specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the ventilation support plate comprises a first ventilation support plate 4 movably connected to the transport frame 1, a third ventilation support plate 6 for connecting with the ventilation pipe 2 and playing a supporting role, and at least one second ventilation support plate 5 movably connected between the first ventilation support plate 4 and the third ventilation support plate 6; the folding function is realized by hinging the first ventilation support plate 4 with the second ventilation support plate 5 and the second ventilation support plate 5 with the third ventilation support plate 6; when more than one second ventilating support plate 5 is arranged, the second ventilating support plates 5 are hinged with each other.
In the example shown in fig. 3, only one second ventilating support plate 5 is provided, and in the practical application process, the number of the second ventilating support plates 5 can be adaptively adjusted according to the size of the space in the transportation frame 1. The ventilation support plates are connected in a hinged mode; in fig. 3, when the left third ventilation support plate 6 is pushed to move to the left, the second ventilation support plate and the first ventilation support plate 4 are driven to rotate, so that the ventilation support plates are stacked together to realize the folding function.

With reference to fig. 1 and 3, the sliding support in this solution has a pair of supporting sliding rods 7, and the ends of the supporting sliding rods are assembled together in the sliding rails 13 on the front and rear side walls of the transportation frame 1, so that the third ventilating support plate 6 can only realize the sliding function by using the sliding support and cannot rotate; and pushing the third ventilation support plate 6, sliding the support slide bar 7 along the slide rail 13, and driving other ventilation support plates to rotate so as to realize folding or unfolding. This structure has improved its structural strength as main fresh-keeping chamber A main supporting part in guaranteeing third ventilation extension board 6 stability, also does benefit to the butt joint between ventilation strutting arrangement and the ventilation pipe 2 simultaneously and fixes. The ventilation supporting device can be unfolded until the male buckle 10 on the third ventilation supporting plate 6 is completely clamped with the female buckle 12, and fixation is completed. After the ventilation holding surface C forms, bear the weight of the fresh tea leaves in the first half frame, the bottom plate of the transportation frame 1 bears the weight of the fresh tea leaves in the second half box, and the situation that the fresh tea leaves in the transportation frame 1 deteriorate and fall off due to long-time extrusion and heat accumulation is reduced. Referring to fig. 1, in the scheme, the length of the ventilation support plate is matched with the distance between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the transportation frame 1; so as to avoid the ventilation support surface C formed by the expansion of the ventilation support device and the side wall of the transportation frame 1 from leaving too large pores, thereby reducing or avoiding the tea leaves on the upper layer from leaking to the lower layer in the transportation process.
Referring to fig. 3, the ventilation support plates are hinged in a meshing manner, and a hinge seat is arranged at the meshing position; taking the first ventilation support plate 4 and the second ventilation support plate 5 in fig. 3 as an example, the edges of the two ventilation support plates are processed into saw-toothed shapes, and the saw-toothed parts are provided with holes to form a hinged seat, so that the convex part of one ventilation support plate can be inserted into the concave part of the other ventilation support plate, and the gap between the two ventilation support plates can be effectively reduced after connection.
In the example shown in fig. 3, the outer end of the first ventilation support plate 4 is hinged on the left/right side wall of the transportation frame 1 through a first cylindrical pin 9 and plays a role in fixing the end part of the ventilation support device; the inner end of the second ventilation support plate is hinged with the second ventilation support plate 5 through a second cylindrical pin 8. The cylindrical pins and the ends of the supporting slide bars 7 are suitably thickened.
As a further optimization of the above technical solution, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the ventilation pipe 2 is a square column pipe, and ventilation holes are distributed on four side walls of the ventilation pipe 2; the ventilation pipe 2 is arranged in the transportation frame 1 in a mode that one edge of the ventilation pipe faces upwards, so that after the ventilation supporting surface C is formed, two adjacent side walls of the ventilation pipe 2 are positioned at the upper part of the ventilation supporting surface C, and ventilation holes in the two side walls face towards the upper parts of ventilation supporting devices on two sides of the ventilation pipe 2 respectively; the other two adjacent side walls are positioned at the lower part of the ventilation supporting surface C, and the ventilation holes on the two side walls respectively face to the lower parts of the ventilation supporting devices at the two sides of the ventilation pipe 2; the structure can better realize ventilation and heat dissipation.
In addition, the parts of the front and rear side walls of the transportation frame 1, which penetrate through the two ends of the ventilation pipe 2, are processed with butt joint edges which are used for butt joint with the end parts of the ventilation pipes 2 of other transportation frames 1 and introducing external air; wherein, the outside air can be the natural wind of outside, also can be the initiative wind that provides through air conditioner or new trend system, and the ventilation efficiency in the transportation is improved to the ventilation pipe 2 that the butt joint back outside air can run through a plurality of transportation frames 1 simultaneously.
For the laying of transportation frame 1, 1 top corner of transportation frame is equipped with end cap 3 respectively, 1 bottom corner of transportation frame correspond the position be equipped with end cap 3 assorted recess 11. s1, pouring fresh tea leaves into the transport frame 1 by a worker, enabling the tea leaves to fall into a lower fresh-keeping cavity of the transport frame 1 from a space between the ventilation pipe 2 and the folded ventilation supporting device, unfolding the ventilation supporting device from two sides of the transport frame 1 to the middle by two hands after the ventilation supporting device is filled with the fresh tea leaves until the male buckle 10 on the ventilation supporting device and the female buckle 12 on the ventilation pipe 2 are fastened mutually to complete unfolding and fixing of the ventilation supporting device, forming a ventilation supporting surface C at the moment, and then continuously putting the fresh tea leaves on the ventilation supporting surface C;
s2, after loading of fresh tea leaves is completed, stacking the first layer of transport frames 1 in a transport carriage, and then sequentially stacking the upper layer of transport frames 1 on the lower layer of transport frames 1, wherein in the stacking process, the end caps 3 of the lower layer of transport frames are respectively aligned to the grooves 11 of the upper layer of transport frames and then inserted, so that relative movement between the transport frames 1 is limited, and stacking is completed; the end parts of the ventilation pipes 2 on the left and right adjacent transportation frames 1 are opposite to introduce natural wind or air-conditioned wind;
s3, unloading fresh tea leaves, pouring out the fresh tea leaves in the upper half part of the transportation frame 1, then loosening the male buckle 10 and the female buckle 12 to separate the ventilation supporting device from the connection with the ventilation pipe 2, shifting the ventilation supporting device to the left and right sides to fold the ventilation supporting plate to be folded and put away on the left and right side walls in the transportation frame 1, and pouring out the fresh tea leaves in the lower preservation cavity.

