The data perspective option is an option for triggering the data perspective function, but when the data perspective option is triggered, the electronic device can perform the data perspective function.
In step S203, in response to receiving a selection operation on a first field of the at least one field, a data perspective request is sent to the server, where the data perspective request carries the first field, and the data perspective request is used to perform data processing based on a sub-table entry corresponding to the first field, so as to obtain a first pivot table.
In step S204, the first pivot table generated by the server is acquired, and the first pivot table is displayed in the online editing page.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, when a user wants to perform data perspective on data in the online form, the data perspective option in the online editing page is triggered, so that the electronic equipment can be controlled to display at least one field of the online form in the online editing page, and the user can select the first field required by generating the data perspective form through the online editing page. The electronic device is capable of directly exposing the first pivot table based on the first field. The user does not need to download the data in the online form to the terminal, the data in the online form can be directly subjected to data perspective through the server, and the terminal directly displays the generated first data perspective form, so that the data perspective efficiency is improved.
The foregoing steps S201 to S204 are simply introduced in the present application, and the following will describe, in combination with some examples, a data processing method provided in the present application more clearly, where the method is executed by an electronic device, and taking the electronic device as a terminal as an example, referring to fig. 3, the method includes:
in step S301, the terminal displays an online edit page of an online form, where the online form includes at least one field and at least one entry, and one entry includes at least one sub-entry, and one sub-entry corresponds to one field.
The online form is selected by the user, and the list item is a row of data in the online form.
In one possible implementation mode, the terminal displays a content loading page of the online document, and a plurality of online forms are displayed in the content loading page. In response to a selection operation for any one of the plurality of online forms, the terminal displays an online edit page of the online form. The user can adjust the fields and the entries in the online form through the online editing page of the online form. For example, for a field "name", the user can modify the field to "athlete name" or "volunteer name" etc. via the online edit page. For the sub-entry "zhang san" corresponding to the field "name", the user can also modify the sub-entry to "lie four" or "wang wu" through the online editing page. In some embodiments, the content loading page of the online document is a page displayed by an application program of the online document after an account is logged in, or is a display webpage corresponding to the online document, which is not limited in this application embodiment.
In some embodiments, the content loading page of the online document may also display a plurality of online documents, in addition to a plurality of online forms, or display a blank page on which the user can add data by himself, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present application. In some embodiments, for ease of distinction, different online forms can be stored in different folders, and the content loading page of the online document can provide the user with the functionality to create a folder through which the user can effect the creation of a folder. Of course, after creating the folder, the user can also drag different online forms into different folders to achieve separate management of different online forms.
Referring to fig. 4, the terminal displays a content loading page 401 of the online document, and identifiers of a plurality of online forms, i.e., names of the online forms, are displayed on the content loading page 401. In response to the click operation on any one of the identifiers of the online forms, the terminal displays an online edit page 402 of the online form corresponding to the identifier, where at least one field and a plurality of entries of the online form are displayed in the online edit page, and in fig. 4, sub-entry a-sub-entry D form one entry, and sub-entry E-sub-entry H form another entry. In some embodiments, an editing control 403 is displayed on the online editing page 402, and in response to a click operation on the editing control 403, the online editing page 402 becomes editable, and a user can adjust a field or an entry displayed in the online editing page. By setting the editing control, the error editing of the online form by the user can be avoided, namely, when the online form is not required to be edited, the user can check the content of the online form through the online editing page; when there is a need for editing the online form, the user can trigger the function of editing the online form by clicking the editing control 403, so as to edit the online form.
It should be noted that, in the above and following descriptions, the click operation has different meanings for different types of terminals, and for smartphones and tablet computers, the click operation is a click operation on a screen; for desktop computers and notebook computers, the click operation is a click operation for controlling a mouse pointer to a specific position, and certainly, for some desktop computers and notebook computers with a screen touch function, the click operation may also be a click operation for a screen, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In the implementation mode, a user can quickly select the online form which is required to be viewed through the content loading page of the online document, and when the online form needs to be edited, the online form can be edited through the online editing page of the online form, so that the efficiency is high.
