Some concepts related to the embodiments of the present application are described below.
VoIP: voice over Internet Protocol (IP-based Voice transmission) is a Voice call technology that achieves Voice call and multimedia conference via Internet Protocol (IP), i.e., communication via the Internet. The basic principle of VoIP is to compress the voice data code by the voice compression algorithm, then pack the voice data according to TCP/IP standard, send the data packet to the receiving place through IP network, then concatenate the voice data packets, and recover the original voice signal after decompression processing, thereby achieving the purpose of transmitting voice through Internet.
PSTN: (Public Switched Telephone Network), a commonly used legacy Telephone system, i.e., the Telephone Network commonly used in everyday life. The public switched telephone network is a global circuit-switched network for voice communications, both commercial and government owned. The PSTN provides an analog, proprietary channel that is connected via several telephone exchanges. When two hosts or router devices need to be connected through PSTN, a Modem (Modem) must be used on the network access side (i.e., the user loop side) at both ends to implement analog-to-digital, digital-to-analog conversion of signals.
Signaling: signaling refers to control commands, also called "Signaling information," in a communication system. It can guide the terminal, exchange system and transmission system to operate cooperatively, establish temporary communication channel between appointed terminals and maintain the normal operation of network itself. The signaling system is an important component of the communication network, and is the nervous system of the communication network. The signal for controlling the operation of the switch, other than the user information (including voice information and non-voice service information) at the time of communication, is signaling information.
Referring to fig. 1, a system architecture diagram of an online conference provided by an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the online conference system includes a participant terminal 11, a call control system 12, and a called terminal 13.
The participating terminal 11 is installed with a client or a browser supported by the call control system 12, the participating terminal 11 communicates with the call control system 12 based on the installed client or browser, and the client or the browser can communicate with the call control system 12 through an INTERNET network. The participants of the online conference log in the client by using the own account information or log in the website by using the own account through a browser. The participating terminal 11 may be an electronic device having a wireless communication function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, or a dedicated handheld device, or may be a device connected to the internet by a wired access method, such as a Personal Computer (PC) or a notebook computer. The embodiment of the present application provides a preferred implementation manner, and introduces the participating terminal 11 as a mobile phone. Fig. 2 illustrates a possible interface diagram of the participant terminal 11, and as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of APPs, such as video, clock, call record, information, secure mailbox, mobile phone, S memo, setting, etc., may be installed in the participant terminal. In the embodiment of the present application, a client supporting a conference, such as the online conference APP110, may be installed in the participant terminal 11 in advance to communicate with the call control system 12.
In the implementation of the present application, any participant terminal 11 can be used as an operation terminal to send a call request to the call control system 12, so as to invite the called terminal 13 to access the online conference. The called terminal 13 may be a mobile phone, a telephone base, a base extension, a conference room high definition video conference extension, and the like. The called terminal 13 communicates with the call control system 12 through the public switched telephone network.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the call control system 12 may be an independent device or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers. Preferably, the call control system 12 may perform information processing using cloud computing technology. The call control system 12 includes a conference signaling server, a conference background server, and a conference data server, where each server may be a server, or a server cluster or a cloud computing center formed by a plurality of servers, or located on the same server as a plurality of subsystems. The network between the call control system 12 and the participant terminal 11 may be any one of communication networks such as a local area network, a wide area network, and a mobile internet.
In a specific embodiment, the conference data server is a cloud server. The cloud server (ECS) is a computing Service with simplicity, high efficiency, safety, reliability, and flexible processing capability. The management mode is simpler and more efficient than that of a physical server. A user can rapidly create or release any plurality of cloud servers without purchasing hardware in advance.
The online conference in the embodiment of the application can be a cloud conference. The cloud conference is an efficient, convenient and low-cost conference form based on a cloud computing technology. A user can share voice, data files and videos with teams and clients all over the world quickly and efficiently only by performing simple and easy-to-use operation through an internet interface, and complex technologies such as transmission and processing of data in a conference are assisted by a cloud conference service provider to operate.
At present, domestic cloud conferences mainly focus on Service contents mainly in a Software as a Service (SaaS a Service) mode, including Service forms such as telephones, networks and videos, and cloud computing-based video conferences are called cloud conferences.