Claims (9)

1. A fresh tea leaf fresh-keeping and conveying device is characterized by comprising a conveying frame (1) which can be stacked up and down;
a ventilation pipe (2) with a ventilation hole on the pipe wall is arranged in the transportation frame (1), and two ends of the ventilation pipe (2) penetrate through the front side wall and the rear side wall of the transportation frame (1) and are fixed;
the transportation frames (1) at the two sides of the ventilation pipe (2) are respectively provided with a ventilation supporting device, and the ventilation supporting devices comprise a plurality of foldable and unfoldable ventilation supporting plates and sliding supports with supporting, sliding and limiting functions; the ventilation supporting device can be folded on the left side wall and the right side wall in the transportation frame (1) or unfolded to the end part by utilizing the sliding support to be fixed on the ventilation pipe (2);
when the ventilation supporting device is unfolded to the end part and fixed on the ventilation pipe (2), the ventilation supporting device and the ventilation pipe (2) jointly form a ventilation supporting surface (C) to divide the interior of the transportation frame (1) into an upper preservation cavity and a lower preservation cavity;
the ventilation pipe (2) is a square column pipe, and ventilation holes are distributed on four side walls of the ventilation pipe (2); the ventilation pipe (2) is arranged in the transportation frame (1) in a mode that one edge of the ventilation pipe faces upwards, so that after the ventilation supporting surface (C) is formed, two adjacent side walls of the ventilation pipe (2) are positioned at the upper part of the ventilation supporting surface (C), and ventilation holes in the two side walls respectively face towards the upper parts of ventilation supporting devices at two sides of the ventilation pipe (2); and the other two adjacent side walls are positioned at the lower part of the ventilation supporting surface (C), and the ventilation holes on the two side walls respectively face to the lower parts of the ventilation supporting devices at the two sides of the ventilation pipe (2).

Fresh tea leaf freshness-retaining transportation device according to claim 1, wherein the ventilation strip comprises a first ventilation strip (4) movably connected to the transportation frame (1), a third ventilation strip (6) for connecting and supporting the ventilation pipe (2), and at least one second ventilation strip (5) movably connected between the first ventilation strip (4) and the third ventilation strip (6); the first ventilation support plate (4) and the second ventilation support plate (5) as well as the second ventilation support plate (5) and the third ventilation support plate (6) are hinged to realize the folding function; when more than one second ventilating support plate (5) is arranged, the second ventilating support plates (5) are hinged with each other.
3. The fresh tea leaf freshness transportation device according to claim 2, wherein the sliding bracket is mounted on a third ventilation support plate (6);
the sliding support comprises a pair of supporting sliding rods (7), one supporting sliding rod (7) is used for movably connecting the second ventilation supporting plate (5) and the third ventilation supporting plate (6), and the other supporting sliding rod (7) penetrates through the third ventilation supporting plate (6) along the length direction;
slide rails (13) are symmetrically arranged on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the transportation frame (1), and two ends of the supporting slide bar (7) are respectively assembled on the slide rails (13).
4. The fresh tea leaf fresh-keeping transportation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the third ventilation support plate (6) and the ventilation pipe (2) are provided with a male buckle (10) and a female buckle (12) which are matched with each other.

The fresh tea leaf fresh-keeping transportation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length of the ventilation support plates is matched with the distance between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the transportation frame (1), the ventilation support plates are hinged in an occlusion manner, and an articulation seat is arranged at the occlusion position.

Fresh tea leaf freshness retaining and transporting device according to claim 2, wherein the outer end of the first ventilating support plate (4) is hinged on the left/right side wall of the transporting frame (1) through a first cylindrical pin (9), and the inner end is hinged with the second ventilating support plate (5) through a second cylindrical pin (8).

The fresh tea leaf fresh-keeping transportation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two ends of the ventilation pipe (2) penetrate through the front and rear side walls of the transportation frame (1) and are provided with butt joint edges for butt joint with the end parts of the ventilation pipes (2) of other transportation frames (1) and introducing external air.

The fresh tea leaf fresh-keeping transportation device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top corners of the transportation frame (1) are respectively provided with an end cap (3), and the corresponding positions of the bottom corners of the transportation frame (1) are provided with grooves (11) matched with the end caps (3).
9. Use of the fresh tea leaf freshness transportation device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, pouring fresh tea leaves into the transport frame (1), enabling the tea leaves to fall into a fresh-keeping cavity at the lower part of the transport frame (1) from a space between the ventilation pipe (2) and the folded ventilation supporting device, unfolding the ventilation supporting device from two sides to the middle of the transport frame (1) by two hands after the fresh tea leaves are filled in the ventilation supporting device until a male buckle (10) on the ventilation supporting device and a female buckle (12) on the ventilation pipe (2) are mutually fastened to complete unfolding and fixing of the ventilation supporting device, forming a ventilation supporting surface (C) at the moment, and then continuously putting the fresh tea leaves into the ventilation supporting surface (C);
s2, after loading of fresh tea leaves is completed, stacking a first layer of transport frame (1) in a transport carriage, and then sequentially stacking an upper layer of transport frame (1) on a lower layer of transport frame (1), wherein in the stacking process, end caps (3) of a lower layer of transport box are respectively aligned to grooves (11) of an upper layer of transport box and then inserted, so that relative movement between the transport frames (1) is limited, and stacking is completed; the end parts of the ventilation pipes (2) on the left and right adjacent transportation frames (1) are opposite to introduce natural wind or air-conditioned wind;
s3, unloading the fresh tea leaves, pouring out the fresh tea leaves in the upper half part of the transportation frame (1), then loosening the male buckle (10) and the female buckle (12) to separate the ventilation supporting device from the ventilation pipe (2), shifting the ventilation supporting device towards the left and right sides to fold the ventilation supporting plate to the left and right side walls in the transportation frame (1), and pouring out the fresh tea leaves in the lower fresh-keeping cavity.
