Description

Vehicle-mounted multimedia equipment with diagnosis function and diagnosis method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automobiles, and particularly relates to vehicle-mounted multimedia equipment with a diagnosis function and a diagnosis method.
Background
With the development of electromotion, intellectualization and networking of current passenger automobiles, electronic system subsystems of automobiles are continuously increased, electrical appliance network architectures are increasingly complex, the data signal transmission requirements are continuously improved, and therefore automobile fault diagnosis and elimination are increasingly complex. About 70% of time is used for troubleshooting in the traditional automobile maintenance process, the maintenance process only accounts for 30% more, and the time consumed for troubleshooting in the field of new energy automobiles is further increased. Meanwhile, with the development of automobile electromotion, the mechanical structure of a new energy automobile is simpler than that of a traditional internal combustion engine automobile, the fault occurrence rate of a mechanical layer is reduced, the faults of a software layer are increased continuously, and a considerable part of software faults can be eliminated through measures of the software layer.
According to the conventional maintenance technology, when a fault occurs, a user needs to send a vehicle to a maintenance site, and a professional maintenance technician connects the vehicle to a vehicle bus through a data interface through a special diagnosis device to perform fault diagnosis. The diagnostic equipment is in large demand and needs to be updated and maintained frequently, and higher equipment cost including annual software maintenance cost also restricts the expansion of the diagnostic service capability of a service network. While a large number of simpler faults may also occupy limited diagnostic capabilities. Meanwhile, the process of returning to and maintaining the network points and waiting for fault diagnosis and removal also consumes the time of a user, and the use experience of the vehicle is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides vehicle-mounted multimedia equipment with a diagnosis function and a diagnosis method, and aims to simplify the diagnosis and elimination process of vehicle faults, reduce the equipment cost of a maintenance network point and improve the diagnosis and repair efficiency of the vehicle faults.
According to an aspect of the embodiment of the invention, an in-vehicle multimedia device with a diagnosis function is provided, and the in-vehicle multimedia device comprises a data storage and processor and a man-machine interaction device. The data storage and processor is provided with vehicle fault diagnosis software and is connected with a vehicle bus signal; the fault diagnosis software includes an updatable fault code information base and corresponding repair code. And a user can operate the fault diagnosis software through the man-machine interaction device to diagnose and repair the vehicle fault.
The vehicle-mounted multimedia equipment integrates diagnosis software, can finish diagnosis and repair of faults without additional hardware, saves equipment cost and improves diagnosis efficiency.
Further, the fault diagnosis software reads signals through a vehicle bus according to a vehicle fault diagnosis protocol for fault diagnosis and repair, wherein the vehicle bus comprises a LIN bus, a CAN bus, an Ethernet bus or a FlexRay bus, and the fault diagnosis protocol comprises ISO15765, ISO14229, ISO13400, KWP2000 or SAE J1939. This makes the multimedia device suitable for fault diagnosis and removal in a variety of application scenarios.
Further, the upgrading and updating mode of the fault diagnosis software comprises USB, OBD or remote online upgrading. The user can download the installation update by himself through the USB interface, or install the update through the OBD when the maintenance network carries out routine maintenance upgrade, and can also update the fault diagnosis software and the database thereof through OTA and other remote online modes.
Further, the vehicle-mounted multimedia device is pre-stored with identity authentication information for use authority authentication of the fault diagnosis software. The verification information is used for protecting the information safety of the vehicle and avoiding malicious intrusion.
Optionally, the vehicle-mounted multimedia device includes a vehicle-mounted multimedia center control, a touch instrument, a touch head-up display device (HUD) touch multimedia rearview mirror, or a touch multimedia entertainment terminal. With the abundance of the types of vehicle-mounted electronic equipment, a central control system, a multimedia instrument, a HUD, a multimedia or streaming media rearview mirror and a touch multimedia entertainment terminal arranged in a passenger car or a rear row range can be configured as vehicle-mounted multimedia equipment with a diagnosis function.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an automobile fault diagnosis method, where the method provides an on-board multimedia device with vehicle fault diagnosis software installed, and the on-board multimedia device is any one of the on-board multimedia devices, and the method includes the following steps:
a) a user starts the fault diagnosis software through a man-machine interaction device and reads vehicle data through a vehicle bus;
b) the fault diagnosis software matches the read vehicle data with locally stored diagnosis data to generate an off-line diagnosis report and outputs the off-line diagnosis report to a user through the human-computer interaction device;
c) and the user instructs the fault diagnosis software to carry out off-line repair on the found fault through the man-machine interaction device according to the output of the fault diagnosis software.
The diagnosis method utilizes the multimedia equipment carried by the vehicle to carry out off-line diagnosis and repair on the fault, does not need to use external special equipment, does not need to carry out remote data exchange with the outside, simplifies the diagnosis and repair process, reduces the diagnosis and maintenance cost, has wide application range, and can finish the diagnosis and repair of the fault in places with poor network signals, such as underground garages or tunnels.
Further, the step a) further comprises an identity authentication step, wherein the identity authentication step matches authentication information input by a user with information stored in the vehicle-mounted multimedia device, and the authentication information comprises a pre-written fixed or dynamic secret key.
The identity authentication step enhances the safety of vehicle information, and a user or a special maintenance person can obtain the corresponding authority for operating the fault diagnosis software only through a fixed secret key recorded during vehicle delivery, such as a registered account password, face recognition or fingerprint information or a dynamic secret key, such as a verification code sent to a specified mobile phone.
Further, in the step c), when the fault diagnosis software cannot complete off-line repair of the fault, the man-machine interaction device gives an alarm, and the diagnosis and maintenance data are stored in the vehicle-mounted multimedia device as a data packet which can be read and output.
When a vehicle has serious faults and hardware damage which cannot be automatically repaired by fault diagnosis software, warning information is sent to a user to indicate the user to transfer the vehicle to a professional maintenance network for further maintenance on the premise of ensuring safety, and meanwhile, a data packet which is read by a maintenance worker is generated so that the professional maintenance worker can quickly complete the repair work.