In the cloud conference era, data transmission, processing and storage are all processed by computer resources of video conference manufacturers, users do not need to purchase expensive hardware and install complicated software, and efficient teleconferencing can be performed only by opening a browser and logging in a corresponding interface.
The cloud conference system supports multi-server dynamic cluster deployment, provides a plurality of high-performance servers, and greatly improves conference stability, safety and usability. In recent years, video conferences are popular with many users because of greatly improving communication efficiency, continuously reducing communication cost and bringing about upgrading of internal management level, and the video conferences are widely applied to various fields such as governments, armies, transportation, finance, operators, education, enterprises and the like. Undoubtedly, after the video conference uses cloud computing, the cloud computing has stronger attraction in convenience, rapidness and usability, and the arrival of new climax of video conference application is necessarily stimulated.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned application scenarios are only presented for the convenience of understanding the spirit and principles of the present application, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this respect. Rather, the embodiments of the present application may be applied to any applicable scenario.
In the related technology, a user creates a conference through a conference entrance of an online conference client, a conference initiator is a conference host by default, and a terminal of the initiator is a host terminal. Fig. 3 shows an initiation flow of an online conference, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:
step 301, a host terminal sends a conference initiating request to a conference signaling server, wherein the conference initiating request comprises a host terminal identifier and a conference participating terminal identifier;
step 302, the conference signaling server creates a conference API (Application Programming Interface) according to the host terminal identifier and the participant terminal identifier, and sends a conference initiation request to the conference background server.
Step 303, the conference background server sends a conference initiation request to the conference data server;
step 304, the conference data server creates a conference data group, determines a conference group identifier, and adds the host terminal identifier and the participant terminal identifier to the conference data group.
And 305, the conference data server sends a conference creation success response to the conference background server. The conference creation success response includes conference group information such as a conference group identifier.
Step 306, the conference background server stores the conference group information of the conference group as a conference background group, wherein the conference group information includes a conference group identifier, a host terminal identifier, a participant terminal identifier, and the like.
Step 307, the conference background server sends a conference creation success response to the conference signaling server.
Step 308, the conference signaling server creates a conference signaling group according to the conference group identifier, and adds the host terminal identifier and the participant terminal identifier to the conference signaling group.
Step 309, the conference signaling server sends a conference creation success response to the host terminal, where the conference creation success response includes the conference group identifier.
Step 310, the host terminal sends a conference group check request to the conference data server, where the conference group check request includes a conference group identifier and a host terminal identifier.
Step 311, the conference data server sends the conference group verification request to the conference background server.
Step 312, the conference background server checks the conference group identifier and the host terminal identifier.
And 313, after the verification is passed, the conference background server sends a verification success response to the conference data server.
And step 314, the conference data server sends a verification passing response to the host terminal.
So far, the online conference is successfully created. After the host terminal creates the online conference, the host terminal can select to start the conference or not start the conference for the moment. When a conference host needs to start a conference, a conference start request can be sent to the call control system by operating a client on the host terminal, and then an online conference is started. Fig. 4 shows a start flow of the online conference, as shown in fig. 4, including the following steps:
step 401, the host terminal sends a conference start request to the conference signaling server, where the conference start request includes a conference group identifier.
Step 402, the conference signaling server determines all participating terminal identifications from the corresponding conference signaling group according to the conference group identifications.
Step 403, the conference signaling server sends the called request to all the participating terminals.
Step 404, after the user answers through the participant terminal, the participant terminal sends an access response to the conference signaling server.
Step 405, after receiving the access response sent by the participant terminal, the conference signaling server sends a conference join request to the conference background service, where the conference join request includes a participant terminal identifier.
Step 406, the conference background server sets the status of the identifier of the participant terminal in the conference background group as an access status.
Step 407, the conference background server sends a join success response to the conference signaling server, and the join success response includes the conference group identifier.
Step 408, the conference signaling server sends a join success response to the corresponding participant terminal.
Step 409, the participant terminal sends a conference group check request to the conference data server, where the conference group check request includes a conference group identifier and a participant terminal identifier.
Step 410, the conference data server sends the conference group verification request to the conference background server.
Step 411, the conference background server checks the conference group identifier and the participant terminal identifier.
And step 412, after the verification is passed, the conference background server sends a verification success response to the conference data server.
