As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, an article storage cabinet includes a cabinet body 1, a plurality of independent cells are arranged in the cabinet body 1 from top to bottom, each cell is a storage cavity, each cell is located on the front surface of the cabinet body 1 and is provided with a storage cavity opening, each cell corresponds to a cabinet door 11 for closing the storage cavity opening, and each cabinet door 11 is respectively provided with an electromagnetic lock catch 4.
The emergency door opening device of the present embodiment includes a lock frame 21, a plurality of electromagnetic locks 6, and an emergency wire assembly 22.
The lock frame 21 is disposed inside the cabinet body 1 along the height direction of the cabinet body 1, for example, may be disposed on a side wall inside the cabinet body 1, or, as illustrated in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the lock frame 21 may also be disposed in the center inside the cabinet body 1, to divide the storage cavity of each layer of the cabinet body 1 into two left and right cells, each corresponding to one cabinet door 11, that is, the lock frame 21 divides the cabinet body 1 into a plurality of cells distributed in two vertical rows. The lock frame 21 is in a column shape, the upper end of the lock frame is provided with an opening, and the opening is communicated to the top of the cabinet body 1. A plurality of electromagnetic locks 6 are distributed in the lock frame 21 along the vertical direction, and each electromagnetic lock 6 is provided with an electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 which penetrates out of the electromagnetic lock shell and extends out of the electromagnetic lock shell, and each electromagnetic lock 6 is locked in one-to-one correspondence with the electromagnetic lock buckle 4 on the corresponding cabinet door 1. The power line of the electromagnetic lock 6 passes through the top opening of the cabinet body 1 along the inner wall of the lock frame 21. The electromagnetic locks 6 are detachably connected with the lock frame 21 so that the electromagnetic locks 6 can be taken out when the electromagnetic locks 6 fail, and then the electromagnetic locks 6 are replaced, and meanwhile, the installation of the electromagnetic locks 6 is also facilitated.
The emergency stay wire assembly 22 is arranged at the top of the cabinet body 1 and comprises a plurality of electromagnetic lock emergency stay wires 2201 which are transversely arranged, a plurality of electromagnetic lock emergency stay wires 2202 and a plurality of isolation holes 2204 which are used for allowing the single electromagnetic lock emergency stay wires 2202 to penetrate through, wherein the isolation holes 2204 are mutually isolated. One end of each electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 is connected with one electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2201, and the other end of each electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 passes through an isolation hole 2204 and then is fixed with the tail end of an electromagnetic lock emergency stay 61 of an electromagnetic lock 6. The tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 moves upwards under the traction of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire 2202 to trigger the electromagnetic lock 6 to unlock, and the corresponding cabinet door 11 can be opened.
Specifically, referring to FIG. 5, the emergency wire assembly 22 further includes an L-shaped plate 2203 and a horizontal pallet 2205. The horizontal end of L shaped plate 2203 is fixed set up in the top of cabinet body 1, and a plurality of transversely arranged on its upper surface electromagnetic lock emergent pull wire head 2201, electromagnetic lock emergent pull wire head 2201 is cylindric, the vertical end of L shaped plate 2203 evenly runs through along its length direction equidistance and is provided with a plurality of isolation holes 2204, isolation holes 2204 are the bar hole, the length direction of bar hole with the direction of height of the vertical end of L shaped plate 2203 is unanimous. The horizontal pallet 2205 is disposed below the L-shaped plate 2203, and a plurality of penetrating line holes 2206 are formed on the surface of the horizontal pallet 2205 along the length direction of the L-shaped plate 2203. The number of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull heads 2201 is the same as the number of the isolation holes 2204, and the number of the isolation holes 2204 is the same as the number of the wire holes 2206, namely, each electromagnetic lock emergency pull head 2201 corresponds to one electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire 2202, and each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire 2202 corresponds to one isolation hole 2204 and one wire hole 2206. The wire holes 2206 on the horizontal supporting plate 2205 are opposite to the upper end opening of the lock frame 21, and each wire hole 2206 corresponds to one electromagnetic lock installation position in the lock frame 21. Each electromagnetic lock emergency wire 2202 corresponds to one electromagnetic lock 6. One end of each electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 is wound on an electromagnetic lock emergency pull head 2201, and the other end passes through a wire hole 2206 on a horizontal supporting plate 2205 corresponding to the isolation hole 2204 after passing through the isolation hole 2204 opposite to the electromagnetic lock emergency pull head 2201, and extends into the lock frame 21 from the top of the cabinet body 1 to be fixedly connected with the tail end of an electromagnetic lock emergency stay 61 on an electromagnetic lock installation position corresponding to the wire hole 2206. The electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 passing through the isolation hole 2204 are isolated from each other; the electromagnetic lock emergency wires 2202 are parallel to each other after passing through the wire holes 2206. In this embodiment, the emergent wire 2202 of acting as go-between of an electromagnetic lock is fixed to every electromagnetic lock emergency wire 2201, and the emergent wire 2202 of acting as go-between of electromagnetic lock has carried out one-to-one through the isolating hole 2204, and the emergent of each electromagnetic lock 6 of centralized unified management of being convenient for is opened the lock, is favorable to discerning the emergent wire 2202 of electromagnetic lock that corresponds of the electromagnetic lock 6 of which layer of cabinet body 1, and the setting up of isolating hole 2204 makes the emergent wire 2202 of each electromagnetic lock be difficult for twining together, has convenient to use and difficult wearing and tearing, long service life's characteristics.
In a preferred embodiment, the emergency wire assembly 22 further includes a fixing base 2207, the horizontal support plate 2205 is connected above the fixing base 2207, and the horizontal support plate 2205 is mounted on the top of the cabinet 1 through the fixing base 2207.
In a preferred embodiment, the emergency door opening device of the present embodiment further includes an intelligent control module (not shown in the figure), and the intelligent control module is electrically connected to each of the electromagnetic locks 6. In this embodiment, the electromagnetic locks 6 are mutually independent, and the opening of a single cabinet door 11 can be controlled by an intelligent control module (for example, an intelligent computer or an intelligent mobile phone), so that the phenomenon of management confusion caused by the simultaneous opening of a plurality of cabinet doors 11 is avoided. When the electromagnetic lock 6 fails, and the intelligent control module cannot control the electromagnetic lock 6 to be opened, the designated cabinet door 11 can be controlled to be opened by the emergency door opening device in the embodiment, so that the phenomenon that the cabinet body 1 is damaged to take out articles is avoided.
In a preferred embodiment, the emergency door opening device further includes a plurality of digital display tubes 23, each cabinet door 11 is provided with a digital display tube 23, each digital display tube 23 is electrically connected with the above-mentioned intelligent control module, and is used for prompting the open/close state of the electromagnetic lock 6 of the cabinet layer where the digital display tube 23 is located, and when the electromagnetic lock 6 is opened or not closed, the digital display tube 23 can prompt.
FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the emergency door opening device of the present application in an unused state; fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of the emergency door opening device in the use state.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination, when the article storage cabinet of the present application is in a condition that the electronic control unlocking mechanism cannot be unlocked after being electrically controlled, the article storage cabinet can be manually unlocked through the emergency door opening device, and the specific operation is as follows:
the designated electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head 2201 is manually pulled at the top of the cabinet body 1, the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head 2201 drives the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire 2202 fixed with the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head to move upwards, and then the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 on the corresponding electromagnetic lock 6 is driven to move upwards, so that the electromagnetic lock 6 is unlocked.
Fig. 8 and 9 show schematic internal structures of the electromagnetic lock 6 according to a preferred embodiment. Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the electromagnetic lock 6 in the closed state according to the preferred embodiment; fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the electromagnetic lock 6 in an unlocked state.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the electromagnetic lock 6 includes: electromagnetic lock casing, locate pothook 63, stop block 65, electro-magnet 68 and torsional spring 67 in the electromagnetic lock casing. One side of the electromagnetic lock shell is provided with a notch for inserting the electromagnetic lock catch 4 on the cabinet door 1. The hook 63 is rotatably connected to the electromagnetic lock housing through a first rotating shaft 64, a first clamping groove 6301 is provided on the hook 63, and a short arm and a long arm are respectively provided on two sides of the first clamping groove 6301. The stop block 65 is rotatably connected to the electromagnetic lock housing through a second rotating shaft 66, and a second clamping groove 6501 is formed in the stop block 65. The stop block 65 is far away from one end of the trip 63 and is connected with the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61, and the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 penetrates out of the electromagnetic lock shell and extends out of the electromagnetic lock shell. When the cabinet door 1 is closed, the electromagnetic lock catch 4 on the cabinet door 1 is pushed by an external force to be inserted into the first clamping groove 6301 of the clamping hook 63 along the notch, so as to push the long arm of the clamping hook 63, and further make the clamping hook 63 rotate clockwise around the first rotating shaft 64. When the long arm of the hook 63 moves to the second clamping groove 6501 of the stop block 65, the end of the long arm of the hook 63 is clamped in the second clamping groove 6501 of the stop block 65, and the hook 63 is stopped by the stop block 65. The state at this time is referred to fig. 8.
When the electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 moves upwards under the action of manual pulling force, the electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 drives the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 to move upwards, the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 drives the stop block 65 to rotate clockwise around the second rotating shaft 66, so that a second clamping groove 6501 of the stop block 65 is separated from a long arm of the clamping hook 63, the clamping hook 63 rotates anticlockwise around the first rotating shaft 64 under the action of the torsion spring 67, and the electromagnetic lock is reset to an initial state, so that the electromagnetic lock catch 4 pops out of the notch, and the cabinet door 1 is unlocked. The state at this time is referred to fig. 9.
It should be noted that, the structure of the electromagnetic lock 6 is merely an example, the electromagnetic lock 6 in the present application may be an electromagnetic lock sold in the market, the structure of the electromagnetic lock 6 is not limited in the present application, and any electromagnetic lock capable of implementing an emergency unlocking function may be applied to the emergency door opening device of the present application.
Embodiment two:
referring to fig. 4, compared with the first embodiment, the emergency door opening device 2 of the present embodiment further includes an upper cover 12 disposed on the top of the cabinet 1, and a mechanical lock 24 is disposed on the upper cover 12.
Specifically, a groove is formed in the top of the cabinet body 1 of the article storage cabinet of the embodiment, and the emergency stay wire assembly 22 is located in the groove. The upper cover 12 seals the groove, and the upper cover 12 is detachably connected with the groove.
In this embodiment, in a state where the electromagnetic lock 6 does not fail, the upper cover 12 of the article storage cabinet is always in a closed state; when the electromagnetic lock 6 fails, the upper cover 12 of the article storage cabinet can be opened through the mechanical lock 24, and the designated electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire 2201 is manually pulled at the top of the cabinet body 1 to drive the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire 2202 fixed with the electromagnetic lock to move upwards, so that the electromagnetic lock 6 corresponding to the electromagnetic lock is unlocked.
In this embodiment, the top of the cabinet body 1 is provided with the upper cover 12, the upper cover 12 is provided with the mechanical lock 24, and only authorized designated staff can perform emergency door opening operation, so that the phenomenon that articles are lost due to the fact that other people open the cabinet door 11 through the emergency door opening device 2 can be avoided.
Embodiment III:
considering that the electromagnetic lock emergency stay wire arranged in the lock frame is likely to appear the phenomenon of aging, breaking or falling off after long-time use, the embodiment also provides an alternative scheme on the basis of the first embodiment or the second embodiment so as to ensure that the object storage cabinet can be quickly unlocked in an emergency under various unexpected conditions.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10 to 12, the emergency door opening device of the present embodiment further includes the following components:
a rear door 13, which is arranged at the rear side of the cabinet body 1 of the article storage cabinet, wherein a rear door lock 25 is arranged on the rear door 13; the rear door 13 is preferably a left-right double door rear door;
a plurality of emergency holes 26, which are arranged on the side wall of the lock frame 21 facing the rear door 13, wherein each emergency hole 26 is opposite to the tail end of one electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61;
the emergency pry bar 27 is used for being inserted into the emergency hole 26, the emergency pry bar 27 is preferably in a straight bar shape, one end of the emergency pry bar 27 extends into the lock frame 21 to be an insertion end, the other end of the emergency pry bar is left outside the emergency hole 26 of the lock frame 21 to be a handheld end; the insertion end of the emergency pry bar 27 can extend below the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61, and the tail end is lifted to unlock the electromagnetic lock 6; when the outer end of the emergency crow bar 27 is movably penetrated out of the emergency hole 26 on the side wall of the lock frame 21, the emergency hole 26 can expose the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 of the corresponding electromagnetic lock 6.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer end of the emergency pry bar 27 is further provided with a handheld handle, so that a worker can hold the emergency pry bar 27 to perform emergency unlocking operation of the electromagnetic lock more conveniently.
When the electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 is subjected to the unexpected problem, and the electromagnetic lock emergency unlocking cannot be realized by manually pulling the electromagnetic lock emergency stay 2202 at the top of the cabinet body, a worker can perform the following operations:
1) Unlocking the rear door lock 25 of the cabinet 1 and opening the rear door 13;
2) Inserting an emergency pry bar 27 into the emergency hole 26, wherein the insertion end of the emergency pry bar 27 extends to the lower part of the tail end of an electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 opposite to the emergency hole 26;
3) And one end of the emergency pry bar 27 exposed out of the emergency hole 26 is adjusted, so that the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod 61 is lifted by the insertion end of the emergency pry bar 27, and the electromagnetic lock 6 is unlocked.

the emergency stay wire assembly is arranged at the top of the cabinet body and comprises a plurality of transversely arranged electromagnetic lock emergency stay wire heads, a plurality of electromagnetic lock emergency stay wires and a plurality of isolation holes for the single electromagnetic lock emergency stay wires to pass through, and the isolation holes are mutually isolated; one end of each electromagnetic lock emergency stay wire is connected with one electromagnetic lock emergency stay wire head, the other end of each electromagnetic lock emergency stay wire penetrates through an isolation hole and then is fixed with the tail end of an electromagnetic lock emergency stay rod of an electromagnetic lock, and the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency stay rod moves upwards under the traction of the electromagnetic lock emergency stay wire to trigger the electromagnetic lock to be unlocked;

each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire corresponds to one electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire, and each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire corresponds to one isolation hole and one wire hole; the wire holes on the horizontal supporting plate are opposite to the upper end openings of the lock frames, and each wire hole corresponds to one electromagnetic lock installation position in each lock frame; each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire corresponds to one electromagnetic lock;
the emergency door opening device further comprises:
the rear door is arranged at the rear side of the cabinet body of the article storage cabinet, and a rear door lock is arranged on the rear door;
the emergency holes are arranged on the side wall of the lock frame facing the rear door, and each emergency hole is opposite to the tail end of one electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod;
the emergency pry bar is used for being inserted into the emergency hole, and the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull bar is lifted up to unlock the electromagnetic lock.

