Description

Weighing method and device of drum washing machine and drum washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, in particular to a weighing method and device of a drum washing machine and the drum washing machine.
Background
The existing washing machine basically has the advantages that the weight of clothes is automatically detected, and then the corresponding water level is automatically matched according to the weight of the clothes.
In fact, intelligent dry cloth weighing of the drum washing machine can involve two aspects. One is that the water inlet level is automatically judged according to the weighing of dry cloth: taking a 10Kg washing machine as an example, it is generally required that the weighing precision of 4Kg dry cloth is 0.5Kg, that is, every 0.5Kg dry cloth is increased by one water level from an empty bucket, and 4Kg dry cloth and above are full water levels. The other is the complete machine energy efficiency, the rated capacity and the half-load rated capacity are tested, the water consumption, the power consumption and the cleaning ratio of the rated capacity and the half-load rated capacity are respectively calculated, and then the complete machine energy efficiency grade is determined; taking a 10Kg washing machine as an example, the weighing of 5Kg dry cloth and the weighing of 10Kg dry cloth are required to be clearly distinguished, if the weighing of 5Kg dry cloth is mistaken for 10Kg, according to the control flow of full load, the water inflow, the power consumption and the like, the energy efficiency is determined to be not up to standard, and the energy efficiency of the whole machine is influenced. As the load increases, door strike occurs, and the degree of door strike varies depending on the individual technique.
Therefore, a dry cloth weighing method for a drum washing machine is needed, which can meet the weighing precision of water level judgment and the accurate judgment of full and half load weighing.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in the present specification better understood, the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in one or more embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the one or more embodiments described are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from one or more of the embodiments in the present specification without inventive step, shall fall within the scope of protection of this document.
In view of the weighing defects of the drum washing machine mentioned in the background art, the embodiment of the present specification provides a scheme for weighing dry cloth by the drum washing machine, and a power difference range corresponding to full load and half load is compensated by combining a power difference corresponding to target weighing obtained by door-holding and door-non-holding tests, so that the power difference range corresponding to half load weight does not coincide with the power difference range corresponding to full load weight. Therefore, the corresponding relation between the weight of clothes obtained through testing and the power difference range is more real and accurate, further, in the using process of the follow-up drum washing machine after leaving the factory, the weight of the clothes full of half load and the weight of the clothes less than half load can be accurately distinguished, the proper water level is convenient to provide, and the energy efficiency of the washing machine is guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic step diagram of a method for testing and weighing a drum washing machine provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown, where the method may be applied to a pre-factory testing stage of various drum washing machines, and is mainly used to determine an accurate corresponding relationship between a laundry weight and a power difference range for a drum washing machine test; the test weighing method mainly comprises the following steps:
step 101: according to the preset weight interval, respectively testing first power differences determined by different rotating speeds when clothes with target weights are washed when the clothes with the target weights do not reach the door aiming at clothes with empty buckets to full loads, wherein each target weight corresponds to one first power difference range, and the first power difference ranges corresponding to different target weights do not coincide.
The preset weight interval can be weighing precision determined according to an empirical value or the energy efficiency precision of the washing machine; for example, it may be 500g or 1Kg, with smaller representing higher accuracy.
In the embodiment of the specification, the weight of the clothes from the empty tub to the full tub of the drum washing machine can be respectively tested as target weights according to preset weight intervals, for example, the weight of 0g of clothes, the weight of 500g of clothes, 823060, 82302.5 Kg, 82305 Kg, 82303010 Kg, corresponding to the empty tub. It should be understood that the range of power difference obtained for each target weight test should be the range of power difference corresponding to the weight interval between that target weight and the next target weight, e.g., [0,50) g of laundry weight corresponds to 0g of the range of power difference obtained for that target weight test and [50,100) g of laundry weight corresponds to 50g of the range of power difference obtained for that target weight test.
Optionally, when the step 101 tests the first power difference determined by different rotation speeds for washing clothes with each target weight when the door is not reached separately for clothes with empty bucket to full load weight at preset weight intervals, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
the first step, according to preset weight interval, respectively to empty bucket to full load weight's clothing when not carrying out to the door:
secondly, adjusting the rotating speed of the drum washing machine filled with the clothes with the target weight to a first preset rotating speed, and calculating the first average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable;
thirdly, increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and calculating a second average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable;
and fourthly, determining a first power difference when the clothes with each target weight are washed according to the second average power and the first average power.
