Abstract

and the main control system is in signal connection with the scraping mechanism and the dry ice output mechanism.

In practical use, the dry ice vending machine adopts a scraping type design; the dry ice distribution is carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure, and no obvious noise exists; the scraper is not influenced by whether dry ice in the hopper is polymerized or not and can complete the distribution of the dry ice; the dry ice vending machine has good integral stability, can produce small crystals of about 1-2mm, and is easier to accurately distribute and store dry ice.
Therefore, the problems of high failure rate and poor safety of the conventional dry ice vending machine can be solved, and a new ice supply means and an accurate metering mode are provided.
Further, the scraper disc 23 comprises more than two scrapers, and all the scrapers are uniformly arranged.
In practical use, the dry ice with different specifications can be scraped by adopting a cutter head consisting of uniformly distributed scrapers.
Furthermore, the master control system comprises a time control system and a rotating speed control system which are respectively in signal connection with the scraping mechanism.

In practical use, dry ice is stored in the ice storage barrel 11, the motor 21 drives the transmission gear 22, and the scraper disc 23 on the gear rotates at a constant speed to uniformly scrape dry ice particles in the ice storage barrel 11 and discharge the dry ice particles from the hopper below.
The dry ice has the characteristics that the storage temperature is 78 ℃ below zero, and the dry ice is volatile at normal temperature, so that the dry ice needs to be made into an insulating layer 12 for heat preservation.
In practice, the dry ice particles are above the scraper disk 23 inside the barrel, and the scraper disk 23 is coupled to the gear for linkage. With the operation of the motor 21, the gear and the cutter head rotate to scrape dry ice in the hopper and supply the dry ice to the hopper below.
