Because the position close to the core pulling rod 32 is the position of the rotating shaft hole arranged on the mounting seat, the structure of the position is complex, and the independent and detachable insert is arranged, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the replacement is convenient. Correspondingly, the front mold core is provided with an upper insert 22, and the upper insert 22 is respectively arranged at two sides of the second mold cavity and is opposite to the lower insert 37; the cross-sectional area of the upper insert 22 decreases in a direction approaching the back mold plate. Similarly, the upper insert 22 is advantageous to reduce the production cost and is convenient to replace.
The injection mold further comprises a first runner system and a second runner system, and the melting points of materials in the first runner system and the second runner system are different; the first flow channel system is communicated with a first feed port 4 on the first front mold core 1; the second flow channel system is communicated with a second feed inlet 5 on the second front die core 2.
For example, in this embodiment, the material in the first flow channel system may be a molding material mainly made of polyamide, and the material in the second flow channel system may be a molding material mainly made of polyoxymethylene, and the melting points and shrinkage rates of polyamide and polyoxymethylene are different, so that after the hinged automobile component is molded, the mounting seat and the buckle are not adhered to each other and have a certain gap to rotate flexibly.
As shown in fig. 3, a first angle guide pillar 11 is fixedly connected to the first front mold core 1; a first sliding block 31 and a core-pulling rod 32 are arranged on each of the two rear mold cores 3, and a first guide hole matched with the first inclined guide pillar 11 is formed in each first sliding block 31; one end of the core rod 32 is connected with the first slide block 31, and the other end is used for forming a rotating shaft hole on the mounting seat.
After the mounting seat is formed, the first front mold core 1 is far away from the rear mold core 3, the first inclined guide post 11 drives the first sliding block 31 to slide, so that the core-pulling rod 32 is pulled out, and a rotating shaft hole is formed in the position of the core-pulling rod 32 on the mounting seat.
As shown in fig. 4, a first spring 33 is disposed between the first sliding block 31 and the rear mold core 3, and the first sliding block 31 has a tendency to move away from the rear mold core 3 under the action of the spring. In the process of forming the handle, the second front mold core 2 is matched with the rear mold core 3, and because the first front mold core 1 is not connected with the first inclined guide post 11, the first slide block 31 and the core-pulling rod 32 are kept in a drawing state under the action of the first spring 33 without the driving of the first inclined guide post 11.
As shown in fig. 4, a second angle guide pillar 21 is fixedly connected to the second front mold core 2; the first rear die core 3 and the second rear die core 3 are both provided with a second sliding block 34 and a core-pulling block 35, and the second sliding block 34 is provided with a second guide hole matched with the second inclined guide pillar 21; one end of the core block 35 is connected to the second slider 34, and the other end is used for forming a hook on the handle.
After the handle is formed, the second front mold core 2 is far away from the rear mold core 3, the second inclined guide post 21 drives the second slide block 34 to slide, so that the core-pulling block 35 is pulled out, and then the hook part on the handle is released.
A second spring 36 is arranged between the second slide block 34 and the rear mold core 3, and the second slide block 34 has a movement tendency away from the rear mold core 3 under the action of the second spring 36. In the process of forming the mounting seat, the first front mold core 1 is matched with the rear mold core 3, and since the second angle guide pillar 21 is not connected to the first front mold core 1, the second slide block 34 and the core pulling block 35 are kept in a drawing state under the action of the second spring 36 without being driven by the second angle guide pillar 21.