Taking the content loading page of the online document as the page displayed after the account login of the application program of the online document as an example, responding to the application program starting instruction of the online document, and displaying the login interface of the online document by the terminal, wherein the login interface comprises an account input area, a password input area and a login control. And responding to the click operation of the login control, the terminal sends a login request to the server, wherein the login request carries the account input in the account input area and the password input in the password input area. And after receiving the login request, the server acquires the account and the password from the login request and verifies the account and the password. In response to the account and the password being successfully verified, the server sends a message of successful verification to the terminal, where the message of successful verification carries the identifiers and addresses of the multiple online tables corresponding to the account, where the multiple tables are online tables created for the account or online tables shared by other accounts and the account, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. And after receiving the message of successful verification, the terminal acquires the identifiers and the addresses of the multiple online forms from the message of successful verification, displays the identifiers of the multiple online documents in the content loading page, and binds each identifier with a corresponding address. And responding to the click operation of any identifier, acquiring a corresponding online form by the terminal based on the address corresponding to the identifier, and displaying an online editing page of the online form.
In step S302, in response to receiving a trigger operation for a data perspective option in the online editing page, the terminal displays at least one field of the online form in a first area of the online editing page.
In a possible implementation manner, a data perspective option is displayed in the online editing page, in response to a click operation on the data perspective option, the terminal sorts at least one field of the online form according to a target sequence, and displays the sorted at least one field in a first area of the online editing page.
The terminal sorts at least one field according to the target sequence, namely, the terminal sorts at least one field according to the sorting sequence of the first letter of at least one field in the alphabet. Or, the target sequence is the sequence of field lengths from short to long or from long to short, and the terminal sorts at least one field according to the target sequence, that is, the terminal sorts at least one field according to the sequence of fields from short to long or from long to short.
In the implementation mode, the terminal can sort the fields in the online form according to the target sequence so as to fulfill the aim of data sorting and facilitate the user to check.
For example, the data perspective option is a data perspective control, and the data perspective control is displayed in the online editing page. And responding to the clicking operation of the data perspective control, sequencing at least one field of the online form according to the target sequence by the terminal, and displaying the sequenced at least one field in a first area of the online editing page. In some embodiments, a first region of the online editing page is located on a left side of the online editing page, and at least one field displayed in the first region is arranged vertically in the target arrangement order. For example, referring to fig. 5, a data perspective control 502 is displayed on an online editing page 501, in response to a click operation on the data perspective control 502, the terminal displays at least one field in a first area 503 of the online editing page 501, and a user can select at least one field that is displayed to determine a field that is desired to be subjected to data perspective.
In one possible embodiment, in addition to controlling the terminal to display at least one field in the first area by clicking on the data perspective option, the user can also control the terminal to display at least one field in the first area by pressing the first target key or the first target key combination. That is, in response to detecting a click operation on the first target key or the first target key combination, the terminal displays at least one field in the first area. For example, when the terminal displays the online editing page, the user presses a "\" key on the keyboard, and the terminal can be controlled to display at least one field in the first area, that is, in response to detecting that the key "\" is pressed, the terminal displays at least one field in the first area of the online editing page. Or when the terminal displays the online editing page, the user simultaneously presses a Ctrl key and a \ "key on the keyboard, so that the terminal can be controlled to display at least one field in the first area. In some embodiments, the terminal can display the first target key or the first target key combination below the data perspective option, in such a way as to play a role in reminding the user that the user pressing the first target key or the first target key combination has the same role as clicking the data perspective option.
In step S303, in response to receiving a selection operation on a first field of the at least one field, the terminal sends a data perspective request to the server, where the data perspective request carries the first field, and the data perspective request is used to perform data processing based on a sub-table entry corresponding to the first field, so as to obtain a first pivot table.
