The quality of the concrete raw material is supervised from the source through a block chain; the concrete batch number is associated with a plurality of data such as raw material purchasing information, supplier information, raw material qualification certificate, concrete supply order information and the like, and the quality control of the concrete raw material entering the field with the source being searchable, the destination being traceable, the data being stored and the responsibility being clear is formed from the raw material purchasing to the concrete production to the concrete supply.

the detection management module 202 is configured to analyze the first detection data and the second detection data by a principal component analysis method to obtain principal component data of quality factors of raw materials affecting the strength of the concrete, generate corresponding evidence storing information according to the process of the principal component analysis method and the component analysis data, store chain evidence by a block chain, and judge whether the raw materials of the concrete are qualified or not according to the principal component analysis data; if yes, detecting qualified raw materials to be put into storage and used, generating corresponding certificate storage information, and performing first chain certificate storage on key node data in the detection process through a block chain; if not, performing unqualified treatment on unqualified raw materials, and storing a second link certificate on the key node data in the detection process; and the unqualified treatment is that unqualified raw materials are not circulated and enter the production flow.

The supplier management module is used for acquiring information of a concrete raw material supplier, generating corresponding certificate storing information according to the information of the concrete raw material supplier, and performing chain link certificate storing through a block chain, wherein the information of the concrete raw material supplier comprises a raw material supplier name, a supplier product type, a supplier address, a contact person and a contact way; and
the production management module is used for acquiring production batch information and production process information of raw materials, wherein the production process information comprises production mix proportion information, production time, design strength, a to-be-poured part, a production formula amount, a raw material name, a raw material using amount and raw material entering batch number information, and a concrete batch number is generated according to the production process information; and performing data association according to the concrete batch number, the production batch information, the production process information and the concrete raw material supplier information to generate an association relation, and generating corresponding certificate storage information and performing chain loading certificate storage through a block chain according to the production batch information, the production process information, the concrete batch number, the concrete raw material supplier information and the association relation.
In some embodiments of the present application, further comprising:
the data query module is used for responding to a data query request of the management terminal; determining target query information according to the data query request, acquiring evidence storage information corresponding to the target query information from the block chain, and feeding back the evidence storage information to the management terminal; the target query information comprises a concrete batch number, and the production batch information, the production process information and the supplier information of the concrete raw material are obtained according to the concrete batch number through an incidence relation; and obtaining the evidence storage information corresponding to the production batch information, the production process information and the supplier information of the concrete raw materials from the block chain and feeding back the evidence storage information to the management terminal.
The concrete and raw material quality management device of the embodiment is based on a block chain technology and an informatization technology, and connects concrete quality related information with a plurality of data of suppliers of concrete raw materials, purchasing contracts, entrance records, detection data and the like in series.
Compared with most of the information devices in the market which adopt the traditional centralized database, the detection data is stored in one database in a centralized mode, and in this way, any person who has enough access authority to the device can destroy the data in the database, and the concrete quality related data has the problems of being tampered, deleted, lost and the like.
The concrete and raw material quality management device of the embodiment utilizes an informatization technology and a block chain technology building device to perform associated storage on concrete suppliers, raw material quality certification files, production information and detection information, and provides a simpler and more convenient method for concrete quality data query, sharing, retrieval, statistics and tracing.
With blockchain technology, there is no centralized hardware or management mechanism, data is stored in a non-centralized manner, and rights and obligations of any node are equal, and once information is verified and added to the blockchain, the information is stored permanently, so that the stability and reliability of data of the blockchain are extremely high.

