surface roughening: removing residual dirt on the surface of the screw rotor by adopting a sand blasting method to roughen the surface of the screw rotor;
preheating: placing the roughened screw rotor into a drying room for preheating at 220-300 ℃;
primer spraying: spraying primer on the preheated screw rotor;
spraying: carrying out DG.Cr3C2-NiCr spraying on the screw rotor by adopting plasma spraying equipment;
and (3) post-processing: polishing and grinding the sprayed screw rotor;
and (6) inspection and warehousing: and (5) inspecting the screw rotor after the post-treatment, and packaging and warehousing the screw rotor which is qualified through inspection.