In a possible embodiment, a row field selection sub-area, a column field selection sub-area and a value field selection sub-area of the pivot table are also displayed on the first area, and the first field includes a row field, a column field and a third field. And in response to the fact that the row field is dragged to the row field selection sub-region, the column field is dragged to the column field selection sub-region, and the value field is dragged to the value field selection sub-region, the terminal sends the data perspective request to the server, wherein the data perspective request carries the row field, the column field and the value field of the first field. And the server acquires the data perspective request, and performs data processing based on the sub-table item corresponding to the first field to obtain a first data perspective table. The server sends the first data perspective table to a sending end of the data perspective request, namely the terminal. In some embodiments, in response to the value field being dragged to the value field selection sub-area, the terminal displays a summary mode selection page of the value field on the first area, and the summary mode selection page of the value field displays a plurality of summary modes, including summation, counting, average, maximum, minimum and product. The user can control the server to generate different types of first pivot tables by selecting different summarizing modes.
For example, for sales data, a user can select a row field "sales object" for the data perspective table, select a column field "sales person" for the data perspective table, and select a value field "sales amount" for the data perspective table, so that the generated data perspective table can reflect sales amounts of different sales persons for different sales objects. In some embodiments, if the user selects the page by the summary mode of the value field to select the summation for the value field, the generated pivot table can reflect the total sum of the sales amount of each sales person for each sales object; if the page is selected to select the counting for the value field in a summarizing mode of the value field, the generated data perspective table can reflect the sales frequency of each salesman for each sales object; if the maximum value is selected for the value field by selecting the page in a summarizing mode of the value field, the generated data perspective table can reflect the maximum sales amount of each salesperson for each sales object. That is, the user can actually select from the summary page of the value fields to obtain different pivot tables.
In the embodiment, the terminal does not need to download data in the online form, the data perspective request is generated directly based on the free selection of the row field, the column field and the value field for the first data perspective table by the user, the first data perspective table can be automatically generated by the server based on the data perspective request, and the generation efficiency of the first data perspective table is high.
For example, the terminal displays at least one field of the online form on a first field display area of the first area, and displays a row field selection sub-area, a column field selection sub-area, and a value field selection sub-area on the first area, respectively. In some embodiments, the first field show region is located on the left side of the first region, and the row field select sub-region, the column field select sub-region, and the value field select sub-region are located on the right side of the first region. For example, referring to fig. 6, a first field presentation area 602, a row field selection sub-area 603, a column field selection sub-area 604, and a value field selection sub-area 605 are displayed on the online editing page 601. The user can select a row field, a column field and a value field in the first field presentation area 602, and the user drags the fields displayed in the first field presentation area 602 to the row field selection sub-area 603, the column field selection sub-area 604 and the value field selection sub-area 605, that is, the process of selecting the row field, the column field and the value field for the pivot table.
