The adjustable-width carrier tape according to claim 1, wherein the cross-sections of the first blades (3) and the second blades (4) are fan-shaped, the first blades (3) and the second blades (4) have the same size, when three first blades (3) and three second blades (4) are inserted, the side surfaces of the first blades (3) and the side surfaces of the second blades (4) are tightly attached, the inner surfaces of the three first blades (3) and the inner surfaces of the three second blades (4) are on the contour of the outer peripheral surface of the same cylinder A, and the outer surfaces of the three first blades (3) and the outer surfaces of the three second blades (4) are on the contour of the outer peripheral surface of the same cylinder B.

The adjustable width carrier reel of claim 1, wherein the second blade (4) is provided at a side thereof with a mounting hole (44), at least a portion of the positioning ball (41) is located in the mounting hole (44), and the positioning ball (41) is connected to the bottom of the mounting hole (44) by a spring (45).
6. A method of using an adjustable width carrier reel, the method comprising the steps of:
s1: the width of the carrier tape disc is adjusted according to the width of a carrier tape to be wound, if the width of the carrier tape is W1, when the first blade (3) and the second blade (4) are inserted, the width W between the first limiting disc (1) and the second limiting disc (2) is matched with the width W1 of the carrier tape through the matching between the positioning beads (41) and the positioning hole groups (31);
s2: after the width W of the carrier tape reel is adjusted, the carrier tape reel is mounted on a rotating shaft of the material winding device, and the carrier tape is wound.
7. The method for using the adjustable-width carrier reel as defined in claim 6, wherein the step S1 specifically comprises:
if the width of the carrier tape is 35mm, the positioning beads (41) are matched and fixed with the first positioning holes (311), so that the width between the first limiting disc (1) and the second limiting disc (2) is 35 mm;
if the width of the carrier tape is 48mm, the positioning beads (41) are matched and fixed with the second positioning holes (312), so that the width between the first limiting disc (1) and the second limiting disc (2) is 48 mm;
if the width of the carrier tape is 70mm, the positioning beads (41) are matched and fixed with the third positioning holes (313), so that the width between the first limiting disc (1) and the second limiting disc (2) is 70 mm.