The emergency door opening device of an article storage cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the tail end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod of any electromagnetic lock is arranged corresponding to an electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head through an electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire.

The emergency door opening device of an article storage cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the number of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull heads is the same as the number of the isolation holes, and one electromagnetic lock emergency pull head corresponds to one isolation hole; the number of the isolation holes is the same as that of the electromagnetic locks arranged on the lock frame, and one isolation hole corresponds to one electromagnetic lock installation position.

after the free end of each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire passes through an isolation hole, the free end of each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire extends into the lock frame from the top of the cabinet body and is fixedly connected with the tail end of an electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod of an electromagnetic lock, each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire corresponds to one electromagnetic lock, and all electromagnetic lock emergency pull wires passing through the isolation holes are parallel and isolated from each other;
the specified electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head is manually pulled at the top of the cabinet body, the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head drives the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire fixed by the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire head to move upwards, and then one end of the electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod on the electromagnetic lock corresponding to the electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire is driven to move upwards, so that the electromagnetic lock is unlocked.

The method of emergency door opening for an article storage cabinet according to claim 5, wherein the top of the cabinet body is further provided with a plurality of wire holes, each wire hole corresponds to an isolation hole, and each wire hole corresponds to an electromagnetic lock mounting position, the method further comprising:
the free end of each electromagnetic lock emergency pull wire passes through an isolation hole respectively, and then passes through the corresponding wire hole, and then stretches into the lock frame from the opening at the top of the cabinet body to be fixedly connected with the tail end of an electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod.

The method for emergency opening of an article storage compartment of claim 5, wherein the emergency opening device further comprises: the rear door is arranged at the rear side of the cabinet body of the article storage cabinet, a rear door lock is arranged on the rear door, a plurality of emergency holes capable of being movably inserted into the emergency crowbar are formed in the side wall of the lock frame facing the rear door, and each emergency hole is opposite to the tail end of one electromagnetic lock emergency pull rod; the method further comprises the steps of:
