The technical solution of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, fig. 1 is a partial structural schematic view of an electronic device of the present embodiment, fig. 2 is an internal cross-sectional view of the electronic device of the present embodiment, and fig. 3 is an exploded structural schematic view of the electronic device of the present embodiment. The electronic device 100 of the present embodiment may include a first housing 1, an interface part 2, and a second housing 3. The first casing 1 is provided with a plug opening 10, the second casing 3 is fixedly connected to the first casing 1 through a fastener 4 and forms a locking space 11 with the first casing 1, and the locking space 11 is communicated with the plug opening 10. The interface component 2 is fixed in the locking space 11, the interface component 2 has a plug-in portion 20, the plug-in portion 20 is aligned with the plug-in port 10, and the plug-in portion 20 is used for plug-in connection to achieve data transmission and/or charging.
The second shell 3 is fixedly connected with the first shell 1 through the fastener 4, so that the first shell 1 is fixedly connected with the second shell 3, and meanwhile, a locking space 11 for fixedly connecting the interface part 2 can be formed, so that the interface part 2 can be firmly fixed between the first shell 1 and the second shell due to the locking effect of the second shell 3 and the first shell 1, additional support locking is not needed, and the occupation of the internal space of the electronic equipment is reduced.
In addition, the first shell 1 and the second shell 3 are locked and connected and the interface component 2 is locked, so that the locking mode is more reliable and firmer, the situation that the interface component 2 is loosened after being plugged and pulled for many times to influence the use of the interface component can be avoided, and the locking stability and the reliability of the interface component 2 are effectively ensured.
In some embodiments, the interface member 2 can be locked and fixed in the locking space 11 by the fastener 4, and the interface member 2 is compressed between the first casing 1 and the second casing 3. Therefore, the first shell 1, the second shell 3 and the interface component 2 can be locked and fixed by the same fastener 4, so that the locking effect is better, the use of the fastener 4 can be effectively saved, and the assembly of the first shell 1, the second shell 3 and the interface component 2 is simplified.
It is understood that the interface member 2 can be electrically connected to the circuit board 5 of the electronic device 100 when the interface member 2 is locked in the locking space 11. Specifically, the circuit board 5 may be disposed in the first housing 1, and the interface part 2 may be electrically connected to the circuit board 5 to implement data transmission and/or charging for controlling the interface part 2.
Further, the above mentioned electronic device 100 may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a smart watch, and the like having the interface component 2 to implement charging and data transmission. The present embodiment is described by taking the electronic device 100 as a mobile phone as an example.
It is understood that the above-mentioned fastener 4 may include, but is not limited to, a fastener such as a bolt or a screw having a locking function.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 7, when the electronic device 100 is a mobile phone, the first housing 1 can be a middle housing of the electronic device 100, and the middle housing can be used for accommodating and fixing electronic components, such as a speaker, a microphone, a camera module, a circuit board 5, and the like. The second housing 3 may serve as a front case of the electronic device 100, and the front case may be used to set a display screen. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first housing 1 may be a front shell of the electronic device 100, and the second housing 3 may be a middle shell of the electronic device 100.
Further, the first housing 1 has a first bottom wall 12 and an inner side wall 13 connected to the first bottom wall 12, the interface member 2 can be locked and connected to the first bottom wall 12, and the insertion opening 10 can be disposed on the inner side wall 13. Specifically, as can be seen from the foregoing, the first casing 1 can be disposed as a middle frame casing of a mobile phone, the inner side wall 13 can be disposed perpendicular to the first bottom wall 12, and the inner side wall 13 can include a lateral wall surface 130 of the first casing 1 in the width direction and an end wall surface 131 of the first casing 1 in the length direction. For example, for convenience of use by a user, the insertion and extraction opening 10 may be disposed on an end wall surface 131 of the first housing 1 in the length direction, specifically, the end wall surface 131 of the bottom end of the first housing 1 in the length direction, so as to conform to the use habit of the user, and at the same time, not occupy the space of the lateral wall surface 130.
Further, when the second housing 3 is locked and connected with the first housing 1, the second housing 3 and the first housing 1 may be connected to form the locking space 11, or the second housing 3 may be at least partially embedded in the first housing 1, and the locking space 11 is formed between the portion of the second housing 3 embedded in the first housing 1 and the first housing 1. Taking the example that the second housing 3 can be at least partially embedded in the first housing 1, the second housing 3 can have a second bottom wall 30 and an outer side wall 31, the second bottom wall 30 is disposed opposite to the first bottom wall 12, the outer side wall 31 can be disposed opposite to the inner side wall 13, when the second housing 3 is locked and connected to the first housing 1, the outer side wall 31 can be at least partially located in the first housing 1, and the second bottom wall 30 can press the interface component 2, so that the interface component 2 is locked and connected between the first bottom wall 12 of the first housing 1 and the second bottom wall 30 of the second housing 3.