In some embodiments, the user can drag the fields presented in the first field presentation area into the row field selection sub-area, the column field selection sub-area, and the value field selection sub-area to enable selection of the row field, the column field, and the value field for the pivot table. In some embodiments, in response to the row field being dragged to the row field selection sub-region, the column field being dragged to the column field selection sub-region, and the value field being dragged to the value field selection sub-region, the terminal is capable of displaying the row field in the row field selection sub-region, displaying the column field in the column field selection sub-region, displaying the value field in the value field selection sub-region, and the user is capable of viewing the field selected by the user in the row field selection sub-region, the column field selection sub-region, and the value field display sub-region. In response to that the row field is dragged to the row field selection sub-region, the column field is dragged to the column field selection sub-region, and the value field is dragged to the value field selection sub-region, the terminal sends a data perspective request to the server, where the data perspective request carries the row field, the column field, and the value field, and certainly the data perspective request also carries the type of the row field as the row field, the type of the column field as the column field, and the type of the value field as the value field. In response to receiving the data perspective request, the server acquires a row field, a column field and a value field of a first field from the data perspective request, and performs data processing based on the row field, the column field and the value field of the first field to obtain the first pivot table, that is, the server performs data processing based on a sub-table item corresponding to the row field, a sub-table item corresponding to the column field and a sub-table item corresponding to the value field to generate the first pivot table. The subsequent server can send the first pivot table to the terminal, and the terminal displays the first pivot table in the online editing page. In some embodiments, the terminal can implement data interaction with the server based on an RPC (Remote Procedure Call) technology. From the perspective of a user, the terminal can directly display the first pivot table only by dragging the row field to the row field selection sub-region, dragging the column field to the column field selection sub-region and dragging the value field to the value field selection sub-region, without copying the data in the online table to the data processing application running on the terminal for processing, so that the data processing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the terminal displays a field search box on the first area, the field search box being used to quickly find a field desired by the user from at least one field displayed on the first area. The terminal can display the corresponding field on the first area by the user inputting the complete field or a partial character of the field in the field search box. The user can drag the field to a row field selection sub-region, a column field selection sub-region, or a value field selection sub-region. In such a way, the efficiency of searching fields by the user is improved. For example, referring to fig. 6, a field search box 606 is displayed on a first area of the online editing page 601, and a user can perform a field search through the field search box 606.
In step S304, the terminal obtains the first pivot table generated by the server, and displays the first pivot table in the online editing page.
In a possible implementation manner, the online editing page further includes a preview area of the pivot table, and after the terminal acquires the first pivot table generated by the server, the first pivot table is displayed in the preview area of the pivot table. In one possible implementation, in response to the order adjustment operation on the sub-table entries displayed in the first pivot table, the display order of the sub-table entries displayed in the first pivot table is adjusted to obtain a third pivot table.
In this embodiment, when the user wants to adjust the display order of the sub-entries in the first pivot table, the user can directly complete the adjustment operation through the order, and the efficiency is high.
After step S304, the terminal can perform both steps S305 and S306 described below and steps S307 and S308 described below, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step S305, in response to receiving the update operation on the first pivot table, the terminal acquires an updated second pivot table from the server.
In one possible implementation, in response to receiving an update operation to the first pivot table, a second field corresponding to the update operation is determined. And sending an update request for the first pivot table to the server, wherein the update request carries the second field, and the update request is used for updating the first pivot table based on the sub-table item corresponding to the second field to obtain a second pivot table. And acquiring the second pivot table generated by the server.
The first field comprises a row field, a column field and a value field, and the updating operation on any field in the first field can be regarded as the updating operation on the first pivot table.
In this embodiment, when a user wants to update the first pivot table, the second pivot table can be obtained only by performing the update operation on the first pivot table on the terminal, and the terminal does not need to perform additional data processing operations, so that the calculation amount of the terminal is reduced, and the update efficiency of the pivot table is improved.
For example, a row field selection sub-area, a column field selection sub-area and a value field selection sub-area of the pivot table are also displayed on the first area, the row field is displayed in the row field selection sub-area, the column field is displayed in the column field selection sub-area, and the value field is displayed in the value field selection sub-area. And in response to the fact that the row field displayed in the row field selection sub-area is dragged out, dragging another field to the row field selection sub-area, sending an update request for the first pivot table to the server by the terminal, wherein the update request carries the second field, the row field of the second field is another field dragged to the row field selection sub-area, the column field is the same as the first field, and the value field is also the same as the first field. The server acquires an update request for the first pivot table, wherein the update request carries a second field, and the second field is a field corresponding to the update operation of the first pivot table. And responding to the updating request, and updating the first pivot table by the server based on the sub-table entry corresponding to the second field to obtain a second pivot table.
