s2, adjusting the air pressure of the sealed space through the vent hole (8) with the cover, filling positive air pressure into the lining bag, opening the vent hole (8) with the cover, exhausting the sealed space between the outer surface of the lining bag and the inner wall of the liner container main body (1) outwards through the vent hole (8) with the cover, completely attaching the outer surface of the lining bag and the inner wall of the liner of the packaging barrel when the air is exhausted, closing the vent hole (8) with the cover, and keeping the sealed space between the outer surface of the lining bag and the inner wall of the liner container main body (1) in a vacuum state;
s3, inputting materials into the inner container body (1);
and S4, discharging the materials, opening the vent hole (8) with the cover, and discharging the materials from the thread discharge hole (5).