In some embodiments, the interface component 2 can be disposed near the inner sidewall 13 when the interface component is locked and connected to the first bottom wall 12 of the first housing 1, so that the insertion portion 20 of the interface component 2 can be aligned with the insertion opening 10, and the insertion and extraction of the interface component can be facilitated for the user to perform data transmission and/or charging.
Further, the interface component 2 may be a USB interface component, which may be a USB2.0, 3.0 or 3.1 interface for example.
Further, the interface component 2 may include a main body portion 21 and extension portions 22 connected to two sides of the main body portion 21, the main body portion 21 has the insertion portion 20, the two extension portions 22 are respectively provided with two locking holes 220, and the two locking holes 220 may be respectively used for the fastening members 4 to penetrate and lock, so as to lock the interface component 2 between the first casing 1 and the second casing 3. Specifically, the interface component 2 further includes an upper protective shell 23 and a lower protective shell 24, the upper protective shell 23 covers an upper portion of the main body 21, the lower protective shell 24 covers a lower portion of the main body 21, and two sides of the upper protective shell 23 and the lower protective shell 24 respectively extend outwards from two sides of the main body 21 and form the extension portion 22 together.
Since the upper protective shell 23 and the lower protective shell 24 have the same structure, the present embodiment describes the specific structure of the upper protective shell 23 in detail as an example. Specifically, the upper protective shell 23 includes a covering portion 231 and two extending portions 232 extending from two sides of the covering portion 231, respectively, and the covering portion 231 may cover an upper portion of the main body portion 21 of the interface component 2 to protect the main body portion 21. The two extension portions 232 can extend to two sides of the main body portion 21. In actual installation, the two extending portions 232 of the upper protective shell 23 and the two extending portions 232 of the lower protective shell 24 are respectively arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the two extending portions 232 of the upper protective shell 23 and the two extending portions 232 of the lower protective shell 24 can be fixed together through glue, so that the two extending portions 22 can be jointly formed by the two extending portions 232 of the upper protective shell 23 and the two extending portions 232 of the lower protective shell 24, that is, the locking holes 220 can penetrate through the extending portions 232 of the upper protective shell 23 and the extending portions of the lower protective shell 24. Thus, when the fastening member 4 is inserted into the fastening hole 220 to fasten the interface member 2 between the first casing 1 and the second casing 3, the fastening member 4 can further maintain the connection tightness between the extension 232 of the upper protective casing 23 and the extension of the lower protective casing 24, so as to ensure that the upper protective casing 23 and the lower protective casing 24 are always tightly covered on the main body 21.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the interface component 2 may also be formed by directly extending two extending portions 22 outward from two sides of the main body portion 21, and then the first housing 1 and the second housing 3 may also be used as a protective shell for the main body portion 21 by using the fastening function of the first housing 1 and the second housing 3, so as to protect the main body portion 21 of the interface component 2.
In some embodiments, the first casing 1 may be respectively provided with first fixing posts 14 corresponding to the two locking holes 220, so that the fastening member 4 may pass through the first fixing posts 14 and the locking holes 220 to lock the interface member 2 on the first casing 1. Specifically, the first fixing post 14 may be a cylinder protruding from the bottom wall of the first casing 1, the first fixing hole 140 may be disposed on the first fixing post 14, the first fixing hole 140 may penetrate through the first fixing post 14 and the first casing 1, and the first fixing hole 140 may communicate with the locking hole 220 so as to facilitate the insertion of the fastener 4. The adoption sets up first fixed column 14 in order being used for wearing to establish the mode of fastener 4 on first casing 1, and usable first fixed column 14 increases the structural strength of first casing 1 to improve the fastening of fastener 4 and make first casing 1 compress tightly on interface unit 2 as compressing tightly the support, and then improve interface unit 2's lock solid reliability.
Further, in order to effectively lock the interface component 2 and improve the locking reliability of the interface component 2, a second fixing pillar 32 is also disposed at a position of the second housing 3 corresponding to the locking hole 220, the second fixing pillar 32 protrudes and extends toward the interface component 2, and the fastening member 4 sequentially penetrates through the first fixing pillar 14, the locking hole 220 and the second fixing pillar 32 to lock the interface component 2 between the first housing 1 and the second housing 3. Specifically, the second fixing post 32 may be a cylinder protruding from the second bottom wall 30 of the second housing 3, and a second fixing hole 320 may be disposed on the second fixing post 32, and the second fixing hole 320 may also penetrate through the second fixing post 32 and the second housing 3, so that the fastening member 4 may be disposed through the second fixing hole 320 to fix the first housing 1, the second housing 3 and the interface component 2.