Additionally, in addition to the user being able to drag the row field out of the row field selection sub-region, in some embodiments, the terminal displays a removal control to the right of the row field in response to the row field being dragged to the row field selection sub-region. And in response to the clicking operation on the removal control, the terminal removes the row field from the row field selection subarea. The user can drag another field to the row field selection sub-region. Or in some embodiments, a field clearing control is displayed in the row field selection sub-area, and in response to a click operation on the field clearing control, the terminal clears a field in the row field selection sub-area, so that a target of removing a row field from the row field selection sub-area can be achieved. The user can drag another field to the row field selection sub-region. Of course, the above description is given by taking the example of removing the row field from the row field selection sub-region, and in other possible embodiments, the field in the column field selection sub-region or the value field selection sub-region may also be removed in the above manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the above description is given by taking the example of updating the row field to another field, and in other possible embodiments, the column field or the value field may be updated to another field, or any two or three of the row field, the column field, and the value field may be updated at the same time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step S306, the terminal displays the second pivot table.
In one possible implementation, the terminal displays the second pivot table in the online editing page.
In some embodiments, if the online editing page includes a preview region of a pivot table, the terminal can display the second pivot table in the preview region of the pivot table.
In step S307, in response to receiving the confirmation operation on the first pivot table, the terminal sends a table storage request to the server, where the table storage request carries an identifier of the first pivot table, and the table storage request is used to store the first pivot table in the online table.
The storing of the first pivot table in the online form means that the first pivot table is an attached table of the online form, or that the first pivot table can be displayed while the online form is displayed at the terminal.
Through the step S307, the user can store the updated second pivot table in the online table through the terminal control server, so that the storage space of the terminal is saved, and the user can conveniently look up the updated second pivot table.
For example, the terminal can display a confirmation control on the area where the first pivot table is displayed after the first pivot table is displayed. And responding to the click operation of the confirmation control, and sending a table storage request to the server by the terminal, wherein the table storage request carries the identifier of the first pivot table. And the server acquires a table storage request which carries the identifier of the first pivot table. In response to the table storage request, the server stores the first pivot table in the online table, that is, in response to receiving the table storage request, the server obtains the identifier of the first pivot table from the table storage request and stores the first pivot table in the online table. After the server stores the first pivot table in the online form, the user can look up the first pivot table through the online form at any time.
In some embodiments, the server can store the first pivot table in the online document in addition to storing the first pivot table in the online form, i.e., as an online form juxtaposed to the online form, and subsequent users can process the first pivot table.
In step S308, the terminal displays the identifier of the first pivot table in the online form.
In a possible implementation manner, the server generates an identifier of the first pivot table in the online form, the terminal displays the identifier of the first pivot table in the online form, and the identifier is also a table name of the first pivot table, and the user can determine the corresponding first pivot table by the table name.
In addition to the above steps S301 to S308, an embodiment of the present application further provides a data processing method, and referring to fig. 7, the method includes:
in step S701, the terminal displays an online edit page of an online form, where the online form includes at least one field and a plurality of entries, and one entry includes at least one sub-entry, and one sub-entry corresponds to one field.
The method for displaying the online editing page of the online form by the terminal is described in step S301, and is not described herein again.
In step S702, in response to receiving the chart calling operation in the online editing page, the terminal displays a chart type selection area in which at least one chart type is displayed in the online editing page.
The chart types include a line chart, a bar chart, a sector chart and the like. In some embodiments, the line graph comprises a time trend line graph and the bar graph comprises a bar graph of data split contrasts. The online document stores at least one chart of a chart type, and the charts are generated based on fields in the online table and sub-table items corresponding to the fields.
In one possible implementation mode, in response to the triggering operation of the chart calling option in the online editing page, the terminal displays at least one chart type in a chart type selection area of the online editing page.
In the embodiment, the terminal can call different types of charts through the chart type selection area, and the efficiency of man-machine interaction is high.
For example, referring to fig. 8, the chart call option is a chart call control, and the terminal displays the chart call control 802 on the online editing page 801. In response to a click operation on the chart call control 802, the terminal displays a chart type selection area 803 on the online editing page 801, in which at least one chart type is displayed in the chart type selection area 803.
In one possible embodiment, in response to detecting that the target character is input, the terminal displays at least one chart type in a chart type selection area of the online editing page.
