背景技术
连接器作为电子设备中不可缺少的部件,广泛地应用于各种电子设备当中,使得电子产品的生产、维修效率得以极大提高。连接器是连接两个有源器件的电子产品,它可以传输电流或信号,它在电路内设置在被阻断处或孤立不通的电路之间,架起沟通的桥梁,从而使电流流通,使电路实现预定的功能。连接的好坏,直接关系到整个系统的安全可靠运行。连接器形式和结构是千变万化的,随着应用对象、频率、功率、应用环境等不同,有各种不同形式的连接器。
智能门锁普遍用于家庭的门厅、办公室、仓库等的门上使用,电子智能锁行业普遍采用PVC电子线通过连接器进行前面板组件、锁和后面板组件的供电以及信号之间的连接。目前一般的智能锁的连接器是采用单排的排母结构,需要多次装配连接器且连接器大,造成装配及加工成本上升。另外,连接器本身不具防水效果,要实现防水需要在其外侧增加一个盖子封闭才能防水,造成尺寸大,且装配复杂。特别是现有的连接器的接线端子位置容易移动,导致无法定位接触点,使电气连接配合的稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连接器及智能锁,以解决现有技术中连接器的连接稳定性差的问题,本发明的连接器连接稳定性好,电流或信号能够有效传输,使连接的器件之间能够有效配合。
本发明提供的一种连接器,包括安装座和接线柱,所述接线柱的两侧对称设置有固定翅,在所述安装座上设置有用于安装所述接线柱的安装槽,在所述安装槽的两侧设置有限位槽,所述固定翅卡于所述限位槽中,以将所述接线柱限位于所述安装槽中。
作为本发明的一个优选方案,所述接线柱包括第一接线端子和第二接线端子,所述第一接线端子上设置有用于连接第一接线头的横向插孔,所述第二接线端子上设置有用于连接第二接线头的纵向插孔,所述第一接线端子与所述第二接线端子相连接且所述第二接线端子由其连接处向下延伸设置,所述固定翅设置于所述第二接线端子的下端靠近所述第一接线端子的一侧。

1、本发明提供的连接器,通过设置安装座和接线柱,接线柱的两侧对称设置有固定翅,在安装座上设置有用于安装接线柱的安装槽,在安装槽的两侧设置有限位槽,固定翅卡于限位槽中,以将接线柱限位于安装槽中。本发明的连接器通过在接线柱上设置固定翅,在安装座上设置有限位槽,从而将接线柱限位于安装座上,当连接器连接两个不同器件时,通过两个线路在连接器的接线柱上连接,接线柱的位置固定,使两个线路连接稳定性好,电流或信号能够有效传输,使连接的器件之间能够有效配合。
2、本发明实施例提供的连接器,通过设置底座、上盖和密封圈,在内凹槽的外侧沿底座的周边设置有卡槽,密封圈上设置有与卡槽相适配的凸缘,密封圈沿上盖的周围设置于底座上。密封圈使连接器具有较好的防水性能,使其在具有较小体积的同时能够在潮湿环境中能正常使用。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的一种连接器,如图1-图8所示,包括安装座4和接线柱3,接线柱3的两侧对称设置有固定翅33,在安装座4上设置有用于安装接线柱3的安装槽41,在安装槽41的两侧设置有限位槽413,固定翅33卡于限位槽413中,以将接线柱3限位于安装槽41中。本实施例的连接器通过在接线柱3上设置固定翅33,在安装座4上设置有限位槽413,从而将接线柱3限位于安装座4上,当连接器连接两个不同器件时,通过两个线路在连接器的接线柱3上连接,接线柱3的位置固定,使两个线路连接稳定性好,电流或信号能够有效传输,使连接的器件之间能够有效配合。
优选地,如图1所示,接线柱3包括第一接线端子31和第二接线端子32,第一接线端子31上设置有用于连接第一接线头61的横向插孔312,第二接线端子32上设置有用于连接第二接线头的纵向插孔323,第一接线端子31与第二接线端子32相连接且第二接线端子32由其连接处向下延伸设置。固定翅33设置于第二接线端子32的下端靠近第一接线端子31的一侧。第一接线端子31和第二接线端子32为一体式结构。第一接线端子31和第二接线端子32分别用于连接两个线路的两个接线头,从而将两个线路相连接。
优选地,如图3所示,第一接线端子31的两侧设置有内卷边311,两个内卷边311向内侧相向卷曲使第一接线端子31内形成横向插孔312,第一接线头61连接在第一接线端子31上时,两个内卷边311向内侧卷曲卡接在第一接线头61上,从而使第一接线头61连接在横向插孔312中。第二接线端子32包括两个相对设置的卡爪321,两个卡爪321分别通过连接边322与第一接线端子31的两侧连接并在两个卡爪321之间形成纵向插孔323,固定翅33设置于连接边322的外侧。第二接线头连接在第二接线端子32上时,第二接线头在纵向插入两个卡爪321之间,卡爪321夹紧第二接线头,从而将第二接线头连接在第二接线端子32的纵向插孔323中。接线柱3为铜片加工成型,从而使第一接线端子31和第二接线端子32在铜片的弹性作用力下使横向插孔和纵向插孔收紧,以使接线头连接在接线柱上。
