storage.
In some scenarios, the terminal performing the screen capture operation is not owned by the user himself or the user is inconvenienced in obtaining the screen capture information therefrom. At this time, in order to facilitate the user to obtain the screen capturing information timely and conveniently after performing the screen capturing operation, in the embodiment, the email box or the application program account corresponding to the user is acquired through the step S106; and transmits the screen capture information to the electronic mailbox or the application account through step S107. The application account may include, but is not limited to, an application on the terminal that performs the screen capture operation, and an application corresponding to the screen capture operation. For example, after a user acquires several pieces of screen capture information related to ticketing services on a certain ticket-booking software APP (Application) by blinking screen capture, the screen capture information may be sent to an account corresponding to the ticket-booking software APP of the user. For another example, after the user obtains screen capture information related to a plurality of meeting contents from an electronic meeting APP by blinking screen capture, the screen capture information may be sent to an account corresponding to the user in the electronic meeting APP. Therefore, the embodiment enables the user to conveniently and timely acquire the screen capture information, the acquired information can be stored as required, seamless connection is formed with the blinking screen capture operation, and the subsequent use of the user is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 8, in an alternative embodiment, step S102 is followed by:
s108, screen capturing information is generated according to the screen capturing operation;
and S109, generating an operation instruction based on the screen capture information, wherein the operation instruction is used for operating the content or the object contained in the screen capture information.
In this embodiment, the screen capturing information in step S108 is result information generated by the screen capturing operation, and it can be understood that the user generally has a corresponding purpose for acquiring the screen capturing information, and besides saving the screen capturing information, the application of the screen capturing information also has a certain timeliness in many cases; for example, the user obtains the screen capture information related to the menu at the enlarged ordering system, and usually further performs the ordering operation.
Step S109 generates an operation instruction based on the screen capture information, enabling the user to operate the content or object included in the screen capture information. Taking the above ordering scenario as an example, the menu-related screen capture information may be used to extract the name of the dish and generate a prompt instruction for the user to confirm or select in the next step.
According to the blink screenshot method, the blink screenshot function is started based on the user identity authentication and the blink screenshot is carried out, so that the user can conveniently, safely and accurately obtain visual information in various different scenes, and the user experience is improved.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 9, the present embodiment specifically provides a blink screenshot system, including:
the authentication module 1 is used for authenticating the identity of a user;
and the screen capture module 2 is used for starting a blink screen capture function when the verification is passed so as to perform screen capture operation according to the blink information.
The verification of the user identity by the verification module 1 refers to the confirmation of user identity information, and specifically, the verification can be performed in a face recognition verification mode, a fingerprint recognition verification mode, an iris recognition verification mode and the like according to the peripheral deployment condition; of course, the user may also perform authentication in the form of two-dimensional code scanning, account password input, screen operation, and the like. The user includes, but is not limited to, a user who performs a screen capture operation by the blink action of the user according to the present embodiment.
For the screen capture module 2, the blink information includes, but is not limited to, the number of blinks, duration, interval, etc.
In an alternative embodiment, the blink screen capture system further comprises:
and the request module 3 is used for generating a screen capture request when the duration of the detected face information of the user reaches a preset input duration or when the detected first user instruction meets the preset instruction requirement so as to call the verification module.
In an optional embodiment, the verification module 1 is further configured to continue to perform an operation of verifying the identity of the user when performing a screen capture operation according to the blink information;
the screen capture module 2 is also used for stopping the blinking screen capture function when the verification fails.
Therefore, in this embodiment, after the blink screen capturing function is turned on, the verification module 1 continuously performs related detection on the user identity information, which may include, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned face recognition verification, fingerprint recognition verification, iris recognition verification, and the like; therefore, once the user identity is found to be not in accordance with the user identity, the screen capture module 2 stops the blinking screen capture function, and relevant information is prevented from leaking.
In an alternative embodiment, the screen capture module 2 includes:
the starting unit 21 is used for starting a blink screen capturing function to acquire blink information;
and the screen capturing unit 22 is used for performing screen capturing operation when the blink information accords with the preset blink screen capturing rule.
In this embodiment, the screen capture module 2 compares the blink information acquired by the starting unit 21 with a preset blink screen capture rule, and if the blink information meets the preset blink screen capture rule, the screen capture unit 22 performs a screen capture operation. Different blink screen capture preset rules can be set according to different scenes and requirements; if based on the blinking times, intervals, duration or a combination thereof, the preset blinking screenshot rule is set as follows: blinks were continued at least 3 times, and the blinking interval was set to 1 second to 2 seconds.
Preferably, the starting unit 21 is further configured to start a blink screen capture function to obtain information related to an eyeball;
the screen capture module 2 further comprises a determining unit 23, configured to determine an eyeball focus area in a terminal screen area faced by the user according to the eyeball related information;
the screen capture module 2 is also used for carrying out screen capture operation on the eyeball attention area.
In an alternative embodiment, the screen capture module 2 is further configured to:
judging whether the blink information accords with a blink screen capture preset rule or not according to a preset blink information detection algorithm;
the blink screenshot system further comprises an optimization module 4 which is used for optimizing the blink information detection algorithm according to the blink information and the judgment result of whether the blink information accords with the blink screenshot preset rule.
Specifically, the optimization module 4 takes the blink information of the user and the judgment result of whether the blink information meets the blink screenshot preset rule corresponding to the blink information as training data of the blink information detection algorithm, and continuously optimizes the blink information detection algorithm to improve the use experience of the user.
Correspondingly, in an online state, the screen capture module 2 can judge whether the blink information accords with the preset blink screen capture rule according to the blink information detection algorithm, so that the accuracy of identification is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, the blink screen capture system further comprises:
