Claims (10)

1. An adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device is used for measuring the installation angle of a stator blade (20) on the inner wall of a casing (10), and is characterized in that the adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device comprises a positioning base (1), a measuring plate (2), a fastening piece (3) and a universal angle gauge (4), wherein the positioning base (1) comprises a bottom plate (11) and a supporting column (12) fixed on the bottom plate (11), and a positioning part (13) for positioning the bottom of the casing (10) is arranged on the bottom plate (11), so that the axial lead of the positioned casing (10) is perpendicular to the plane of the bottom plate (11); the measuring plate (2) can be rotatably arranged at the top end of the supporting column (12) around the axial lead of the casing (10) on the positioning part (13); universal angle gauge (4) is installed in the one end of measuring board (2), and fastener (3) are used for locking measuring board (2) on support column (12) to supply ruler (41) of adjusting universal angle gauge (4) to lock measuring board (2) after hugging closely the air inlet and outlet edge of stator blade (20), thereby read out the installation angle of stator blade (20) through universal angle gauge (4).
2. The adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device of claim 1, wherein the positioning portion (13) is a positioning disc matched with an inner hole at the bottom of the casing (10), and an annular spigot (14) is arranged at the junction of the positioning disc and the bottom plate (11) and surrounds the positioning disc so as to realize positioning by sleeving the bottom of the casing (10) on the periphery of the positioning disc.
3. The adjustable stator vane mounting angle measuring device of claim 2, wherein the support column (12) is a cylindrical support welded to the positioning disk, and an axis of the cylindrical support coincides with an axis of the positioning disk.

The adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device of claim 3, wherein the cylindrical support is a hollow cylindrical support, a rotating shaft (5) is rotatably installed in an inner hole of the hollow cylindrical support, and the measuring plate (2) is horizontally fixed at the top end of the rotating shaft (5).
5. The adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device of claim 4, wherein the measuring plate (2) is welded to a rotating shaft (5), and the rotating shaft (5) is in clearance fit with the inner hole of the hollow cylindrical support.

The adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device according to claim 1, wherein the universal angle gauge (4) comprises a straight ruler (41), a base ruler (42), a main ruler (44), a vernier ruler (45), a fixture block (46), a braking portion (47) and an adjusting nut (48), the main ruler (44) is an arc piece, the front surface of the arc piece is provided with main scales, the base ruler (42) is fixed at one end of the arc piece, the back surface of the arc piece is provided with a sliding block (49) in a sliding manner along the arc direction of the arc piece through the adjusting nut (48), the vernier ruler (45) is fixed on the sliding block (49), the front surface of the vernier scale (45) is provided with vernier scales matched with the main scales, the braking portion (47) is used for preventing the sliding block (49), the fixture block (46) is fixed on the sliding block (49) and extends to one end of the center of the arc piece, the straight scale (41) is fixed on the fixture block (46) through a clamping bolt (40) along the length direction of the straight scale (41) in a position-adjustable mode.

The adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the measuring plate (2) is provided with a fixing groove (23) for accommodating a base (42) of the universal angle gauge (4), the base (42) is positioned in the fixing groove (23) through a positioning pin (43), so that the universal angle gauge (4) takes the axial line of the casing (10) on the positioning portion (13) as a measuring center, and the universal angle gauge (4) is fixed in the fixing groove (23) on the measuring plate (2) through a fixing bolt (25).

The device for measuring the installation angle of the adjustable stator blade as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fastening member (3) is a fastening bolt, an arc-shaped groove (21) is formed in the measuring plate (2) around the rotation axis of the measuring plate (2), the arc-shaped groove (21) corresponds to the top end surface of the supporting column (12), a fastening screw hole (120) correspondingly matched with the fastening bolt is formed in the top end surface of the supporting column (12), the fastening bolt penetrates through the arc-shaped groove (21) and is screwed in the fastening screw hole (120), and an end cap (31) of the fastening bolt abuts against the measuring plate (2) so as to fix the measuring plate (2).

A measuring method of an adjustable stator blade installation angle measuring device is characterized by comprising the following steps: placing the casing (10) on the positioning part (13) to position the casing (10), so that the axis of the positioned casing (10) is superposed with the axis of the support column (12);
fixing the universal angle gauge (4) on the measuring plate (2) so that the universal angle gauge (4) takes the axial lead of the casing (10) on the positioning part (13) as a measuring center;
calibrating a zero position of the universal angle gauge (4), and rotating the measuring plate (2) to drive the universal angle gauge (4) to correspondingly rotate to the upper part of a space on one side of a stator blade (20) to be measured;
the method comprises the steps that a ruler (41) of a universal angle gauge (4) is adjusted, so that the ruler (41) descends to a space on one side of a stator blade (20) to be measured, the ruler (41) is tightly attached to an air inlet and exhaust edge of the stator blade (20) to be measured through adjusting an adjusting nut (48) of the universal angle gauge (4), then a measuring plate (2) is locked on a supporting column (12), and therefore the mounting angle of the stator blade (20) is read through the universal angle gauge (4);
after the installation angle of one stator blade (20) is measured, the ruler (41) of the universal angle gauge (4) is adjusted, so that the ruler (41) rises above the stator blade (20), the rotary measuring plate (2) drives the universal angle gauge (4) to correspondingly rotate to the upper side of one side space of the stator blade (20) at the next position, and the installation angle of each stator blade (20) is measured in corresponding steps in a circulating mode.
10. An axial flow compressor comprising a casing (10) and stator blades (20) mounted to an inner wall of the casing (10), characterized in that the mounting angle of the stator blades (20) is obtained using the adjustable stator blade mounting angle measuring device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