优选地,如图2所示,安装槽41包括用于安装第一接线端子31的横向容置槽411和用于安装第二接线端子32的纵向容置槽412,限位槽413设置于横向容置槽411与纵向容置槽412之间,限位槽413、横向容置槽411与纵向容置槽412之间相互连通。接线柱3安装于安装槽41中时,横向容置槽411容纳第一接线端子31,纵向容置槽412容纳第二接线端子32,固定翅33卡于限位槽413中,从而将接线柱3限位于安装槽41中。
优选地,如图2和图7所示,横向容置槽411的深度为a,限位槽413的深度为b,纵向容置槽412的深度为c,满足:a<b<c;两侧的限位槽413之间设置有限位柱414,限位柱414为横向容置槽411的底面向纵向容置槽412延伸而成,当接线柱3安装于安装槽41中时,限位柱414卡于第一接线端子31与第二接线端子32之间,从而对接线柱3进行进一步限位。接线柱3安装于安装槽41中时,固定翅33设置于第二接线端子32的底端,使固定翅33卡于限位槽413的底部,第二接线端子32伸入纵向容置槽412中且至纵向容置槽412的中部,使纵向容置槽412的底部至第二接线端子32的底部间隔一定距离,使第二接线头在插入第二接线端子32的纵向插孔323中时能够伸入至第二接线端子32下方的纵向容置槽412中,使第二接线头与第二接线端子32连接更为牢固。
优选地,如图4和图5所示,接线柱3包括多个,安装座4的中心设置有中心孔42,安装槽41包括多个,多个安装槽41分为两排对称设置于中心孔42的两侧,每个接线柱3分别安装于一个安装槽41中,横向容置槽411设置于安装槽41靠近中心孔42的一侧。多个传输线6能够穿过中心孔42至安装座4上,使第一接线头61延伸至安装槽41中。多个接线柱3分为两排安装于安装座4上,合理排布接线柱3的安装位置,能够使较多的接线柱3安装于较小体积的安装座上,减小安装座的体积,进而减小本实施例的连接器的体积,降低成本。
优选地,如图2所示,在中心孔42的两侧边上分别设置有分流挡板43,两排安装槽41关于两个分流挡板43中心的连线对称。分流挡板43将传输线6分隔在其两侧,以便于传输线6连接在安装座4的两侧。
优选地,如图1和图7所示,本实施例的连接器还包括底座5、上盖2和密封圈1,底座5上设置有内凹槽51,安装座4安装于底座的内凹槽51中,上盖2盖于安装座4上并固定于底座的内凹槽51内。如图1所示,在内凹槽51的外侧沿底座5的周边设置有卡槽52,如图7所示,密封圈1上设置有与卡槽52相适配的凸缘12,密封圈1沿上盖2的周围设置于底座5上。密封圈1紧贴上盖2的侧壁设置,从而对上盖2与底座5的连接处进行密封,以使本实施例的连接器具有较好的防水性能,避免在连接器的外侧罩设外水壳体,不会增大该连接器的体积,使其在具有较小体积的同时能够在潮湿环境中能正常使用。
如图1所示,上盖2上对应纵向容置槽412的位置设置有接线孔21,第二接线头插入接线孔21中与第二接线端子32连接,连接快捷,使用方便。在底座5上对应中心孔42的位置设置有通线孔54,传输线6通过通线孔54和中心孔42将第一接线头61延伸至安装座4的安装槽41中并与第一接线端子31连接。从而将两个线路的第一接线头61与第二接线头通过该连接器连接,实现两个器件电流或信号的传输。
优选地,如图8和图1所示,在安装座4和上盖2的两侧分别设置有向内侧收紧的豁口44,豁口44对应设置于安装座4的分流挡板43的外侧,密封圈1的两侧分别设置有向内侧延伸的连接翼11,连接翼11对应安装座4和上盖2的豁口44处设置于底座5上,在底座5的两侧分别设置有连接孔53,密封圈1通过连接件7穿过连接孔53和连接翼11连接于底座5上,以使密封圈1密封效果更好。连接件7为螺钉。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种智能锁,包括实施例1中的连接器。该连接器将智能锁的前面板组件、锁和后面板组件之间的供电或信号通过连接器进行连接,从而进行电流或信号的传输,使本实施例的智能锁的电流或信号的稳定性能好,具有较小体积的同时具有较好的防水性能。
对于未在本发明中描述的智能锁的结构部分,均为现有技术。