In practical installation, taking the fastening member 4 as an example of a screw, the tail portion of the fastening member 4 sequentially penetrates through the locking hole 220 and the second fixing hole 320 through the first fixing hole 140, and then is locked on the tail portion of the fastening member 4 through a locking member (e.g., a nut), so as to lock and connect the second housing 3 and the first housing 1, and lock the interface component 2 in the locking space 11, that is, lock and fix the interface component 2 between the first housing 1 and the second housing 3.
It is understood that, in actual installation, the head of the fastening element 4 may be located on an outer bottom wall surface of the first casing 1 opposite to the first bottom wall 12, so that, in order to effectively shield the head of the fastening element 4 and improve the waterproof and dustproof effects of the first bottom wall 12 at the first fixing pillar 14, the electronic device 100 may further include a rear cover (not shown) that may be covered on a side of the first casing 1 facing away from the second casing 3, so that the head of the fastening element 4 may be effectively shielded by the rear cover and the dustproof and waterproof effects of the first casing 1 may also be improved.
In some embodiments, considering that when the second housing 3 and the first housing 1 are locked and connected, the main locking position is the first bottom wall 12 of the first housing 1 and the second bottom wall 30 of the second housing 3, and the outer sidewall 31 of the second housing 3 and the inner sidewall 13 of the first housing 1 also need to be connected in a matching manner to ensure the waterproof and dustproof effect at the connection position, the first fastening portion 132 may be disposed on the inner sidewall 13, the second fastening portion 310 may be disposed on the outer sidewall 31, and the second fastening portion 310 may be fastened and connected with the first fastening portion 132. For example, the first fastening portion 132 may be a fastener disposed on the inner sidewall 13, and the second fastening portion 310 may be a groove disposed on the outer sidewall 31. The second engaging portion 310 is engaged with the first engaging portion 132, so as to further improve the stability and reliability of the second housing 3 and the first housing 1, and prevent the inner sidewall 13 and the outer sidewall 31 from forming a connecting gap to cause water-proof and dust-proof failures.
Further, the first fastening portion 132 may be one or more, and the second fastening portion 310 may be one or more. For example, when the first engaging portion 132 and the second engaging portion 310 are plural, the plural first engaging portions 132 may be disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the inner sidewall 13. When there are a plurality of second fastening portions 310, the plurality of second fastening portions 310 may be disposed at intervals along the extending direction of the outer sidewall 31. The first engaging portions 132 and the second engaging portions 310 are engaged with each other, so that the stability and reliability of the connection between the second housing 3 and the first housing 1 can be further improved.
Alternatively, the first fastening portion 132 may be disposed at a position close to the top of the inner sidewall 13, so that the first fastening portion 132 is fastened to the second fastening portion 310 at a position close to the top of the inner sidewall 13 and the outer sidewall 31, thereby preventing external liquid or dust from entering at the position close to the top of the inner sidewall 13 and the outer sidewall 31, and improving the waterproof and dustproof effects at the joint of the inner sidewall 13 and the outer sidewall 31.
In some embodiments, considering that the first bottom wall 12 of the first casing 1 is provided with the first fixing post 14, since the first engaging portion 132 is provided on the inner wall 13, the interface member 2 is provided at a position on the first bottom wall 12 close to the inner wall 13, and therefore, when the distance from the outer edge of the first fixing column 14 facing the inner side wall 13 to the inner side wall 13 is small, if the inner sidewall 13 is provided with the first engaging portion 132 corresponding to the first fixing post 14, since the first engaging portion 132 is a convex fastener, the distance between the first fixing post 14 and the first engaging portion 132 is further reduced, when the first housing 1 is molded to form the first engaging portion 132 and is ejected, the first engaging portion 132 is likely to be ejected normally due to the shielding of the first fixing post 14 (the first fixing post 14 protrudes in the ejection direction of the first engaging portion 132). For example, as shown in fig. 5, the X direction in fig. 5 is the mold stripping direction of the first fixing post 14, and the Y direction in fig. 5 is the mold stripping direction of the first engaging portion 132, as can be seen from fig. 5, the first engaging portion 132 is obliquely mold stripped along the direction from the inner side wall 13 to the first bottom wall 12, and the first fixing post 14 is upward mold stripped along the first bottom wall 12, if the first fixing post 14 and the first engaging portion 132 are oppositely disposed (i.e. the position of the first fixing post 14 projected onto the inner side wall 13 is overlapped with the first engaging portion 132), the first engaging portion 132 is easily blocked by the first fixing post 14 during mold stripping, and thus the mold stripping cannot be performed normally.