The first preset rotating speed and the second preset rotating speed can be loaded and stored in a test program of the drum washing machine through a control panel or the test program in advance. The first predetermined speed may be around 90 RPM; the second preset speed may be around 150 RPM.
Step 102: and respectively testing second power differences determined by different rotating speeds when the clothes with half-load weight and full-load weight are washed under different door-resisting degrees.
Optionally, step 102, when testing the second power difference determined by different rotation speeds for washing clothes with half-load weight and full-load weight respectively at different door-reaching degrees, specifically includes:
the following steps are performed at different door-reaching degrees for half-load and full-load weight of the laundry, respectively:
step 1, adjusting the rotating speed of a drum washing machine containing clothes with target weight to a first preset rotating speed, and calculating a third average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable;
step 2, increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and calculating fourth average power of the drum washing machine for rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable;
and 3, determining a second power difference during washing of the clothes with each target weight according to the third average power and the fourth average power.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present specification, if the degree of the door is larger, the value of the second power difference compensation corresponding to the half load weight and the full load weight is larger; and the maximum second power difference in the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated rear loading capacity is not greater than the minimum second power difference in the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated rear loading capacity.
If the third average power corresponding to the half load weight and/or the third average power corresponding to the full load weight is larger than the preset threshold, calculating a second power difference when the clothes with the target weight are washed after the following operations are repeatedly executed for three times: adjusting the rotating speed of the drum washing machine filled with the clothes with the target weight to a first preset rotating speed, and rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed; and increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed. Therefore, the second power difference obtained through the third calculation is used as the second power difference corresponding to the clothes with the target weight, the phenomenon that the power deviation is overlarge due to serious door support is avoided, the clothes in the drum washing machine cannot support the door or the door support degree is reduced as far as possible through rolling at different rotating speeds for many times, and the testing or weighing accuracy is improved.
Step 103: and according to different door-resisting degrees, respectively compensating for second power differences corresponding to the half load weight and the full load weight, so that a second power difference range corresponding to the half load weight is not overlapped with a second power difference range corresponding to the full load weight.
It should be appreciated that in the embodiments of the present disclosure, when compensating for the second power difference, a value may be added such that the compensated second power difference is approximately similar to or equal to the first power difference corresponding to the same target weight when tested without door conflict. Considering that the power difference obtained by the clothes test with different target weights under the conditions of no door contact and different door contact states is a range value, the compensated second power difference range should be close to the first power difference range under the condition of no door contact, and the best result is that the compensated second power difference range falls into the first power difference range under the condition of no door contact. Thereby, the compensation is guaranteed to be effective. Meanwhile, the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated half-load weight is not overlapped with the second power difference range corresponding to the full-load weight, so that the half-load weight and the full-load weight are effectively prevented from being confused and misjudged during subsequent use.
Step 104: combining the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated half load weight and the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated full load weight with the first power difference ranges corresponding to different target weights to obtain the corresponding relation between the clothes weight and the power difference range determined by the test; wherein, the corresponding power difference ranges of different clothes weights in the corresponding relation are not coincident.
And compensating the power difference range corresponding to full load and half load by combining the power difference corresponding to the target weighing obtained by the door-resisting test and the door-resisting test, so that the power difference range corresponding to the half load weight is not coincident with the power difference range corresponding to the full load weight.
Further, an embodiment of the present specification further provides a weighing method for a drum washing machine, as shown in fig. 2, the weighing method is mainly applicable to a user use stage after the drum washing machine leaves a factory, and the weighing scheme mainly includes the following steps:
step 201: adjusting the rotating speed of the drum washing machine filled with the target clothes to a first preset rotating speed, and calculating a first average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable.
Step 202: and increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and calculating a second average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable.
The first preset rotating speed and the second preset rotating speed can be loaded and stored in a weighing program of the drum washing machine through a control panel or the weighing program in advance. The first preset rotational speed may be about 90RPM (revolutions per minute); the second preset speed may be around 150 RPM.
Step 203: and determining a third power difference when the target clothes are washed according to the second average power and the first average power.
Step 204: and searching the clothes weight corresponding to the third power difference from the corresponding relation between the preset clothes weight and the power difference range as the weight of the target clothes based on the third power difference.
Wherein, the corresponding relationship between the preset clothes weight and the power difference range is obtained by testing according to the method from step 101 to step 104 shown in fig. 1.