Illustratively, the computer program 302 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory 301 and executed by the processor 300 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program 302 in the terminal device 30.
The terminal device 30 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 300, a memory 301. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 5 is merely an example of a terminal device 30 and does not constitute a limitation of terminal device 30 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the terminal device may also include input-output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 300 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 301 may be an internal storage unit of the terminal device 30, such as a hard disk or a memory of the terminal device 30. The memory 301 may also be an external storage device of the terminal device 30, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are provided on the terminal device 30. Further, the memory 301 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the terminal device 30. The memory 301 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal device. The memory 301 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses, devices and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. A concrete and raw material quality management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring first detection data of a concrete raw material and second detection data of compressive strength of solidified concrete, wherein the first detection data comprises the strength grade of cement, the impurity content of fine aggregate sand, the water content of fine aggregate sand, the crushing value of stones and the grade of slag powder;
analyzing the first detection data and the second detection data through a principal component analysis method to obtain principal component data of raw material quality factors influencing the strength of the concrete;
acquiring supplier information according to the concrete raw material, wherein the supplier information comprises a supplier of the concrete raw material, a purchase contract and an entrance record;
and generating corresponding evidence storing information according to the supplier information, the first detection data, the second detection data and the main component data of the concrete raw material, and carrying out chain storing through the block chain.
2. The method for managing the quality of concrete and raw materials according to claim 1, wherein the step of analyzing the first detection data and the second detection data by a principal component analysis method further comprises the following steps of:
judging whether the raw materials of the concrete are qualified or not according to the main analysis data;
if yes, detecting qualified raw materials to be put into storage and used, generating corresponding certificate storage information, and performing first chain certificate storage on key node data in the detection process through a block chain;
if not, performing unqualified treatment on unqualified raw materials, and storing a second link certificate on the key node data in the detection process; and the unqualified treatment is that unqualified raw materials are not circulated and enter the production flow.
3. The method for managing the quality of concrete and raw materials according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises, after the raw materials qualified by the inspection are put in storage and put into use:
obtaining the production batch information of the qualified raw materials;
obtaining production process information according to the production batch information, wherein the production process information comprises production mix proportion information, production time, design strength, a to-be-poured part, a production formula amount, a raw material name, a raw material using amount and a raw material entering batch number;
generating a concrete batch number according to the production process information;
and performing data association on the concrete batch number, the production batch information, the production process information and the supplier information of the concrete raw material to obtain an association relation.
4. The method for managing the quality of concrete and raw materials according to claim 3, wherein the data association of the concrete batch number with the production batch information, the production process information, and the supplier information of the concrete raw materials, and the obtaining of the association further comprises:
and generating corresponding evidence storing information according to the production batch information, the production process information, the concrete batch number, the supplier information of the concrete raw material and the association relation, and performing chain loading evidence storing through a block chain.

The method for managing the quality of concrete and raw materials according to claim 4, wherein the step of generating corresponding evidence-storing information and performing chain-loading evidence-storing through a block chain according to the production batch information, the production process information, the concrete batch number, the supplier information of the concrete raw materials and the correlation further comprises:
responding to a data query request of the management terminal;
determining target query information according to the data query request, acquiring evidence storage information corresponding to the target query information from the block chain, and feeding back the evidence storage information to the management terminal; wherein the target query information includes a concrete batch number.

The method for managing the quality of concrete and raw materials according to claim 5, wherein the step of determining target query information according to the data query request, obtaining the evidence-storing information corresponding to the target query information from the blockchain and feeding back the evidence-storing information to the management terminal further comprises the steps of:
acquiring the production batch information, the production process information and supplier information of the concrete raw materials according to the concrete batch number through an incidence relation;
and obtaining the evidence storage information corresponding to the production batch information, the production process information and the supplier information of the concrete raw materials from the block chain and feeding back the evidence storage information to the management terminal.
7. A concrete and raw material quality management device is characterized by comprising:
the raw material management module is used for acquiring first detection data of a concrete raw material, second detection data of compressive strength after concrete curing and solidification and raw material information, generating corresponding certificate storage information according to the first detection information, the second detection information and the raw material information, and carrying out chain loading certificate storage through a block chain, wherein the raw material information comprises a purchase contract number, a raw material supplier, a raw material type, a raw material name, an entrance number and entrance batch number information;
