Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the joint guiding assembly 9 includes a limiting ring 91 movably sleeved on the outer wall of the ink cartridge nozzle 7, movable connectors 92 are disposed on the outer walls of two sides of the port of the limiting ring 91, the movable connectors 92 are connected with one end of a connecting rod 93, the other end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a fixing rod 94, joint rollers 95 are movably sleeved on the outer walls of two ends of the fixing rod 94, the diameter of the joint rollers 95 is much larger than that of the fixing rod 94, and a limiting rod 96 is disposed on the outer wall of the fixing rod 94 on one side of the connecting rod 93 and limits the distance between the ink cartridge nozzle 7 and the object through a telescopic support.
The limiting rod piece 96 comprises a flexible connecting strip 961 connected with the side wall of the fixing rod 94, the tail end of the flexible connecting strip 961 is fixedly connected with a limiting sleeve 962, a moving rod 963 is movably sleeved in a port at the other end of the limiting sleeve 962, the tail end of the moving rod 963 is fixedly connected with a fixed sucker 964, a threaded barrel 965 is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the limiting sleeve 962, an elastic bolt 966 is in threaded connection with the inner cavity of the threaded barrel 965, the moving rod 966 is limited and fixed by the elastic bolt 963, the fixed sucker 964 at the tail end of the moving rod 963 adsorbs the side wall of the end of the jet printing machine main body 4, the elastic bolt 966 on the limiting sleeve 962 is loosened, the ink box sprayer 7 is aligned to a jet printing object by the handheld control handle 2, the attaching roller 95 at the tail end of the fixing rod 94 is attached to the outer wall of the jet printing object, the ink box sprayer 7 is pushed to be close to the limiting sleeve and the moving rod 963 to shrink, when the laser ranging sensor 10 detects that the ink box sprayer 7 is highly attached to the jet printing object, the elastic bolt 966 is screwed up immediately to fix the moving rod 963, the ink box sprayer 7 is fixed by the limiting sleeve 962 and the moving rod 963, the spray printing height of the spray printing object is guaranteed, and the jet printing machine is ensured to be upright and attractive in spray printing patterns, convenient and practical.
Referring to fig. 2, 5, 6 and 7, the cleaning assembly 14 includes a moving block 141 movably engaged with the inside of the limiting sliding groove 13, an end of the moving block 141 extends to the outside of the port of the limiting sliding groove 13, and a tail end of the moving block is connected to an outer wall of the fixing base 142, the fixing base 142 is separated from the touch screen 11, fixing plates 143 are disposed at upper and lower ends of an outer wall of one side of the fixing base 142 close to a fixing end of the protective cover 15, a rotating roller 145 is disposed between side walls of the fixing plates 143 through a rotating shaft 144, a cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is movably engaged with an outer wall of the rotating roller 145, and the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is attached to an outer wall of the touch screen 11.
A position limiting hole 147 is formed on the side wall of the fixing seat 142 corresponding to the position limiting block 16, the distance between the position limiting hole 147 and the touch screen 11 is greater than the distance between the end surface of the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 adjacent to the position limiting hole 147 and the touch screen 11, and the limit block 16 is inserted into the limit hole 147 to limit and fix the movable end of the protective cover plate 15, the outer wall of one side of the moving block 141 is provided with a return spring 148, the other end of the return spring 148 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the limit chute 13, when the return spring 148 is kept in a normal diastole state, the fixing base 142 is located at the outer side of one end of the touch screen 11 close to the protective cover 15, the protective cover 15 is inserted into the limiting hole 147 through the limiting block 16 to protect the touch screen 11, when the fixing base 142 moves left and right, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is attached to the touch screen 11 to roll to clean the outside of the touch screen, so that the condition that the dirt on the outer wall of the touch screen 11 affects the checking operation of the touch screen 11 is avoided, and the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 8, the rotating roller 145 is a hollow structure, a cross partition 1451 is disposed inside the hollow structure, the cross partition 1451 divides the inside of the rotating roller 145 into four arc-shaped chambers 1452 with the same size, the arc-shaped chambers 1452 contain the non-washing liquid, liquid outlet channels 1453 are uniformly disposed on the outer wall of one side of the arc-shaped chambers 1452 and are used for outputting the non-washing liquid in the arc-shaped chambers 1452, balls 1454 are movably engaged with the inner wall of the ports of the liquid outlet channels 1453, one end of each ball 1454 extends to the outside of the port of the liquid outlet channel 1453, the tail end of each ball is attached to the inner wall of the cleaning cotton barrel 146, liquid outlet holes 1455 are formed in the ball 1454, the ports of the liquid outlet holes 1455 are perpendicular to the ports of the cleaning cotton barrel 146, the cleaning cotton barrel 146 is a side wall opening structure and is movably engaged with the outer wall of the rotating roller 145 through openings, and the rotating roller 145 is disposed at the outer sides of the touch screen 11, the ports of the liquid outlet holes 1455 are perpendicular to the ports of the liquid outlet channel 1453, the ball 1454 blocks the liquid outlet channel 1453, when the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 rolls, the ball 1454 is stirred to rotate to intermittently communicate with the liquid outlet channel 1453, the cleaning liquid in the arc-shaped cavity 1452 in the rotating roller 145 drips out through the liquid outlet holes 1455 on the ball 1454, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is wetted to wipe and clean the touch screen 11, the cleaning effect of the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 on the touch screen 11 is enhanced, and the touch screen 11 is automatically cleaned conveniently and efficiently.
In order to better show the handheld inkjet printer with the code spraying gun head attaching and guiding mechanism, the embodiment provides an implementation method of the handheld inkjet printer with the code spraying gun head attaching and guiding mechanism, which comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: moving the fixing base 142 to the end far away from the protective cover 15 to separate the limiting block 16 on the side wall of the protective cover 15 from the limiting hole 147 on the fixing base 142, pulling the fixing base 142 to be located at the other side of the touch screen 11 by the return spring 148, deflecting the protective cover 15 to open and turn on the power switch, and clicking on the touch screen 11 to perform the jet printing function;
step two: then, the fixing base 142 is shifted to move towards the end far away from the protective cover 15, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is attached to the outer wall of the touch screen 11 to roll through the rotating roller 145 during moving, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is shifted to rotate by the ball 1454 to be intermittently communicated with the liquid outlet channel 1453 during rolling, cleaning liquid in the arc-shaped cavity 1452 in the rotating roller 145 drips out through the liquid outlet hole 1455 in the ball 1454, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is wetted to wipe and clean the touch screen 11, and then the protective cover 15 and the fixing base 142 are buckled again;
step three: enabling a fixed suction cup 964 at the tail end of a moving rod 963 to adsorb the side wall of the end head of a main body 4 of the jet printing machine, then unscrewing a loosening bolt 966 on a limiting sleeve 962, holding a control handle 2 by hand to align an ink box spray head 7 with a jet printing object, enabling an attaching roller 95 at the tail end of a fixed rod 94 to attach to the outer wall of the jet printing object, and slowly pushing the ink box spray head 7 to be close to the jet printing object to enable the limiting sleeve 962 and the moving rod 963 to shrink;
step four: when the laser ranging sensor 10 detects that the ink box sprayer 7 and the jet printing height of the jet printing object are displayed properly on the touch screen 11, the tightening bolt 966 is immediately screwed down to fix the moving rod 963, the ink box sprayer 7 and the jet printing height of the jet printing object are fixed by using the limiting sleeve 962 and the moving rod 963, and then the jet printing switch 3 is started to convey ink in the ink box 5 to the ink box sprayer 7 to spray and print the object;
step five: and (3) pushing a joint roller 95 at the tail end of the fixing rod 94 to joint the outer wall of the jet printing object to roll during jet printing, ensuring that the ink box spray head 7 keeps a proper jet printing height until jet printing is finished, closing the jet printing switch 3 and repeating the first step to the second step.
In summary, the following steps: the invention provides a hand-held code spraying machine with a code spraying gun head attaching guide mechanism and an implementation method thereof, wherein a limit ring 91 is movably sleeved on the outer wall of a spray head 7 of an ink box, movable connecting pieces 92 are arranged on the outer walls of two sides of a port of the limit ring 91 and connected with a connecting rod 93, the other end of the port is fixedly connected with a fixed rod 94, the outer walls of two ends of the fixed rod 94 are movably sleeved with an attaching roller 95, a limit rod piece 96 is arranged on the outer wall of the fixed rod 94 at one side of the connecting rod 93, a fixed suction cup 964 at the tail end of a moving rod 963 adsorbs the side wall of the end of a main body 4 of the code spraying machine, then a loosening bolt 966 on the limit sleeve 962 is loosened, a hand-held control handle 2 aligns the spray head 7 of the ink box with a print object, the attaching roller 95 at the tail end of the fixed rod 94 is attached to the outer wall of the print object, the spray head 7 is pushed to be close to the print object to promote the limit sleeve 962 and the moving rod 963 to be contracted, when a laser ranging sensor 10 detects that the spray head 7 of the ink box is highly appropriate to the print object, the elastic bolt 966 is immediately screwed down to fix the moving rod 963, and the ink box sprayer 7 and the spray printing height of a spray printing object are fixed by using the limiting sleeve 962 and the moving rod 963, so that the jet printing pattern of the ink jet printer is ensured to be neat and attractive, and is convenient and practical; a limit chute 13 is arranged on the outer wall of the jet printer body 4 adjacent to the upper end and the lower end of the touch screen 11, a protective cover plate 15 is movably connected on the outer wall of the jet printer body 4 adjacent to the work indicator lamp 12 through a hinge, a limit block 16 is arranged on the side wall of the port of the protective cover plate 15, a moving block 141 is movably clamped in the limit chute 13, the end head of the moving block extends to the outside of the port of the limit chute 13 and is connected with a fixed seat 142, the fixed seat 142 is separated from the touch screen 11, a fixed plate 143 is arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the outer wall of one side of the fixed seat 142 close to the fixed end of the protective cover plate 15, a rotating roller 145 is arranged between the side walls of the fixed plates 143 through a rotating shaft 144, a movable clamping sleeve cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is arranged on the outer wall of the rotating roller 145, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is attached to the outer wall of the touch screen 11, a limit hole 147 is arranged on the side wall of the fixed seat 142 corresponding to the limit block 16, the protective cover plate 15 is inserted in the limit hole through the limit block 16 to protect the touch screen 11, when the fixing base 142 moves left and right, the cleaning cotton cylinder 146 is attached to the touch screen 11 to roll to clean the outside of the touch screen, so that the condition that the dirt on the outer wall of the touch screen 11 affects the checking operation of the touch screen 11 is avoided, and the use is convenient.

s2: then the fixed seat (142) is shifted to move towards one end far away from the protective cover plate (15), the cleaning cotton cylinder (146) is attached to the outer wall of the touch screen (11) to roll through the rotating roller (145) during moving, the ball (1454) is shifted by the cleaning cotton cylinder (146) to rotate and intermittently communicate with the liquid outlet channel (1453) during rolling, cleaning liquid in the arc-shaped cavity (1452) inside the rotating roller (145) drips out through the liquid outlet dripping holes (1455) in the ball (1454), the cleaning cotton cylinder (146) is wetted to wipe and clean the touch screen (11), and then the protective cover plate (15) and the fixed seat (142) are buckled again;
s3: enabling a fixed sucker (964) at the tail end of a moving rod (963) to adsorb the side wall of the end of a main body (4) of the jet printing machine, then unscrewing an elastic bolt (966) on a limiting sleeve (962), holding a control handle (2) by hand to align an ink box spray head (7) to a jet printing object, attaching a bonding roller (95) at the tail end of the fixed rod (94) to the outer wall of the jet printing object, and slowly pushing the ink box spray head (7) to be close to the jet printing object to enable the limiting sleeve (962) and the moving rod (963) to shrink;
s4: when the laser ranging sensor (10) detects that the jet printing height of the ink box nozzle (7) and the jet printing object is displayed properly on the touch screen (11), immediately screwing a turnbuckle (966) to fix the moving rod (963), fixing the jet printing height of the ink box nozzle (7) and the jet printing object by using the limiting sleeve (962) and the moving rod (963), and then starting the jet printing switch (3) to convey ink in the ink box (5) to the ink box nozzle (7) to be sprayed out to jet print the object;
s5: and (3) pushing a joint roller (95) at the tail end of the fixing rod (94) to joint the outer wall of the jet printing object to roll during jet printing, ensuring that the ink box spray head (7) keeps a proper jet printing height until jet printing is finished, closing the jet printing switch (3) and repeating the steps from S1 to S2.