以上所述的仅为本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可做出若干变形和改进,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种连接器,其特征在于,包括安装座(4)和接线柱(3),所述接线柱(3)的两侧对称设置有固定翅(33),在所述安装座(4)上设置有用于安装所述接线柱(3)的安装槽(41),在所述安装槽(41)的两侧设置有限位槽(413),所述固定翅(33)卡于所述限位槽(413)中,以将所述接线柱(3)限位于所述安装槽(41)中;所述接线柱(3)包括多个,所述安装座(4)的中心设置有中心孔(42),所述安装槽(41)包括多个,多个所述安装槽(41)分为两排对称设置于所述中心孔(42)的两侧,每个所述接线柱(3)分别安装于一个所述安装槽(41)中;
所述接线柱(3)包括第一接线端子(31)和第二接线端子(32),所述第一接线端子(31)上设置有用于连接第一接线头(61)的横向插孔(312),所述第二接线端子(32)上设置有用于连接第二接线头的纵向插孔(323),所述第一接线端子(31)与所述第二接线端子(32)相连接且所述第二接线端子(32)由其连接处向下延伸设置,所述固定翅(33)设置于所述第二接线端子(32)的下端靠近所述第一接线端子(31)的一侧;
所述安装槽(41)包括用于安装所述第一接线端子(31)的横向容置槽(411)和用于安装所述第二接线端子(32)的纵向容置槽(412),所述限位槽(413)设置于所述横向容置槽(411)与所述纵向容置槽(412)之间,所述限位槽(413)、所述横向容置槽(411)与所述纵向容置槽(412)之间相互连通;
所述横向容置槽(411)的深度为a,所述限位槽(413)的深度为b,所述纵向容置槽(412)的深度为c,满足:a<b<c;两侧的所述限位槽(413)之间设置有限位柱(414),所述限位柱(414)为所述横向容置槽(411)的底面向所述纵向容置槽(412)延伸而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连接器,其特征在于,所述第一接线端子(31)的两侧设置有内卷边(311),两个所述内卷边(311)向内侧相向卷曲使所述第一接线端子(31)内形成横向插孔(312),所述第二接线端子(32)包括两个相对设置的卡爪(321),两个所述卡爪(321)分别通过连接边(322)与所述第一接线端子(31)的两侧连接并在两个所述卡爪(321)之间形成纵向插孔(323),所述固定翅(33)设置于所述连接边(322)的外侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连接器,其特征在于,所述横向容置槽(411)设置于所述安装槽(41)靠近所述中心孔(42)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种连接器,其特征在于,在所述中心孔(42)的两侧边上分别设置有分流挡板(43),两排所述安装槽(41)关于两个所述分流挡板(43)中心的连线对称。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种连接器,其特征在于,还包括底座(5)、上盖(2)和密封圈(1),所述底座(5)上设置有内凹槽(51),所述安装座(4)安装于所述底座的内凹槽(51)中,所述上盖(2)盖于所述安装座(4)上并固定于所述底座的内凹槽(51)内;在所述内凹槽(51)的外侧沿所述底座(5)的周边设置有卡槽(52),所述密封圈(1)上设置有与所述卡槽(52)相适配的凸缘(12),所述密封圈(1)沿所述上盖(2)的周围设置于所述底座(5)上;所述上盖(2)上对应所述纵向容置槽(412)的位置设置有接线孔(21),第二接线头插入接线孔(21)中与第二接线端子(32)连接;在所述底座(5)上对应所述中心孔(42)的位置设置有通线孔(54),传输线(6)通过通线孔(54)和中心孔(42)将第一接线头(61)延伸至所述安装座(4)的安装槽(41)中并与第一接线端子(31)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种连接器,其特征在于,在所述安装座(4)和所述上盖(2)的两侧分别设置有向内侧收紧的豁口(44),所述豁口(44)对应设置于所述安装座(4)的分流挡板(43)的外侧,所述密封圈(1)的两侧分别设置有向内侧延伸的连接翼(11),所述连接翼(11)对应所述安装座(4)和所述上盖(2)的豁口(44)处设置于所述底座(5)上,在所述底座(5)的两侧分别设置有连接孔(53),所述密封圈(1)通过连接件(7)穿过所述连接孔(53)和所述连接翼(11)连接于所述底座(5)上。
7.一种智能锁,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的连接器。