Step 413, the conference data server sends a check pass response to the participant terminal.
After the conference is started, the participants answer the called party after the called party rings at the participant terminal, and then the conference is entered. Any participating terminal (including a host terminal) in the conference group sends voice data to the conference data server, and the conference data server sends the voice data to the other participating terminals in the conference group, so that voice conversation among the participating terminals in the conference group is realized.
The process participation terminal carries out voice communication through the internet or the local area network, and the specific voice data is in a coding format corresponding to VoIP. In the process, a telephone fixed telephone or an extension telephone which does not support the connection of the internet cannot access the conference group, and meanwhile, the mobile phone can only access the conference group through the client or the browser and cannot directly communicate with the conference group by using the mobile phone number.
In order to solve the above problem, a call control method for an online conference according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to an application scenario shown in fig. 1.
Please refer to fig. 5a, which is a flowchart illustrating a call control method for an online conference according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5a, a call control method for an online conference provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
step S501, the operation terminal sends an outbound request to the conference signaling server. The outbound request at least comprises called terminal identification and conference group identification, and the operation terminal is any one of the participating terminals in the conference group.
In a specific implementation process, the operation terminal may be any participant terminal in the conference group, or only the host terminal initiating the conference may be set as the operation terminal, that is, only the host terminal has the right to initiate the outbound request.
In actual operation, as shown in fig. 6, the operator clicks "add PSTN" in the conference client, and the conference client displays the interface as in fig. 7 in response to the operation of the operator. After the operator inputs the mobile phone number (or the fixed-line telephone number) of the called party, namely the PSTN user, and the call is determined, the conference client generates an external call request packet, the packet body can contain fields such as enterprise ID, operator ID, called mobile phone number (or extension number), conference signaling group ID, operation timestamp and the like, and the fields are encrypted and sent to the conference signaling server.
Step S502, the conference signaling server adds the called terminal identification into the conference signaling group.
In the specific implementation process, in order to ensure the security, after receiving the outbound request, the conference signaling server makes a judgment on whether the outbound request is legal or not according to the content in the outbound request. And if the outbound request is determined to be an illegal request, if the operator ID is not a host, the conference is finished, the called number is already in the conference and the like, refusing to execute and sending an outbound refusing response to the operation terminal, and adding a corresponding error code in the outbound refusing response. And if the outbound request is determined to be a legal request, adding the called terminal identification into the corresponding conference signaling group. When the conference signaling group initiates a conference for the host terminal, the conference signaling group is created and stored by the conference signaling server.
Step S503, the conference signaling server sends an outbound request to the conference background server.
In the specific implementation process, the outbound request contains fields such as operator ID, called number (mobile phone number or fixed phone number), conference data group ID, operation timestamp and the like, and is encrypted and sent to the conference background server.
Step S504, the conference background server adds the called terminal identification into the conference background group.
In the specific implementation process, after receiving the outbound request sent by the enterprise conference signaling server, the conference background server makes a judgment on whether the outbound request is legal or not according to the content of the outbound request. If the outbound request is determined to be an illegal request, such as a decryption request packet error, a conference data group ID or group key verification failure and the like, execution is refused, an outbound refusing response is sent to the conference signaling server, and a corresponding error code is added in the outbound refusing response. If the outbound request is determined to be a legal request, the called terminal identification, namely the called number, is added into the conference background group. The conference background group is stored by the conference background server when the host terminal initiates a conference.
And step S505, the conference background server sends an outbound request to the conference data server.
In the specific implementation process, the conference background server calls a PSTN call interface of the conference data server and sends an outbound request to the conference data server, wherein the outbound request carries information such as a conference data group ID and a called terminal identifier.
Step S506, the conference data server allocates a telephone call identifier for the conference group, and generates a telephone call request. The telephone call request at least comprises a telephone call identifier and a called terminal identifier.
In the specific implementation process, the conference data server allocates a PSTN calling number to the conference data group, and then generates a telephone calling request, wherein the telephone calling request includes the PSTN calling number and a called number.
Step S507, the conference data server sends a telephone call request to the called terminal through the public switched telephone network. The telephone call request at least comprises a telephone call identifier and a called terminal identifier.
In a specific implementation process, the telephone call request initiates a PSTN call to the called number by using a public switched telephone network of an operator through a PSTN call service provided by the operator. Therefore, the called terminal corresponding to the called number can receive the telephone call, the called terminal informs the called party to answer the call in a ringing mode and other modes, the corresponding called terminal displays the PSTN calling number distributed to the conference data group by the conference data server, and the called party can select 'answer' or 'reject'.
Step S508, the conference data server receives the call answering response of the called terminal forwarded by the public switched telephone network.
In the specific implementation process, after the called party answers, the called terminal sends a call answering response to the conference data server through the public switched telephone network. The call answering response contains telephone call identification, namely PSTN call number and called terminal identification.
Step S509, the conference data server controls the called terminal identifier to join the conference data group.
The conference signaling group, the conference background group and the conference data group correspond to the same conference group.
In the specific implementation process, the conference data server searches the corresponding conference data group ID according to the PSTN calling number contained in the call answering response, and adds the called terminal into the corresponding conference data group. At this time, the PSTN call between the conference data server and the called terminal is successfully established, and the called terminal displays the conference interface as shown in fig. 8.
Further, in a specific embodiment, after the called terminal accesses the conference group, all the participating terminals in the conference group need to be notified. At this time, a flowchart of a call control method of the online conference in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 5 b.
Steps S501 to S509 are the same as those in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 5a, and are not repeated here.
Step S510, the conference data server sends an external network user entering message to the conference background server, and the external network user joining message is used for informing the called terminal to access the conference group.
In the specific implementation process, the conference data server then generates an extranet user joining message which contains fields such as called numbers, conference data group IDs, operation timestamps and the like, encrypts and sends the message to the conference background server.
Step S511, the conference background server forwards the external network user entering information to the conference signaling server.
Step S512, the conference signaling server sends the external network user entering information to all the participating terminals in the conference group.
In the specific implementation process, the conference signaling server notifies all the participating terminals (including the operation terminal) in the conference group by using the external network user entry message. In this way, each participant terminal may display a conference interface as shown in fig. 8 to notify the conference participants that the extranet user has entered the conference.
Step S513, the conference data server forwards the voice data for the called terminal and each participant terminal in the conference group.
In the call control method for the online conference, the participating terminals participate in the online conference by joining in the conference group. In the process of the online conference, any participant terminal in the conference group can be used as an operation terminal to send an outbound request to a call control system of the online conference, wherein the outbound request at least comprises a called terminal identifier and a conference group identifier. The conversation control system of the online conference comprises a conference signaling server, a conference background server and a conference data server, wherein a conference signaling group is stored in the conference signaling server, a conference background group is stored in the conference background server, a conference data group is stored in the conference data server, and the conference signaling group, the conference background group and the conference data group correspond to the same conference group. When the conference signaling server receives the outbound request sent by the operation terminal, the called terminal identification is added into the conference signaling group and the outbound request is sent to the conference background server. And when the conference background server receives the outbound request, the called terminal identification is added into the conference background group, and the outbound request is sent to the conference data server. After receiving the outbound request, the conference data server allocates a telephone call identifier for the conference group and generates a telephone call request, wherein the telephone call request at least comprises the telephone call identifier and the called terminal identifier. The conference data server sends a telephone call request to the called terminal through the public switched telephone network and receives a call answering response of the called terminal forwarded by the public switched telephone network. The conference data server controls the called terminal identification to join the conference data group, and sends an external network user entering message to the conference background server, wherein the external network user joining message is used for informing the called terminal to access the conference group. The conference background server forwards the external network user access message to the conference signaling server, and the conference signaling server sends the external network user access message to all the participating terminals in the conference group. Therefore, the called terminal joins the conference group, and in the process of the online conference, the conference data server forwards the voice data for the called terminal and each participating terminal in the conference group, so that the user can participate in the online conference by using the called terminal. In the embodiment of the application, any one of the participating terminals in the conference group can be used as an operation terminal to initiate an outbound request so as to invite the called terminal to join the online conference. Through the conference data server, the conference background server and the conference signaling server, the called terminal can send voice data with all the participating terminals in the conference group through the public switched telephone network, so that the direct call access of telephone numbers in the online conference is realized, the access flexibility and extensibility of online conference participants are increased, and the online conference is more convenient and usable.
In a specific embodiment, in step S513, the forwarding, by the conference data server, the voice data for the called terminal and each participant terminal in the conference group includes:
the conference data server receives first voice data sent by the participant terminal, converts the format of the first voice data from a first coding format into a second coding format, and sends the first voice data to the called terminal through a public switched telephone network; the first coding format corresponds to network telephone, and the second coding format corresponds to public switched telephone network;
and the conference data server receives second voice data sent by the called terminal, converts the format of the second voice data from the second coding format into the first coding format and then sends the first voice data to the participating terminal.
In a specific implementation process, the conference data server executes voice data forwarding between the participating terminal and the called terminal. Namely, the conference data server receives first voice data sent by any participant terminal, and a first coding format of the first voice data corresponds to the VoIP. In order to transmit the first voice to the called terminal, the conference data server converts the first voice data from a first coding format into a second coding format, wherein the second coding format corresponds to the PSTN. And the conference data server sends the first voice data in the second coding format to the called terminal, so that the voice data of the participating terminals in the conference group are sent to the called terminal.
On the other hand, the conference data server also receives second voice data sent by the called terminal, converts the second coding format of the second voice data into the first coding format, and then sends the first voice data to all the participating terminals, so that the voice data of the called terminal is sent to the participating terminals in the conference group.
In addition, the conference data server also sends the first voice data of any one participant terminal in the conference group to the rest participant terminals in the conference group. All the participating terminals are positioned in the internet or the same local area network, and the coding format of the voice data corresponds to the VoIP, so that the first voice data can be directly sent to the rest participating terminals without converting the coding format.
Further, in order to increase the security of the online conference, after the step S508, after the conference data server receives the call answering response of the called terminal forwarded by the public switched telephone network, and before the step S509, the conference data server controls the called terminal to access the conference group, the method further includes:
the conference data server sends an identity verification request to a conference background server, wherein the identity verification request comprises a called terminal identifier and a conference group identifier;
if the conference data server receives the identity verification success response of the called terminal, executing the step of controlling the called terminal identification to join the conference data group;
and if the conference data server receives the identity verification failure response of the called terminal, sending an access failure message to the called terminal.
In the specific implementation process, the call answering response comprises a telephone call identifier of the conference group and a called terminal identifier, and after receiving the call answering response, the conference data server inquires the conference group identifier according to the telephone call identifier of the conference group and then generates an identity verification request. The identity verification request may specifically include fields such as a called terminal identifier, a conference group identifier, an operation timestamp, and the like, and is encrypted and sent to the conference background server. And the conference background server finds the corresponding conference background group according to the conference group identification, and determines that the conference group is from the conference signaling server, and then the conference background server sends an identity verification request to the conference signaling server.
After receiving the identity check request, the conference signaling server checks the corresponding conference signaling group through the conference group identification, then checks whether the called terminal identification initiates a call request, if so, the call request passes the check, otherwise, the call request does not pass the check. And then sending the verification result back to the conference background server, and then sending the verification result to the conference data server by the conference background server. After receiving the verification result, the conference data server judges whether the verification is successful, and if the verification is not successful, the conference data server sends a corresponding voice prompt to the called terminal; and if the verification is successful, executing the step of controlling the called terminal to join the conference data group.
Further, the phase of the terminal entering the conference group can be distinguished by changing the state of the terminal identification. Specifically, when the conference signaling server receives an outbound request sent by the operation terminal, after adding the called terminal identifier to the conference signaling group, the method further includes:
the conference signaling server sets the state of the called terminal identification as a waiting state;
when the conference background server receives the outbound request, after the called terminal identification is added into the conference background group, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the conference background server sets the state of the called terminal identification as a waiting state.
After the conference data server sends the external network user entering information to the conference background server, the method further comprises the following steps:
the conference background server changes the state of the called terminal identification in the conference background group into an access state;
after the conference background server forwards the external network user entering message to the conference signaling server, the method further comprises the following steps:
the conference signaling server changes the state of the called terminal identification in the conference signaling group into an access state.
In the specific implementation process, after the conference signaling server adds the called terminal identifier to the conference signaling group, the state of the called terminal identifier is set to be a waiting state, and after the conference background server adds the called terminal identifier to the conference background group, the state of the called terminal identifier is also set to be a waiting state. At this time, the display interfaces of the remaining participating terminals are as shown in fig. 9, and the called terminal dd is displayed in the "waiting" state.
And when the conference background server receives the external network user entering message, changing the state of the called terminal identifier in the conference background group into an access state. When the conference signaling server receives the external network user entering information, the state of the called terminal identification in the conference signaling group is changed into an access state. And then, the conference signaling server sends the external network user entering information to each participating terminal. After the participant terminal receives the foreign network user entry message, the display interface of the participant terminal may be as shown in fig. 10, with the called terminal dd moved into an "already in conference" state.
Further, after the conference data server sends the telephone call request to the called terminal through the public switched telephone network, before the conference data server receives a call answering response of the called terminal forwarded by the public switched telephone network, the method further includes:
the conference data server sends a call success response to the conference background server; the call success response comprises a conference group identifier and a called terminal identifier;
the conference background server sends a call success response to the conference signaling server;
and the conference signaling server sends call success responses to all the participating terminals in the conference group.
That is, after the conference data server sends a telephone call request to the called terminal and before the called terminal is not answered, the conference data server also sends a call success response to the conference background server in order to determine the state of the called terminal. And the conference background server sends a call success response to the conference signaling server, and the conference signaling server sends the call success response to all the participating terminals in the conference group. Thus, it indicates that the called terminal is successfully called, but the called party is not yet answered.
Further, after the conference signaling server joins the called terminal identifier into the conference group, the method further includes:
after the conference data server determines that the called terminal is disconnected, an external network user disconnection message is sent to a conference background server, wherein the external network user disconnection message comprises a called terminal identifier and a conference group identifier;
the conference background server changes the state of the called terminal in the conference background group into a disconnection state and sends an external network user disconnection message to the conference signaling server.
The conference signaling server changes the state of the called terminal in the conference signaling group into a disconnection state, and sends an external network user disconnection message to all the participating terminals in the conference group.
In the specific implementation process, after the called terminal joins the conference group, the conference data server needs to confirm the state of the called terminal in real time. For example, if the conference data server within the threshold duration receives the voice data sent by the called terminal, it is determined that the called terminal is in the normal conference access state, and if the conference data server within the first threshold duration does not receive the voice data sent by the called terminal, it is determined that the called terminal is disconnected. The voice data may be voice data including the uttered voice of the callee, or voice data including only the background sound.
When the conference data server determines that the called terminal is disconnected, an external network user quick-open message is generated, and the external network user disconnection message comprises the called terminal identification and the conference group identification. The conference data server sends the disconnection message of the external network user to the conference background server, and the conference background server determines a conference background group according to the conference group identifier and changes the state of the called terminal identifier into a disconnection state. The conference background server sends the disconnection message of the external network user to the conference signaling server, and the conference signaling server determines a conference signaling group according to the conference group identifier and changes the state of the called terminal identifier into a disconnection state. The conference signaling server sends the disconnection message of the external network user to each participant terminal of the conference group, and each participant terminal changes the state of the called terminal into a disconnection state. At this time, the called terminal dd among the participating terminals is moved out of "already in conference".
The above-described process is described in detail below with specific examples.
(1) A conference is initiated.
A user creates a conference through a conference portal of an online conference client, and an initiator is a conference host by default.
(2) The conference is started.
After the moderator creates the conference, the moderator can choose to start the conference or not start it for the moment. After the conference is started, the conference signaling server sends ring messages and conference cards to all the participating terminals, and the participating terminals enter the conference through the ring messages or the conference cards.
(3) The host terminal calls out the number.
In the process of meeting, a host can input a called mobile phone number or a called private mobile phone extension number, a conference room extension number and a conference room high-definition video conference extension number through a PSTN adding inlet of a meeting management interface, and then click a confirm button to add corresponding PSTN equipment into the meeting.
Specifically, after a host inputs an outbound mobile phone number (or extension number) into an operation terminal and points to 'confirm', a conference client generates a 'host outbound number' request packet, and the packet body comprises fields such as an enterprise ID, an operator ID, a called mobile phone number (or extension number), a conference signaling group ID, an operation timestamp and the like, and is encrypted and sent to a conference signaling server.
