the feeding unit is used for arranging and conveying workpieces onto the glass plates with the multilayer structure and comprises a storage bin (2), an alignment machine (3) corresponding to a feed opening of the storage bin and a plurality of conveying rails (4) connected with the outlet end of the alignment machine, wherein the plurality of conveying rails correspond to the glass plates with the multilayer structure one by one;
the screening unit comprises a multi-layer structure glass disc (5) arranged on the main rack, the glass disc is a high-light-transmittance glass disc, the multi-layer structure glass disc is coaxial and is driven by the same motor, an annular workpiece placing area (51) is arranged on the upper surface of the glass disc, and outlets of the plurality of conveying tracks respectively correspond to the workpiece placing areas of the glass disc and send workpieces to be detected into the workpiece placing areas;
the detection unit is used for acquiring a workpiece image and comprises an imaging device (6), wherein the imaging device comprises a camera, a backlight plate and an induction sensor;
the separation unit is used for outputting the detected workpieces in a classified manner, is positioned behind the detection unit and corresponds to the glass disc, and comprises an air blowing device (7) and a discharging device (8), wherein the air blowing device is externally connected with a high-pressure air source;
and the controller is used for controlling the feeding unit, the screening unit, the detection unit and the separation unit, wherein the workpiece image data acquired by the detection unit is analyzed to form quality parameters of the workpiece, and the quality parameters comprise pass or fail or re-inspection.

The multiple layer glass disk image screening machine of claim 1, wherein: the detection unit comprises a plurality of image devices (6) which have the same structure and are in one-to-one correspondence with the glass discs (5) of the multilayer structure, the image devices are distributed at intervals along the rotation direction of the glass discs and respectively correspond to workpiece placement areas (51) of the corresponding glass discs and form a plurality of image detection stations, wherein a first image device corresponds to the uppermost glass disc, a second image device corresponds to the second glass disc, and so on, an Nth image device corresponds to the lowermost glass disc, and each image device comprises an image support (61), a camera (62) and a backlight plate (63) which are arranged on the image support and can adjust positions, and an induction sensor (64).

The multiple layer glass disk image screening machine of claim 2, wherein: the image bracket (61) is fixedly arranged on the main frame (1), the camera (62) is positioned above the corresponding glass disc, the lens of the camera is aligned with the surface of the workpiece placing area of the glass disc, the backlight plate (63) is positioned below the glass disc and corresponds to the camera, and the induction sensor (64) is positioned in front of the camera and is positioned above the workpiece placing area (51) of the glass disc.
