A lifting table as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first sealing piece is a lower cylinder body which is connected to the table plate frame and is opened at the upper end, the second sealing piece is an upper cylinder body which is in sliding fit with the lower cylinder body, and the inner cavity of the lower cylinder body and the inner cavity of the upper cylinder body form the air compression cavity; one end of the elastic piece is arranged in the lower cylinder, and the other end of the elastic piece is propped against the upper cylinder; the exhaust hole is arranged at the top of the upper cylinder body.
3. A lifting table as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the first sealing element comprises a base connected to the table frame, and the lower cylinder is arranged in the base; the base is sleeved with a shell in a sliding manner, and the upper cylinder is connected in the shell.
