Abstract
The invention discloses a centering device for welding an inner field and an outer field of a ship and a using method thereof, wherein the centering device comprises a support, a screw rod, a base, first angle iron, second angle iron, an upper end nut and a lower end nut, the support is L-shaped and comprises a first support plate and a second support plate which are vertically connected, the end part of the second support plate is welded on the base, a through hole is formed in the first support plate, the upper end nut is installed on the upper end surface of the first support plate, the lower end nut is installed on the lower end surface of the first support plate, a threaded hole of the upper end nut and a threaded hole of the lower end nut are communicated with the through hole, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the upper end nut and the lower end nut, the first angle iron and the second angle iron are welded to form a cross structure, and at least two supports are arranged on a bottom plate. The invention can be applied to various construction environments of inner fields and outer fields, improves the accuracy and convenience of welding operation, and meets the operation requirement of a single person for single tooling.

The first angle iron 10 and the second angle iron 11 are welded to form a cross structure, and a section of empty groove needs to be cut at a position close to the pipe end welding position for subsequent welding operation. The cross structure is connected with the second support plate in a welding mode.
The butt joint positions of the first pipeline 7 and the second pipeline 8 are provided with butt joint grooves, and the butt joint grooves are formed by chamfering of a grinder and are used for subsequent welding.

and step seven, repeating the step four, the step five and the step six until all welding seams are welded. All the screws 2 are unscrewed, and the first pipe 7 and the second pipe 8 are taken out.
In the past, two welders are needed to weld two sections of pipes in field construction without the help of auxiliary tools, one welder rights the two pipes with double hands, and the other welder welds the pipes. A centering device for welding an inner field and an outer field of a ship is characterized by comprising a support, a screw rod, a base, first angle iron, second angle iron, an upper end nut and a lower end nut, wherein the support is L-shaped and comprises a first support plate and a second support plate which are vertically connected, the end part of the second support plate is welded on the base, a through hole is formed in the first support plate, the upper end nut is installed on the upper end surface of the first support plate, the lower end nut is installed on the lower end surface of the first support plate, a threaded hole of the upper end nut and a threaded hole of the lower end nut are communicated with the through hole, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the upper end nut and the lower end nut, a rubber sleeve is arranged at one end of the screw rod, which is positioned on the inner side of the support, the first angle iron and the second angle iron are welded to form a cross-shaped structure, and the cross-shaped structure is welded on the base, the bottom plate is provided with at least two brackets.
2. The centering device for welding the inner and outer fields of the ship as claimed in claim 1, wherein a handle is welded to one end of the screw rod located at the outer side of the bracket.
3. The centering device for welding the inner and outer fields of the ship as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the brackets is four, and the four brackets are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the base in pairs.
4. The centering device for welding inside and outside fields of ships according to claim 3, wherein the area of the cross-shaped structure between the two sets of brackets is cut to form a hollow groove.

6. The centering device for welding the inner and outer fields of the ship as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the through hole is larger than the diameter of the external thread of the screw.
7. A use method of a centering device for welding an internal and external field of a ship is characterized by comprising the following steps:
