when in use, firstly, in the use process, gas is discharged into the steam trap main body 1 through the gas inlet pipe 2, then the noise generated by the gas and the through holes 4 on the fixing plate 3 can be reduced, thereby reducing the noise pollution of a factory area, improving the safety of workers, reducing the induction of occupational diseases, meanwhile, the fixing plate 3 with an arc-shaped structure can effectively lead the condensed steam water to the bottom end of the steam trap main body 1, then the gas is matched with the exhaust pipe 5 through the gas guide pipe 6, after the gas enters the steam trap main body 1, the gas at the lower end is guided into the exhaust pipe 5 through the gas guide pipe 6 and then is exhausted from the upper end of the exhaust pipe 5, more condensed water can be generated after long-time use, after the gas is guided into the gas guide pipe 6, more condensed water also exists in the gas guide pipe 6, at the moment, the guide plate 7 with the fixed position at the lower end inside the gas guide pipe 6 is passed through, the condensed water in the air duct 6 can be effectively guided into the steam trap main body 1, the effect of reducing exhaust gas by too much condensed water in the air duct 6 is prevented, then after the condensed water falls into the bottom end in the steam trap main body 1, the condensed water flows into the hollow column 8 through the water inlet hole 9 arranged on the outer surface of the hollow column 8, then the floating ball 11 blocked at the opening of the first water drainage pipe 12 is floated by utilizing the buoyancy principle of water, so that the condensed water in the steam trap main body 1 is discharged through the first water drainage pipe 12 after being too much condensed water, then when the floating ball 11 is not floated by the buoyancy of water, the floating ball 11 falls down, the floating ball 11 can be effectively closed at the water outlet of the first water drainage pipe 12 after the floating ball 11 falls down through the limiting block 10, thereby preventing gas from entering the first exhaust pipe 5 when exhausting gas into the steam trap main body 1, and then the adding piece 13 is fixed at the lower end position of the first exhaust pipe 5, then the fixed block 19 is penetrated into the adding and installing part 13 through the installing groove 15 arranged on the adding and installing part 13, and is passed through the second drain pipe 14 arranged in the adding and installing part 13, then the rear end of the fixed block 19 is inserted into the fixing groove 23, then the rotating block 16 and the connecting part 17 are rotated, so as to drive the threaded rod 18 connected with the connecting part 17 to rotate, further the threaded rod 18 is screwed into the installing part 26 arranged in the accommodating groove 24 and the fixing groove 23, the threaded rod 18 is inwards abutted to the installing part 26 during connection, so that the installing part 26 moves towards the inside of the accommodating groove 24, thereby the extrusion spring 27 is deformed, meanwhile, the installing part 26 is abutted to the top block 31, so that the top block 31 is abutted to the first connecting rod 28 to move towards one side, then the clamping block on one end of the second connecting rod 29 is clamped into the clamping groove 22 arranged on the fixed block 19 by driving the second connecting rod 29 and the supporting block 30 and utilizing the lever principle, thereby can be fixed in the inside of second drain pipe 14 with fixed block 19 effectively, then when first drain pipe 12 discharged water flows into second drain pipe 14 inside, utilize the inside active carbon 21 of fixed block 19 to filter water effectively when water passes through second drain pipe 14, improve the quality of later stage water, for later stage recovery water has improved the quality of water, then through connecting recovery unit at the lower extreme of installing additional 13, can fully and effectively utilize the device exhaust water, energy-conserving effect has been improved, reduce the waste of resource.

Claims (6)

1. A silencing steam trap for a steam pipe comprises a trap main body (1), an air inlet pipe (2) is arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the steam trap main body (1) near the middle position, a plurality of fixing plates (3) are fixedly connected with the interior of the steam trap main body (1) at equal intervals, the fixed plate (3) is of an arc structure, a plurality of through holes (4) are arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the fixed plate (3) at equal intervals, an exhaust pipe (5) is arranged at one side of the interior of the steam trap main body (1) close to the upper end, an air duct (6) is arranged at the lower end of the exhaust pipe (5), and the air duct (6) is provided with a plurality of exhaust holes which are communicated with the interior of the steam trap main body (1), the lower end of the inner part of the air duct (6) is fixedly connected with a guide plate (7), three supporting legs (32) are annularly distributed on the outer surface of the lower end of the steam trap main body (1).

The silencing steam trap as recited in claim 1, wherein the steam trap body (1) is fixedly connected with a hollow column (8) at the lower end of the interior near the middle position, the outer surface of the hollow column (8) is provided with a plurality of water inlets (9), the inner wall of the lower end of the interior of the hollow column (8) is fixedly connected with a limiting block (10), the outer surface of the lower end of the interior of the hollow column (8) is provided with a floating ball (11) near the middle position, the outer surface of the lower end of the interior of the steam trap body (1) is provided with a first drain pipe (12) near the middle position, and the floating ball (11) is located at the outer surface of the upper end of the first drain pipe (12) and used for closing the water outlet of the first drain pipe (12).

The silencing steam trap for the steam trap according to claim 2, wherein the first drain pipe (12) penetrates through the interior of the trap body (1) and extends to the outside, the outer surface of the lower end of the first drain pipe (12) is fixedly connected with an attachment (13), the interior of the attachment (13) near the middle position is provided with a second drain pipe (14), the second drain pipe (14) and the first drain pipe (12) are communicated with each other, the outer surface of the right side of the attachment (13) near the middle position is provided with a mounting groove (15), the mounting groove (15) and the second drain pipe (14) are communicated with each other, the interior of the mounting groove (15) is provided with a rotating block (16), the outer surface of the left side of the rotating block (16) is fixedly connected with a connecting piece (17), and the outer surface of the left side of the connecting piece (17) is provided with a fixing block (19), thread groove (20) have been seted up to the inside intermediate position of fixed block (19), thread groove (20) inside threaded connection has threaded rod (18), and the right side external surface of threaded rod (18) fixed with connecting piece (17) surface, the inside of fixed block (19) is run through out in the left side of threaded rod (18), the inside of fixed block (19) is provided with active carbon (21), draw-in groove (22) have been seted up to the left side surface of fixed block (19).

The silencing steam trap for the steam pipe as recited in claim 3, wherein the interior of the attachment (13) is provided with a fixing groove (23) at a left side of the second drain pipe (14), the rear end of the fixing block (19) is fixed to the interior of the fixing groove (23), the left inner wall of the interior of the fixing groove (23) is provided with a receiving groove (24), the inner wall of the receiving groove (24) is fixedly connected with a spring (27), and the right outer surface of the spring (27) is fixedly connected with an attachment (26);

The muffling steam trap as set forth in claim 4, wherein the threaded rod (18) has a hollow structure, the thread of the threaded rod (18) is an internal thread, the mounting member (26) has a thread formed on an outer surface thereof, and the threaded rod (18) is threadedly coupled to the mounting member (26).

The silencing steam trap as recited in claim 4, wherein the movable slot (25) and the second drain pipe (14) are communicated with each other, the second connecting rod (29) is inserted into the second drain pipe (14), a clamping block is fixedly connected to an adjacent surface of the fixing block (19) at one end of the second connecting rod (29) inside the second drain pipe (14), and the clamping block and the clamping groove (22) are clamped with each other.