After receiving the request packet, the conference signaling server judges whether the request is legal or not according to the content of the request packet: for illegal operations (such as non-host operator ID, ending of the conference, changing the outbound number in the conference, etc.), refusing to execute and adding a corresponding error code into the response packet; and for legal requests, adding the called number into a conference signaling group, setting the called number into a waiting state (the waiting state indicates that the called number is in the process of calling and an access conference is not received), then generating a 'PSTN call initiating' request packet, wherein the packet body comprises fields such as an operation terminal identifier, a called mobile phone number (or extension number), a conference background group ID, an operation timestamp and the like, and encrypting and sending the fields to a conference background server. After the calling is successful, generating a response packet and sending the response packet to the operation terminal, wherein the response packet carries an operation success return code and a prompt: and successfully adding the outbound number and waiting for the other party to answer.
After receiving the 'initiate PSTN call' request packet of the conference signaling server, the conference background server judges whether the request is legal or not according to the content of the request packet: for illegal operations (such as decryption request packet errors, data group ID and group key verification failure), refusing to execute and adding corresponding error codes in the response packet; and for legal requests, adding the called mobile phone number (or extension number) into a conference background group, calling a conference data service to initiate a PSTN call interface, initiating a PSTN call to the called mobile phone number (or extension number), and requesting packets to carry conference data group ID and called mobile phone number (or extension number) information. The conference data service firstly allocates a PSTN calling number for the conference data group ID, then initiates a PSTN call to the called number by using a public switched telephone network through the PSTN calling service provided by an operator, and the called terminal equipment corresponding to the called mobile phone number (or extension number) rings by telephone.
(4) The called terminal enters the conference group.
After receiving the incoming call, the PSTN terminal corresponding to the called mobile phone number (or extension number) can send out the ringing of the incoming call, and the user can enter a conference after answering.
The specific process is as follows:
after the user answers, the PSTN equipment sends an answering request to the operator, and the operator sends the answering request to the Tencent cloud PSTN calling service. After receiving the answering operation, the Tencent cloud PSTN calling service searches the corresponding conference data group ID through the PSTN calling number, then sets a 'check identity' request packet, wherein the packet body comprises fields such as a colleague mobile phone number (or extension number), a conference data group ID, an operation timestamp and the like, and encrypts and sends the fields to the Tencent conference background server.
After receiving the request packet of 'checking identity', the conference background server checks that the conference group comes from the conference signaling server through the conference data group ID, and then generates a request packet of 'Auth interface checking identity', the packet body comprises fields such as called mobile phone number (or extension number), conference data group ID, operation timestamp and the like, and the request packet is encrypted and sent to the conference signaling server.
After receiving Auth identity checking request, the conference signaling server checks the corresponding conference signaling group information through the conference data group ID information, then checks whether the adding request is initiated to the called mobile phone number (or extension number), if so, the verification is passed, otherwise, the verification is not passed. And then returning the verification result to the conference background server. And the conference background server receives the verification result and then sends the verification result to the conference data server.
After receiving the check result, the conference data server executes different logics according to the check result: if the verification is not passed, returning a corresponding voice prompt to the called mobile phone number (or extension number); if the verification is successful, the called mobile phone number (or extension number) is added into the conference data group, a PSTN (public switched telephone network) group entering request packet is generated, the packet body comprises fields of the called mobile phone number (or extension number), the conference data group ID, the operation timestamp and the like, and the fields are encrypted and sent to the conference background server. After the successful sending, the conference data server returns the called mobile phone number (or extension number) to allow to join the conference data group, and the PSTN call is successfully established.
After receiving the 'PSTN group entering' request packet, the conference background server firstly changes the state of the called mobile phone number (or extension number) in the conference signaling group into an access state, and then generates the 'PSTN group entering' request packet, wherein the packet body comprises fields of the called mobile phone number (or extension number), the conference data group ID, the operation timestamp and the like, and the fields are encrypted and sent to the conference signaling server.
After receiving the 'PSTN group entering' request packet, the conference signaling server searches the corresponding conference signaling group information through the conference data group ID information, then changes the state corresponding to the called mobile phone number (or extension number) from a waiting state to an access state (indicating that the user has answered and successfully enters the conference group), and then informs all the participating terminals currently in the conference, so that all the participants can see that the called mobile phone number (or extension number) successfully enters the conference.
And then, the conference data server forwards the voice data for the called mobile phone and each participant terminal in the conference group.
