after the automatic control switch 411 of the alkaline cleaning main liquid supply pipeline 41 and the automatic control switch 421 of the alkaline cleaning circulation box 42 returning liquid are closed, outputting a closing feedback signal to control the automatic control switch 431 of the alkaline cleaning waste water box 43 to be opened;
and after the alkaline washing wastewater tank automatic control switch 431 of the alkaline washing wastewater tank 43 is turned on, outputting an opening feedback signal to control the desalted water supply automatic control switch 21 to be turned on, so that the desalted water supply is finished.

Furthermore, a liquid level feedback device 22 and a desalted water supply automatic control switch 21 are arranged on the desalted water tank 2, and the volume of the desalted water tank 2 is set to meet the water quantity required by the three-stage accident water cleaning process. Therefore, the accident water process is bound to be popularized and applied more and more in similar production lines in the future.

when the production line is shut down due to an accident, firstly, the accident water conveying device sequentially conveys desalted water stored in a desalted water tank to each process section for cleaning through a pipeline according to the accident water supply sequence of the acid washing process section, the passivation process section and the alkali washing process section;
wherein, the switching among the cleaning processes of each process section is completed by the mutual cooperation of an automatic control switch with feedback and a control center for controlling the automatic control switch.
2. The method for cleaning aluminum plate with production line fault in accident water as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cleaning steps of the pickling process section are as follows:
when an accident occurs in the production line, a production line accident signal is fed back to the control center, the automatic control switch of the main liquid supply pipeline and the automatic control switch of the liquid return of the circulating box of the pickling process section are controlled to be closed, and meanwhile, the automatic control switches among the passivation process section, the alkali washing process section and the accident water conveying device are closed;
after the automatic control switch of the main liquid supply pipeline and the automatic control switch of the liquid return of the circulating box are closed, a closing feedback signal is output to control the automatic control switch of the waste water box to be opened;
and after the automatic control switch of the waste water tank is turned on, an opening feedback signal is output to control the automatic control switch for supplying desalted water to be turned on, so that the supply of desalted water is finished.
3. The method for cleaning aluminum plate with production line fault in accident water as claimed in claim 2, wherein: after the desalted water washing is finished, firstly, the desalted water supply automatic control switch is turned off, the turn-off signal of the desalted water supply automatic control switch is fed back to the control center, and the wastewater tank automatic control switch is turned off;
after receiving a closing signal of the automatic control switch of the waste water tank, the automatic control switch of the liquid return of the circulating tank is opened;
and after receiving a feedback signal of opening the automatic control switch of the circulation box, the automatic control switch of the main liquid supply pipeline is opened.

The accidental water cleaning method for the aluminum plate with the fault in the production line as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein: and after the cleaning of the accident water of the pickling process section is finished, closing an automatic control switch between the pickling process section and the accident water conveying device, opening an automatic control switch between the passivation process section and the accident water conveying device, and finishing the cleaning of the accident water of the passivation process section according to the same flow steps of the cleaning of the accident water of the pickling process section.

The method for cleaning aluminum plate with production line fault in accident water as set forth in claim 4, wherein: and after the accident water cleaning of the passivation process section is finished, closing an automatic control switch between the passivation process section and the accident water conveying device, opening an automatic control switch between the alkali washing process section and the accident water conveying device, and finishing the accident water cleaning of the alkali washing process section according to the same steps of the accident water cleaning of the acid washing process section.

The method for cleaning aluminum plate with production line fault in accident water as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pickling process section, the alkaline washing process section and the passivation process section are respectively provided with a spray pipe emergency water flushing pipeline and a squeezing roller emergency water flushing pipeline;
a first automatic control switch is arranged between the accident water washing pipeline of the spraying pipe of the passivation process section and the accident water conveying device, and a sixth automatic control switch is arranged between the accident water washing pipeline of the squeezing roller and the accident water conveying device;
a second automatic control switch is arranged between the accident water washing pipeline of the spraying pipe of the alkali washing process section and the accident water conveying device, and a fifth automatic control switch is arranged between the accident water washing pipeline of the squeezing roller and the accident water conveying device;
and a third automatic control switch is arranged between the spray pipe accident water washing pipeline of the pickling process section and the accident water conveying device, and a fourth automatic control switch is arranged between the squeezing roller accident water washing pipeline and the accident water conveying device.
