In some embodiments of the present invention, when a user performs user registration, a user node receives a user registration request, and obtains a user name and a password through the user registration request; the user name is generated by the user node based on the user registration request, and the specific generation mode is as follows: firstly, a 128-bit random number is generated, and 4 bits of check on the random number are added to obtain a 132-bit number, then segmentation is carried out according to every 11 bits, so that 12 binary numbers exist, and finally, each number is used for checking a word list defined by the BIP39 to obtain 12 mnemonics, wherein the 12 mnemonics are user names.

In some embodiments of the present invention, after the user logs in, when the user needs to upload the work, the user node prompts the user to upload information, where the uploaded information should include user information and work information.
In some embodiments of the invention, after the user has uploaded the work, the user may select the desired functional service. Wherein, the function service can be selected first, and then the works can be uploaded.
It can be understood that the embodiment of the invention can provide various functional services for users, meet various requirements of the users and improve the application range.
S7021, a simhash algorithm is adopted to generate a hash value of the content of the work in the work information, and the hash value is compared with the work in the block chain network to check the duplicate, so that a duplicate checking rate (duplicate checking result) is obtained. In some embodiments of the present invention, if the comparison result is that the private key of the user does not match the private key in the blockchain network, it is prompted that the copyright of the work does not belong to the user.
It can be understood that the embodiment of the invention identifies the user through the private key, ensures the reliability and accuracy of the identification result, and reduces the infringement probability.
S703, signing the content of the works in the works information by adopting a user private key to obtain a private key signature (private key signature information), and generating an authoring record according to the private key signature and the copyright authentication record.
In some embodiments of the invention, the user private key is generated using an elliptic cryptography algorithm.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the public key is compared with the user public key in the latest copyright authentication record, whether the public key is the same as the user public key in the latest copyright authentication record is determined, and if so, the work content and the public key in the latest copyright authentication record are used to decrypt the private key signature in the latest copyright authentication record, so as to obtain the owner of the work copyright.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.

Claims (10)
1. A digital copyright information processing method is applied to a user node and comprises the following steps:
receiving a function request; wherein the function request is for requesting at least one of: modifying the authentication function and the authentication function; the function request carries work information and user information;
generating a copyright authentication record based on the work information and the user information in response to the function request;
generating a transaction record based on the copyright authentication record and sending the transaction record to a verification node;
receiving uplink notification information fed back based on the transaction record, and adding a new block to the tail part of a block chain in a block chain network based on the uplink notification information; wherein the uplink notification information carries an authenticated new block, and the new block is a response result of the function request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the function request is for requesting modification of an authentication function, said generating a copyright authentication record based on the work information and the user information in response to the function request includes:
determining associated work information and associated copyright authentication records corresponding to the associated work information according to the work information; according to a user private key, identifying the private key in the associated copyright authentication record, and obtaining an identification result; wherein the user private key is generated by the user node based on the user information;
and if the identification result is that the user private key is the same as the private key, generating the copyright authentication record according to the work information and the user information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the function request is for requesting a copyright authentication function, said acquiring, in response to the function request, a copyright authentication record based on the work information and the user information includes:
according to authenticated work information stored in a block chain network, duplicate checking is carried out on the work information to obtain a duplicate checking result;
and if the duplication checking result shows that the repetition rate of the work information and the authenticated work information is lower than a preset threshold value, generating the copyright authentication record according to the user information and the work information.
4. A digital copyright information processing method is applied to a verification node and comprises the following steps:
receiving a transaction record; wherein the transaction record comprises an authoring record; the creation record comprises copyright authentication record and private key signature information; the copyright authentication record comprises work information and user information;
verifying the transaction record according to the private key signature information to obtain a verification result;
if the verification result is that the private key signature information is valid, generating a new block based on the transaction record;
based on the new block, generating uplink notification information and sending the uplink notification information to a user node; wherein the uplink notification information carries the new block.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the transaction record is verified according to the private key signature information, and after obtaining a verification result, the method further comprises:
generating a temporary value based on the transaction record and a preset function and storing the temporary value in the transaction record; wherein the nonce is attestation information of the transaction record.
6. A digital copyright information processing method is applied to a server node and comprises the following steps:
receiving a copyright verification request sent by a user node, wherein the copyright verification request carries a work identification to be verified and a corresponding public key;
responding to the copyright verification request, and determining a copyright authentication record and a transaction record corresponding to the identification of the work to be verified according to the identification of the work to be verified; the transaction record carries a temporary value, a user public key and private key signature information; the copyright authentication record carries work information; the transaction record and the copyright authentication record are both stored in a block chain network;
and verifying the identification of the work to be verified based on the public key, the temporary value, the work information, the user public key and the private key signature information to obtain and send a copyright verification result to the user node.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the verifying the identity of the work to be verified based on the user public key, the nonce, the work information, the user public key and the private key signature to obtain and send a copyright verification result to the user node comprises:
verifying the temporary value based on a preset verification mechanism to obtain a first copyright verification result;
if the first copyright verification result is that the temporary value meets the preset requirement, comparing based on the user public key and the public key to obtain a comparison result;
if the comparison result is that the user public key is the same as the public key, decrypting the private key signature information through the public key so as to obtain the user information in the copyright authentication record; the user information represents the copyright owner of the to-be-verified work identification;
and sending the user information to the user node as a copyright verification result.
8. A digital copyright information processing apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a first receiving unit, a first generating unit and a first transmitting unit; wherein,
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a function request; wherein the function request is for requesting at least one of: modifying the authentication function and the authentication function; the function request carries work information and user information; receiving uplink notification information fed back based on transaction records, and adding a new block to the tail part of a block chain in a block chain network based on the uplink notification information; wherein the uplink notification information carries an authenticated new block, and the new block is a response result of the function request;
the first generation unit is used for responding to the function request and generating a copyright authentication record based on the work information and the user information; generating a transaction record based on the copyright authentication record;
the first sending unit is used for sending the transaction record to a verification node.
9. A digital copyright information processing device is characterized by comprising a second receiving unit, a second generating unit, a second sending unit and a first verifying unit; wherein,
the second receiving unit is used for receiving a transaction record; wherein the transaction record includes an authoring record and tile information; the creation record comprises copyright authentication record and private key signature information; the copyright authentication record comprises work information and user information;
the first verification unit is used for verifying the transaction record according to the private key signature information to obtain a verification result;
the second generation unit is used for collecting the transaction record to generate a new block if the verification result is that the private key signature information is legal and the transaction record is valid; generating uplink notification information based on the new block;
the second sending unit is configured to send the uplink notification message to a user node; wherein the uplink notification information carries the new block.
10. A digital copyright information processing device is characterized by comprising a third receiving unit, a second verifying unit, a third sending unit and a determining unit; wherein,
the third receiving unit is configured to receive a copyright verification request sent by a user node, where the copyright verification request carries a work identifier to be verified and a corresponding user public key;
the determining unit is used for responding to the copyright verification request, and searching copyright authentication records and transaction records in all blocks according to the identification of the work to be verified; wherein, the transaction record carries a temporary value, a public key and a private key signature; the copyright authentication record carries work information;
the second verification unit is configured to verify the identity of the work to be verified based on the user public key, the nonce, the work information, the public key, and the private key signature, and obtain a copyright verification result to the user node;
and the third sending unit is used for sending the copyright verification result to the user node.