The target character is a character set by a technician, such as a character "/" or a character "]", and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment, the user can call the chart by directly inputting the target character, so that the efficiency is high.
In step S703, in response to a selection operation on a target chart type of the at least one chart type, the terminal displays a chart selection area corresponding to the target chart type in the online editing page, where at least one chart identifier is displayed in the chart selection area, and a type corresponding to the at least one chart identifier is the target chart type.
The type corresponding to the at least one chart identifier is the target chart type, which means that the type of the chart corresponding to the at least one chart identifier is the target chart type.
In one possible implementation mode, in response to that a target chart type in at least one chart type is selected, the terminal displays a chart selection area corresponding to the target chart type in the online editing page, and a plurality of charts in the target chart type are displayed in the chart selection area. The user can select a chart desired to be viewed in the chart selection area. In some embodiments, when the terminal displays at least one chart identifier in the target type on the chart selection area, the terminal can display the chart identifier in a form of a chart thumbnail, that is, the terminal displays thumbnails of a plurality of charts in the target type on the chart selection area, and the thumbnail displays the corresponding chart identifier, so that a user can know the content of the chart in advance, and the user can conveniently select the chart.
For example, referring to fig. 9, in response to the selection of the target chart type, the terminal displays a chart selection area 902 on the online edit page 901, and at least one chart identifier under the target chart type is displayed on the chart selection area 902.
In step S704, in response to receiving a selection operation on a first chart identifier of the at least one chart identifier, the terminal sends a first chart acquisition request to the server, where the first chart acquisition request carries the first chart identifier, and the first chart acquisition request is used for performing a query based on the first chart identifier to obtain a first chart corresponding to the first chart identifier.
In one possible implementation, in response to receiving a selection operation of a first chart identifier of the at least one chart identifier, the terminal sends a first chart acquisition request to the server. The server acquires a first chart acquisition request, wherein the first chart acquisition request carries a first chart identifier. In response to the first chart acquisition request, the server queries based on the first chart identifier to obtain a first chart corresponding to the first chart identifier. The server sends the first chart to a sending end of the first chart acquisition request, namely the terminal.
In step S705, the terminal receives the first graph sent by the server, and displays the first graph in the online editing page, where the first graph includes a third field in the online form and a sub-entry corresponding to the third field.
For example, referring to fig. 9, in response to the first chart 903 being selected, the terminal displays the first chart 903 on the online edit page 901.
In step S705, the terminal displays at least one chart type option in the online editing page, and in response to receiving a selection operation on any one of the at least one chart type option, the terminal performs type conversion on the first chart based on the chart type indicated by the chart type option to obtain a second chart, where the second chart and the first chart have the same chart content.
The chart type options correspond to different chart types, and a user can adjust the chart type of the currently displayed chart by clicking the chart type options. For example, if the type of the currently displayed chart is a line chart, if the user clicks a chart type option corresponding to the bar chart, the terminal can display the bar chart, and the content of the bar chart is the same as that of the line chart, but the chart type is adjusted. The second chart and the first chart have the same chart content, that is, the second chart and the first chart are generated based on the third target field in the online table and the sub-table entry corresponding to the third target field.
In one possible implementation, referring to fig. 10, the terminal displays at least one chart type option on the online editing page 1001, each chart type option corresponding to one chart type, which in some embodiments is a chart type control. And responding to the fact that any chart type option is selected, namely the chart type option is clicked, the terminal sends a chart type switching request to the server, and the chart type switching request carries the identification of the first chart and the selected chart type option. After the server acquires the chart type switching request, the identifier of the first chart and the selected chart type option are acquired from the chart type switching request. The server adjusts the type information of the first chart based on the chart type indicated by the chart type option to obtain a second chart, wherein the chart type of the second chart is also the chart type indicated by the chart type option. And the server sends the second chart to the terminal, and the terminal switches the first chart into the second chart for displaying.