Based on this, when the first engaging portion 132 is disposed on the inner sidewall 13, the first fixing post 14 can be disposed at the projection position of the inner sidewall 13, so that the projection position of the first fixing post 14 on the inner sidewall 13 is not overlapped with the disposition position of the first engaging portion 132 on the inner sidewall 13, in other words, the first fixing post 14 is disposed in a staggered manner in the mold ejection direction of the first engaging portion 132, thereby effectively increasing the distance between the first fixing post 14 and the first engaging portion 132, and further avoiding the problem that the first engaging portion 132 is difficult to mold during molding because the first fixing post 14 is disposed in the mold ejection direction of the first engaging portion 132.
Illustratively, the projection of the first fixing post 14 on the inner side wall 13 and the first fastening portion 132 may be spaced, so that the distance between the first fastening portion 132 and the first fixing post 14 may be further increased, thereby facilitating the demolding of the first fastening portion 132. As shown in fig. 5, the projections of the two first fixing posts 14 on the inner sidewall 13 are approximately located at two sides of the insertion opening 10, the first fastening portion 132 is disposed on the inner sidewall 13 of the first fixing post 14 corresponding to the right side, and a distance is formed between the first fastening portion 132 and the projection of the first fixing post 14 on the inner sidewall 13, so that the distance between the first fixing post 14 and the first fastening portion 132 can satisfy a mold stripping condition when the first housing 1 is molded, and the first fixing post 14 is no longer located on a mold stripping path of the first fastening portion 132, thereby facilitating mold stripping of the first fastening portion 132.
It is understood that the distance between the projection of the first fixing pillar 14 on the inner sidewall 13 and the first engaging portion 132 can be adjusted according to practical situations, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
It should be noted that, when the distance from the outer edge of the first fixing post 14 facing the inner side wall 13 to the inner side wall 13 is smaller, it mainly means that when the distance from the outer edge of the first fixing post 14 facing the inner side wall 13 to the inner side wall 13 is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, the operation of staggering the first fixing post 14 and the first engaging portion 132 is performed. For example, the preset distance may be less than or equal to 5mm, and in general, if the distance from the first fixing post 14 to the inner side wall 13 is less than or equal to 5mm, for example, 5mm, 4mm, 3mm, 2mm, 1mm, at this time, if the first fastening portion 132 and the first fixing post 14 are not disposed in a staggered manner, the distance does not conform to the demolding distance of the first fastening portion 132, in which case, the demolding reverse fastening problem is likely to occur.
If the distance of the first fixing post 14 toward the outer edge of the inner side wall 13 is greater than the preset distance, the first fastening portion 132 and the first fixing post 14 may be arranged in a staggered manner, or the first fastening portion 132 and the first fixing post 14 may not be arranged in a staggered manner, because the distance between the first fixing post 14 and the first fastening portion 132 satisfies the mold stripping distance of the first fastening portion 132.
In some embodiments, when the first fixing post 14 and the first engaging portion 132 are disposed in a staggered manner, a distance from the first fixing post 14 to the inner sidewall 13 is smaller than a distance from the first fixing post 14 to the first engaging portion 132. For example, as shown in fig. 6, an area where the first fixing post 14 projects to the inner side wall 13 is taken as a reference area, a first line segment L1 is formed between the first fixing post 14 and the reference area, a second line segment L2 is formed between the first buckling part 132 and the reference area, and a third line segment L3 is linearly formed between the first fixing post 14 and the first buckling part 132, so that the first line segment L1, the second line segment L2, and the third line segment L3 may form a right triangle, and the third line segment L3 is formed as a hypotenuse of the right triangle, so that the distance from the first fixing post 14 to the first buckling part 132 is farthest, and the first fixing post 14 is no longer located on a mold discharging path of the first buckling part 132, which is beneficial for mold discharging of the first buckling part 132.
