In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The folding mechanism and the electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, an embodiment of the present application discloses a folding support device and an electronic apparatus, where the folding support device can be applied to the electronic apparatus, so that the electronic apparatus forms a folding electronic apparatus. The electronic device may include a flexible screen 700, the flexible screen 700 being at least a portion of a display module of the electronic device. The flexible screen 700 may include a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being connected at one end of the first portion. Alternatively, the first portion may have only one end to which the second portion is attached, or the second portion may be attached to both ends of the first portion opposite the first portion. The flexible screen 700 can be supported and accommodated by the folding supporting device, and the flexible screen 700 can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state along with the folding supporting device, so that the electronic equipment can have a large display area and good portability.
It should be noted that, in the case that the folding supporting device is adopted by the electronic device, the display module of the electronic device may include a whole flexible screen 700, and the flexible screen 700 is installed on the folding supporting device; alternatively, the display module of the electronic device may also include a plurality of rigid screens and a plurality of flexible screens 700. Taking the display module including at least three flexible screens 700 and at least two rigid screens as an example, in this case, the number of the bases in the folding supporting device may be two, the two rigid screens may be respectively supported on the two bases in a one-to-one correspondence manner, one of the three flexible screens 700 is connected between the two adjacent rigid screens, so that the whole display module has the capability of folding and unfolding by means of the flexible screens 700; in addition two flexible screen 700 are connected respectively in one side that one deviates from the other in two stereoplasm screens, and whole display module assembly distributes in proper order from one end to the other end promptly has flexible screen, stereoplasm screen, flexible screen, stereoplasm screen and flexible screen, and this kind of display module assembly also can cooperate with the folding strutting arrangement who this application embodiment discloses, and guarantees that electronic equipment can switch between expansion state and fold condition. For the convenience of the following description, it is assumed that the display module of the electronic device includes a whole flexible screen 700. In case the display module comprises one single piece of flexible screen 700, different parts in the flexible screen 700 may be virtually divided into a first part and a second part, but in this flexible screen 700 the first part and the second part may not be physically delimited and distinct.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the folding support means includes a base, a rotation shaft, and a connection seat 230. As mentioned above, the number of the bases may be multiple, and in the folding supporting device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, the number of the rotating shafts may also be multiple, where the multiple bases include the first base 110 and the second base 120, and the multiple rotating shafts include the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220. Under the condition that is provided with a plurality of pivots between two adjacent bases, interval between two adjacent bases is great relatively to flexible screen 700 in the display module assembly is folding along with folding strutting arrangement and the in-process of being convoluteed, can reduce the degree that flexible screen 700 was buckled to a certain extent, thereby promotes flexible screen 700's life.
Wherein, the base is a component of the folding support device for positioning and supporting the flexible screen 700 of the electronic device, the flexible screen 700 can be supported on the screen support surface of the base. The region of the flexible screen 700 corresponding to the base is directly or indirectly connected to the base, so that the folding and unfolding processes of the folding and supporting device and the flexible screen 700 can be normally performed together. As described above, the plurality of bases includes the first base 110 and the second base 120, the first base 110 and the second base 120 may have different structures and sizes, or the first base 110 and the second base 120 may have the same structure, so as to reduce spare parts and difficulty in mounting the same, and improve the overall appearance performance of the folding support device and the electronic apparatus. Each base may be formed by metal or plastic, the general shape of the base may be rectangular, and the size of each base may be determined according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein.
In order to ensure that the base can drive the flexible screen 700 to normally perform the folding and unfolding processes, taking the first base 110 as an example, the first base 110 may be provided with a first sliding part, and an extending direction of the first sliding part is a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 210 and parallel to the screen supporting surface of the first base 110 (the foregoing direction may be considered as a width direction of the first base 110). A second sliding member corresponding to the first sliding member may also be disposed on a side surface of the flexible screen 700 facing the first base 110, and the first sliding member and the second sliding member are slidably engaged in the width direction of the first base 110. Also, the first slider and the second slider are also engaged in a limited manner in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 210 and perpendicular to the screen supporting surface of the first base 110 (the foregoing direction may be regarded as the thickness direction of the first base 110); meanwhile, the first slider and the second slider are also in a limit fit in the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 210 (the aforementioned direction may be considered as the length direction of the first base 110). In this case, the portion of the flexible screen 700 engaged with the first base 110 can form a reliable connection relationship with the first base 110, and when the first base 110 moves relative to the second base 120, the flexible screen 700 (the portion engaged with the first base 110) and the first base 110 can be kept in a fitting or substantially fitting state substantially all the time by virtue of the engagement relationship between the flexible screen 700 and the first base 110. Similarly, the assembly relationship between the portion of the flexible screen 700 corresponding to the second base 120 and the portion corresponding to the second base 120 can also be correspondingly arranged with reference to the first base 110.
