The mixing formula has stronger timeliness, but can not realize the addition and utilization of crushed aggregates in different batches. Moreover, if the crushed aggregates cannot be added in the batch, the sieved crushed aggregates can only be subjected to waste disposal, which causes waste of raw materials. If the screened crushed aggregates are added in a manual mode in a fractional amount, the uniformity is poor, and the labor intensity is high.
Therefore, how to provide a device capable of uniformly and quantitatively adding tobacco scraps becomes a technical problem to be solved in the field.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tobacco shred blending device of the present disclosure includes a storage bin 1, a material control mechanism and a conveying mechanism.
The material control mechanism comprises a material control bin 2 and a material control assembly, an inlet of the material control bin 2 is connected with an outlet of the storage bin 1, and crushed tobacco materials in the storage bin 1 can enter the material control bin 2 from the outlet of the storage bin 1.
The material control component comprises a material control roller 3, the material control roller 3 is positioned in the material control bin 2, and the material control roller 3 is tangent to the inner wall of the material control bin 2. The surface of the material control roller 3 is provided with a plurality of material control grooves 31, the material control grooves 31 extend along the length direction of the material control roller 3, and the material control grooves 31 are curved grooves. The material control groove 31 can be filled with crushed tobacco, and the crushed tobacco in the material control groove 31 automatically controls the outlet of the bin 2 to enter the conveying mechanism along with the rotation of the material control roller 3.
The conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying assembly and a second conveying assembly.

In one embodiment of the tobacco shred blending device of the present disclosure, the storage silo 1 has a funnel-like structure in order to better control the blending rate of the tobacco shreds.
In one embodiment of the tobacco shred blending device of the present disclosure, the material control assembly further comprises a rotating shaft 8, and the material control roller 3 is mounted on the rotating shaft 8. The rotating shaft 8 drives the material control roller 3 to rotate, so that the rotation of the material control roller 3 can be controlled more conveniently. In a specific embodiment, the rotary shaft 8 may be driven by a separate driving unit, or may be driven by a driving unit that drives the first conveying roller 5 or the second conveying roller 7.
Further, the control roll 3 includes two half control rolls 32. The two half-control rollers 32 are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode, and the control material grooves 31 on each half-control roller 32 are complete grooves. Further, the transmission assembly includes a first timing pulley 11, a timing belt 12, and a second timing pulley 13. The first synchronous belt pulley 11 is fixedly connected with the end part of the first conveying roller 5, the second synchronous belt pulley 13 is fixedly connected with the material control roller 3, and the synchronous toothed belt 12 is matched with the first synchronous belt pulley 11 and the second synchronous belt pulley 13. The transmission assembly with the structure has good controllability, and the blending rate can be controlled by replacing the first synchronous belt pulley 11, the synchronous cog belt 12 and the second synchronous belt pulley 13.
In an implementation, the second synchronous pulley 13 may be engaged with the rotating shaft 8, and a rotary bearing may be provided on the rotating shaft 8.
In one embodiment of the tobacco scrap blending device of the present disclosure, the second conveyor assembly further comprises a second drive unit 14 for driving the second conveyor roller 7 in rotation.
In one embodiment of the tobacco scrap blending apparatus of the present disclosure, the central axes of the first conveyor roller 5 and the second conveyor roller 7 are perpendicular for more efficient transport of the tobacco scraps.