In some embodiments, the first engaging portion 132 may have a first surface 1320, the first surface 1320 is connected to a surface of the first engaging portion 132 disposed on the inner sidewall 13, and the first surface 1320 may be an inclined surface inclined from the inner sidewall 13 to the first bottom wall 12, so that the inclined direction of the inclined surface may be along the mold releasing direction of the first engaging portion 132, thereby facilitating mold releasing of the first engaging portion 132. Specifically, the first engaging portion 132 may be shaped like a truncated pyramid, the end surface of the first connecting end 1321 of the first engaging portion 132 is fixedly connected to the inner sidewall 13, and the end surface of the second connecting end 1322 of the first engaging portion 132 is connected to the first surface 1320 in a cambered surface transition manner, so that the first engaging portion 132 is smooth as a whole, and the first engaging portion 132 is conveniently removed from the mold.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first surface 1320 may also be a convex arc surface extending from the inner sidewall 13 to the direction toward the first bottom wall 12, and the end surface of the second connecting end 1322 of the first engaging portion 132 may also be a curved surface such that the first surface 1320 and the end surface of the second connecting end 1322 form an integral arc surface, so that the first engaging portion 132 is more smooth in the mold stripping direction, thereby facilitating the mold stripping of the first engaging portion 132.
In some embodiments, one or more glue reducing grooves 1323 may be disposed on the first fastening portion 132, so as to avoid the problem that the first fastening portion 132 shrinks due to volume shrinkage after molding, which leads to the problem of being unfavorable for tight fit when fastening with the second fastening portion 310. Illustratively, the glue reduction slots 1323 may be one, and the glue reduction slots 1323 may be disposed on the first surface 1320. It is understood that in other embodiments, the glue reduction slots 1323 can be two, three or more. In addition, when the first fastening portion 132 is provided in plural, the number of the glue reducing grooves 1323 on each first fastening portion 132 may be the same or different, and may be specifically provided according to the actual situation, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, in order to effectively position the interface component 2 on the first bottom wall 12 for assembly and locking, a first positioning groove 15 may be formed in the first housing 1, specifically, the first positioning groove 15 may be formed on the first bottom wall 12, and the interface component 2 may be at least partially located in the first positioning groove 15. Specifically, the first positioning groove 15 may be formed between two first fixing posts 14, in other words, when the interface component 2 is locked, the main portion 21 of the interface component 2 is mainly positioned in the first positioning groove 15, and then the extending portions 22 on two sides of the main portion 21 are positioned on the first fixing posts 14, so as to realize the locking and positioning of the interface component 2. The first positioning groove 15 is formed between the two first fixing posts 14, so that the locking position of the interface component 2 on the first bottom wall 12 can be conveniently and rapidly positioned, and thus, the initial locking and positioning of the interface component 2 are realized.
Further, a step portion 120 is disposed at a position of the first positioning groove 15 adjacent to the plug opening 10, specifically, the step portion 120 is disposed on the first bottom wall 12, and the step portion 120 can be used for bearing the main body portion 21 of the interface component 2, so that the plug portion 20 on the main body portion 21 of the interface component 2 can be aligned with the plug opening 10, so as to facilitate plug use of a user.
As shown in fig. 7, a second positioning groove 33 is further formed in the second casing 3, specifically, a second positioning groove 33 is formed on the second bottom wall 30 of the second casing 3, and when the second casing 3 is locked and connected with the first casing 1, the second positioning groove 33 is communicated with the first positioning groove 15 and encloses the locking space 11. Thus, the second positioning groove 33 and the first positioning groove 15 can be utilized to perform the function of positioning the interface component 2 on the one hand, and also lock and fix the interface component 2 on the other hand, thereby improving the locking tightness and reliability of the interface component 2 with the first shell 1 and the second shell 3.
According to the electronic device 100 disclosed in the embodiment of the invention, the interface component 2 is fixed in the locking space 11 formed by locking and connecting the second shell 3 and the first shell 1, so that the interface component 2 can be locked and fixed by using the second shell 3 and the first shell 1 together, and meanwhile, the interface component 2 can be firmly fixed in the locking space 11 by applying pressing force to the interface component 2 by using the first shell 1, thereby improving the locking reliability of the interface component 2, and effectively solving the problem that the interface component 2 is easy to loosen after being plugged for many times and cannot be normally used.
In addition, the first fixing column 14 is arranged on the first housing 1, and the projection of the first fixing column 14 on the inner side wall 13 is not overlapped with the first buckling part 132 arranged on the inner side wall 13, so that the normal demolding of the first buckling part 132 can be effectively ensured, and the processing and the molding of the first housing 1 are facilitated.
The electronic device disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention is described in detail above, and the principle and the implementation of the present invention are explained in this document by applying specific embodiments, and the description of the embodiments above is only used to help understanding the electronic device and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