In the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device formed by the folding supporting device is an outward-turning electronic device, in this case, when the electronic device is in a folded state, the flexible screen 700 is located at the outer side, and the flexible screen 700 covers the folding supporting device. The flexible screen 700 of the electronic device is bent to a relatively small degree, so that the service life of the flexible screen 700 can be prolonged; also, when the electronic device is in a folded state, no gap is generated between different portions of the flexible screen 700, so that it is possible to prevent fine objects from entering the gap and damaging the flexible screen 700.
In the case where the electronic apparatus is a flip-out electronic apparatus, a path of the flexible screen 700 that can be carried by the folding support device in the unfolded state (i.e., a dimension of a portion of the flexible screen 700 supported by the folding support device in the width direction of the first base 110) is a first dimension, and a path of the flexible screen 700 that can be carried by the folding support device in the folded state (i.e., a length of a shortest trajectory when a particle moves from one end to the other end of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported by the folding support device) is a second dimension. Because the second size is greater than first size, and then need design according to the structure to folding strutting arrangement to guarantee that flexible screen 700 can not appear warpage, local hunch and the circumstances such as stretched.
In view of the above, in the embodiment of the present application, at least one of the first base 110 and the second base 120 is provided with a receiving cavity, and the receiving cavity can receive the second portion of the flexible screen 700, that is, the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support device is reduced by receiving the second portion of the flexible screen 700 at the end portion in the receiving cavity, so that when the folding support device is in the unfolded state, a reliable support effect can be provided for the portion of the structure in the flexible screen 700. Specifically, the accommodating cavities may be provided only on the first base 110, or the first base 110 and the second base 120 may be provided with accommodating cavities, so as to respectively accommodate the second portions of the flexible screen 700 at the opposite ends by using the accommodating cavities on the first base 110 and the second base 120.
The first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 are the rotating bases of the first base 110 and the second base 120, respectively, and both the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 are connected with the connecting base 230. Optionally, the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 may form a rotation fit relationship with the connecting seat 230, so as to ensure that the first base 110 and the second base 120 have a capability of rotating relative to the connecting seat 230. Of course, the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 can also be fixedly connected to the connecting seat 230, in this case, the first base 110 can be rotatably engaged with the first rotating shaft 210, and the second base 120 can be rotatably engaged with the second rotating shaft 220, which also ensures that the first base 110 and the second base 120 can rotate relative to the connecting seat 230. And, in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 210, the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 are both fixed relative to the connecting seat 230, so that under the action of the connecting seat 230, the distance between the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction thereof is kept constant, and a stable rotating basis is provided for the relative rotation of the first base 110 and the second base 120.
Specifically, two mounting holes may be provided on the connection socket 230, and the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 are respectively mounted in one mounting hole, and the first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 are both in a rotation fit relationship with the connection socket 230 by using the two mounting holes. The first rotating shaft 210 and the second rotating shaft 220 may be cylindrical rod-shaped structural members to improve stability of the rotating fit relationship between the two and the connecting seat 230.
The first base 110 is connected to the first rotating shaft 210, the second base 120 is connected to the second rotating shaft 220, and the matching relationship between the first base 110 and the first rotating shaft 210 and the matching relationship between the second base 120 and the second rotating shaft 220 can be determined according to the matching relationship between the first rotating shaft 210 and the connecting seat 230, so that the first base 110 can form a rotating matching relationship with the connecting seat 230 through the first rotating shaft 210, and the second base 120 can form a rotating matching relationship with the connecting seat 230 through the second rotating shaft 220, thereby ensuring the capability of relative rotation between the first base 110 and the second base 120.
Specifically, the first base 110 and the first rotating shaft 210 may be fixedly connected by bonding or welding; similarly, the second base 120 and the second shaft 220 can be connected fixedly; alternatively, the first base 110 and the first rotating shaft 210, and the second base 120 and the second rotating shaft 220 may form a rotating fit relationship by sleeving or the like.
In the operation process of the folding support device disclosed in the above embodiment, the flexible screen 700 may be mounted on the folding support device, and the electronic device may be formed as an electronic device of a flip-up type. The folding support device has a first state and a second state, and the folding support device is switchable between the first state and the second state. In the first state of the folding support device, the respective screen support surfaces of the first base 110 and the second base 120 are disposed in a coplanar manner, that is, the first base 110 and the second base 120 are disposed in a flat manner, so that the folding support device is in the unfolded state. Meanwhile, in the first state, the receiving cavity can receive the second portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support device, that is, a partial structure of the flexible screen 700 can be received in the folding support device to reduce the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the screen support surface of the folding support device.
