An end socket buckling forming device for a double-layer braided rope, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the invention, the embodiment is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and further comprises a middle rope hanging rod 90, a foot-operated control valve 91, a three-way joint 92 and a filtering pressure regulating valve group 93, wherein the lower end head of the middle rope hanging rod 90 is connected with the middle part of one side of the upper end surface of a first frame part 11, the shell of the foot-operated control valve 91 is connected with an inner bracket 2, the shell of the three-way joint 92 and the shell of the filtering pressure regulating valve group 93 are respectively connected with an outer bracket 1, the input interface part of the foot-operated control valve 91 is connected with the output interface part of the filtering pressure regulating valve group 93 through the three-way joint 92, the output interface part of the foot-operated control valve 91 is connected with the pneumatic interface part of a telescopic cylinder 3, and the input interface part of the filtering pressure regulating valve group 93 is connected with a power air source, the middle rope hanging rod 90 is a rectangular tubular body.
Through middle string rope pole 90, pedal control valve 91, three way connection 92 and filtration pressure regulating valves 93, formed the support tie point to outer support 1, inner support 2 and telescoping cylinder 3, hung rope pole 90, three way connection 92 and filtration pressure regulating valves 93 by the middle, realized being connected with outer support 1, by pedal control valve 91, realized being connected with inner support 2, realized being connected with telescoping cylinder 3, its technical aim at: the double-braided rope is used as a storage member for hooking the double-braided rope and a member for controlling the operating state of the telescopic cylinder 3.
The invention relates to a method for forming end socket buckles of a double-layer braided rope, which comprises the following steps: the end of the double-layer braided rope which is shaped is braided and buckled and hung on the middle rope hanging rod 90, when the pedal control valve 91 is in an opening state, the telescopic cylinder 3 is communicated with a power air source through the filtering pressure regulating valve group 93, the telescopic cylinder 3 is in an extending state, when the pedal control valve 91 is in a closing state, the telescopic cylinder 3 is disconnected with the power air source through the filtering pressure regulating valve group 93, the telescopic cylinder 3 is in a contracting state, and the input air pressure of the telescopic cylinder 3 is adjusted through the filtering pressure regulating valve group 93.
In a second embodiment of the invention, the frame device, the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tension wheel 5 are interconnected in such a way that the end knot of the double braided rope is shaped in a tensioned state.
In this embodiment, the tension pulley 5 is coupled to the frame device and the telescopic cylinder 3 in such a manner that the end braid of the double-braided rope is tensioned with the end braid supported by the curved surface.
In this embodiment, the frame device comprises an outer frame 1 and a side rope hanging rod 7.
In this embodiment, a first attachment device is further included and is arranged between the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tension wheel 5, the first attachment device being arranged to include the inner support 2, the sliding seat 4 and the turning wheel 6.
In this embodiment, a second attachment device is also included and is arranged between the frame device and the tensioning wheel 5, the second attachment device being arranged to include a positioning plate 8 and a compression screw 9.
In this embodiment, a third attachment device is included and is disposed on the frame device, the third attachment device being configured as a mid-cord hanging bar 90.
In this embodiment, a fourth accessory device is further included and is provided on the telescopic cylinder 3, and the fourth accessory device is provided to include a foot control valve 91, a three-way joint 92 and a filter pressure regulating valve set 93.
A second embodiment of the invention is based on the first embodiment,
the second embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: the support to the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tensioning wheel 5 is realized by the frame device, and the end socket of the double-layer braided rope is braided and buckled to be formed in a tensioning state by the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tensioning wheel 5.
A second embodiment of the invention is based on the first embodiment.
The invention has the following characteristics:
1. due to the design of the rack device, the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tensioning wheel 5, the support for the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tensioning wheel 5 is realized through the rack device, and the forming of the end buckle of the double-layer braided rope in a tensioning state is realized through the telescopic cylinder 3 and the tensioning wheel 5, so that the forming efficiency and the consistency of the end buckle of the double-layer braided rope are improved.
2. Due to the design of the outer support 1 and the side rope hanging rod 7, the double-layer braided rope is wound and fixed.
3. Due to the design of the inner support 2, the sliding seat 4 and the rotating wheel 6, the rolling support of the tensioning wheel 5 is realized, and the movement performance of the tensioning wheel 5 is improved.
4. Due to the design of the positioning plate 8 and the compression screw 9, the stroke of the tension wheel 5 is limited.
5. Due to the design of the middle rope hanging rod 90, the centralized storage of the double-layer braided rope is realized.
6. Because the design has designed pedal control valve 91, three way connection 92 and has filtered the pressure regulating valves 93, has realized the control to the operating condition of the telescopic cylinder 3.
7. Because the structural shape is limited by the numerical range, the numerical range is the technical characteristic of the technical scheme of the invention, and is not the technical characteristic obtained by formula calculation or limited tests, and tests show that the technical characteristic of the numerical range achieves good technical effect.