It can be seen that, in the scheme shown in fig. 1, the corresponding relationship between the stored laundry weight and the power difference range is not established in the drum washing machine, and first, the power difference test needs to be performed on each laundry with the target weight through the test scheme, so as to determine the power difference range corresponding to each laundry with the target weight when the laundry does not reach the door; further, considering that energy efficiency differences of half-load clothes and full-load clothes are easy to intersect when the half-load clothes and the full-load clothes are pushed against the door, power differences of the half-load clothes and the full-load clothes under different pushing degrees are respectively tested and respectively compensated, so that power difference ranges of the half-load clothes and the full-load clothes after compensation are not overlapped, and then the power difference ranges after compensation when the door is not pushed against the door are combined with the power difference ranges when the door is not pushed against the door, and a corresponding relation between the weight of the clothes and the power difference ranges is established. The establishment of the corresponding relation can ensure that the power difference ranges corresponding to different target weights determined no matter when the door is abutted or not abutted are not coincident, and further, when the follow-up user uses the washing machine, the weight of clothes determined by finding the corresponding relation is more accurate, the condition of half load and full load confusion misjudgment can not occur, and the weighing accuracy is improved.
The embodiment of the present specification further provides a test weighing device for a drum washing machine, which, as shown in fig. 3, may include:
the first determining module 301 is configured to test, according to a preset weight interval, first power differences determined at different rotation speeds when clothes with each target weight are washed without reaching a door, for clothes with empty buckets and full load weights, wherein each target weight corresponds to one first power difference range, and the first power difference ranges corresponding to different target weights do not overlap;
a second determining module 302, configured to test a second power difference determined at different rotation speeds when the laundry with half load weight and full load weight is washed at different door-reaching degrees, respectively;
the compensation module 303 is configured to compensate for second power differences corresponding to the half-load weight and the full-load weight according to different door-counteracting degrees, so that a second power difference range corresponding to the half-load weight does not overlap with a second power difference range corresponding to the full-load weight;
a merging module 304, configured to merge the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated half load weight and the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated full load weight with the first power difference ranges corresponding to different target weights, so as to obtain a correspondence relationship between the laundry weight and the power difference range determined through the test; wherein, the corresponding power difference ranges of different clothes weights in the corresponding relation are not coincident.
Optionally, when the first determining module 301 tests, according to a preset weight interval, the first power difference determined at different rotation speeds for washing clothes with each target weight when the door is not reached, for clothes with empty bucket to full load weight respectively, the first determining module is specifically configured to: according to the preset weight interval, respectively aiming at the clothes from an empty barrel to a full load weight, the method is executed when the door is not pushed: adjusting the rotating speed of a drum washing machine filled with clothes with target weight to a first preset rotating speed, and calculating a first average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable; increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and calculating a second average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable; and determining a first power difference for each target weight of laundry washing according to the second average power and the first average power.
Optionally, the second determining module 302 is specifically configured to, when testing the second power difference determined by the different rotation speeds when the laundry of half load weight and full load weight is washed at different door-reaching degrees, respectively: the method is carried out at different door-resisting degrees respectively for clothes with half load weight and full load weight: adjusting the rotating speed of the drum washing machine containing the clothes with the target weight to a first preset rotating speed, and calculating a third average power of the drum washing machine rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable; increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and calculating fourth average power of the drum washing machine for rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed after the rotating speed is stable; and determining a second power difference for washing each target weight of laundry according to the third average power and the fourth average power.
Alternatively, if the degree of the door is larger, the value compensated for the second power difference corresponding to the half load weight and the full load weight is larger; and the maximum second power difference in the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated rear loading capacity is not greater than the minimum second power difference in the second power difference range corresponding to the compensated rear loading capacity.
Optionally, if the third average power corresponding to the half load weight and/or the third average power corresponding to the full load weight is larger than the preset threshold, calculating the second power difference when washing the target weight of laundry after repeatedly performing the following operations for three times: adjusting the rotating speed of the drum washing machine filled with the clothes with the target weight to a first preset rotating speed, and rolling for N circles at the current first preset rotating speed; and increasing the rotating speed of the drum washing machine to a second preset rotating speed, and rolling for N circles at the current second preset rotating speed.
And compensating power difference ranges corresponding to full load and half load by combining power differences corresponding to target weighing obtained by testing during door propping and door non-propping so that the power difference range corresponding to the half load weight is not coincident with the power difference range corresponding to the full load weight. Therefore, the corresponding relation between the weight of clothes obtained through testing and the power difference range is more real and accurate, further, in the using process of the drum washing machine after leaving a factory, the weight of the clothes fully loaded with half load and less than half load can be accurately distinguished, the appropriate water level is convenient to provide, and the energy efficiency of the washing machine is guaranteed.