Under the condition that the folding support device is in the second state, the screen support surfaces of the first base 110 and the second base 120 are arranged oppositely, that is, the first base 110 and the second base 120 are arranged in a stacked manner, and the flexible screen 700 is covered outside the first base 110 and the second base 120, and the folding support device is in a folded state. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the flexible screen 700 is not stretched along with the folding process of the folding support apparatus during the switching of the folding support apparatus from the first state to the second state, the second portion of the flexible screen 700 may be used to compensate for the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support apparatus, so as to prevent the flexible screen 700 from being stretched while being folded along with the folding support apparatus by increasing the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support apparatus. Further, with the folding support means in the second state, at least a portion of the second portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support means is supported on the folding support means.
The embodiment of the application discloses folding strutting arrangement and electronic equipment, folding strutting arrangement can support and accomodate flexible screen 700, and flexible screen 700 includes first portion and connects the second part at first portion end. The folding supporting device comprises a first base 110, a second base 120, a first rotating shaft 210, a second rotating shaft 220 and a connecting seat 230, at least one of the first base 110 and the second base 120 is provided with a containing cavity for containing a second part of the flexible screen 700, the first base 110 is rotatably connected with the connecting seat 230 through the first rotating shaft 210, and the second base 120 is rotatably connected with the connecting seat 230 through the second rotating shaft 220, so that the folding supporting device has unfolding and folding capabilities, and further the folding supporting device can be switched between a first state and a second state.
Under the condition that the folding supporting device is in the first state, the respective screen supporting surfaces of the first base 110 and the second base 120 are arranged in a coplanar manner, so that the folding supporting device is in the unfolding state, in this case, the accommodating cavity can accommodate the second part of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding supporting device, so that part of the structure of the flexible screen 700 can be accommodated in the folding supporting device, and the flexible screen 700 is prevented from being partially arched or tilted and the like. In the case where the folding support device is in the second state, the screen support surfaces of the first base 110 and the second base 120 are disposed opposite to each other, so that the folding support device is in the folded state, and in this case, at least a portion of the second portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support device is supported on the folding support device, thereby increasing the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support device and preventing the flexible screen 700 from being damaged by being stretched during the folding process with the folding support device.
In summary, in the folding process of the folding support device disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, since the first base 110 and the second base 120 of the folding support device only generate relative rotation motion, the bending position and the bending angle of the portion of the flexible screen 700 corresponding to the space between the first base 110 and the second base 120 are kept constant, and thus the service life of the flexible screen 700 can be prolonged.
As described above, the first base 110 and the second base 120 and the flexible screen 700 may form a spacing fit relationship therebetween, so that the flexible screen 700 may always maintain a fit state with the first base 110 and the second base 120 in a process of switching the folding supporting device between the folded state and the unfolded state. In another embodiment of the present application, the first base 110 is provided with the receiving cavity, that is, a portion of the flexible screen 700 may be received in the receiving cavity of the first base 110. In this case, the folding supporting means may further include a driving member 510, and the driving member 510 may be mounted on the first base 110. During assembly of the electronic device, the driving shaft of the driving member 510 may be configured to be connected to the flexible screen 700, and the driving shaft of the driving member 510 moves in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 210 to increase or decrease the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support means.
Specifically, the driving member 510 may be a linear motor, a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, or the like, and the driving member 510 may include a driving seat and a driving shaft, and the driving seat may be fixed on the first base 110, so that the driving shaft of the driving member 510 may move relative to the first base 110; also, in the case that the flexible screen 700 is connected to the driving shaft, when the driving shaft moves relative to its driving seat in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the first rotating shaft 210, the flexible screen 700 is driven to move together, so that the flexible screen 700 (corresponding to the portion of the first base 110) and the first base 110 move relative to each other, and the size of the portion of the flexible screen 700 supported on the folding support means is increased or decreased.
Of course, in the working process of the folding support device disclosed in the above embodiments, a sensor or the like may be used to enable the driving element 510 to generate a corresponding action according to the relative position and the relative movement condition between the first base 110 and the second base 120, so that the accommodating and releasing process of the flexible screen 700 can be matched with the movement condition of the folding support device, thereby ensuring that the flexible screen 700 does not have a situation of local arching or stretching in the folding and unfolding processes, and prolonging the service life of the flexible screen 700.
Based on the above embodiment, the accommodating cavity may be formed only on the first base 110, and the flexible screen 700 may be moved in a direction approaching the accommodating cavity by controlling the driving speed of the driving member 510.
