Abstract
The present disclosure provides a sound insulation radiation protection device, including the protective member, the protective member is formed by the combination of sound insulation material layer and radiation shielding material layer. In some embodiments, the top surface guard member is removably attached to the side guard member by a fastener.
In some embodiments, a top portion of the side guard member is provided with a lifting ring, and a bottom portion of the side guard member opposite the top portion is provided with a caster.
In some embodiments, the side guard members and the caster wheels together form an inverted T-shaped configuration.
In some embodiments, at least one of the top guard member and the side guard member is a plate-like structure.
In some embodiments, the side guard members are transparent.
In an exemplary embodiment, the layer of acoustic insulation material in the side shield member comprises tempered acoustic glass, and the layer of radiation shielding material in the side shield member comprises lead glass.
In other embodiments, the sound-deadening material layer and the radiation-shielding material layer in the side shield member are formed in the same layer, and include sound-deadening glass containing lead.
In an exemplary embodiment, the layer of sound insulating material in the top surface guard member comprises a sound absorbing panel and the layer of radiation shielding material in the top surface guard member comprises a lead panel.
In other embodiments, the sound insulating material layer and the radiation shielding material layer in the top surface protective member are formed in the same layer, and include a sound absorbing plate containing lead.
In some embodiments, two side shield members and one top shield member together comprise a shield enclosure for security inspection equipment; wherein the two side shield members are arranged face to face with the layer of acoustic barrier material in each side shield member being disposed on the side of that side shield member facing the other side shield member; and the two side shield members support the one top shield member in common, and the sound insulating material layer in the top shield member is disposed to face the two side shield members.
Therefore, the protection member in the sound-insulation and radiation-protection device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has both the radiation shielding function and the sound insulation function, and has the radiation shielding effect while achieving the sound insulation effect. According to the inventive concept of the present disclosure, there is provided a sound-insulating radiation protection device, comprising a shield member formed by combining a sound-insulating material layer and a radiation-shielding material layer. Referring to fig. 1-4, an acoustic radiation shield of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a shield member that is a combination of a layer of acoustic insulation material and a layer of radiation shielding material. The guard member further includes: a top surface guard member and a side surface guard member, the top surface guard member being detachably connected to the side surface guard member. For example, in the illustrated exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the guard member includes a top guard member 2 and a side guard member 1. As shown in fig. 3, the side shield member 1 is composed of a combination of a sound insulating material layer 5 and a radiation shielding material layer 6. As shown in fig. 4, the top surface guard member 2 is formed by combining a sound insulating material layer 8 and a radiation shielding material layer 7. Therefore, the protection member in the sound-insulation and radiation-protection device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has both the radiation shielding function and the sound insulation function, and has the radiation shielding effect while achieving the sound insulation effect.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, the top shield member 2 and the side shield member 1 are each a plate-shaped structure, and the top shield member 2 is detachably coupled to the side shield member 1. For example, the top surface guard member 2 is detachably connected to the side surface guard member 1 by a fastener such as a screw. Further, as shown in fig. 2, a top portion of the side shield member is provided with a hanging ring 3, and a bottom portion of the side shield member opposite to the top portion is provided with a caster 4. For example, the caster 4 may be a universal wheel having a height adjusting function. More specifically, the side shield members 1 and the caster wheels 4 together form an inverted T-shaped configuration, increasing stability. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the side shield member is transparent. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the soundproof material layer 5 and the radiation shielding material layer 6 in the side shield member are stacked and combined with each other. The layer of acoustic insulation material 5 in the side shield member may include, but is not limited to, tempered acoustic glass, while the layer of radiation shielding material 6 in the side shield member may include, but is not limited to, lead glass. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the sound insulation material layer and the radiation shielding material layer in the side shield member may also be formed as the same layer, and may be integrally formed of leaded sound insulation glass, for example. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1, two side shield members 1 and one top shield member 2 together constitute a shield enclosure for security inspection equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, security inspection equipment. More specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, 4, two side shield members 1 are arranged face to face, and the sound insulating material layer 5 in each side shield member 1 is provided on the side of the side shield member 1 facing the other side shield member 1. Meanwhile, the two side shield members 1 support one top shield member 2 in common, and the sound insulating material layer 8 in the top shield member 2 is disposed to face the two side shield members 1. Through the structure, the sound-insulation and radiation-protection device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be used as a safety debugging and protection outer cover of large equipment.

1. A sound-insulating and radiation-proof device comprises a protective component, wherein the protective component is formed by combining a sound-insulating material layer and a radiation-shielding material layer.
2. An acoustic radiation shield according to claim 1, wherein said shield member further comprises: a top surface guard member and a side surface guard member, the top surface guard member being detachably connected to the side surface guard member.
3. An acoustic radiation shield according to claim 2 wherein said top shield member is removably attached to said side shield member by fasteners.
4. The acoustic and radiation protection device of claim 2, wherein said side shield members are provided with lifting rings at a top portion thereof and casters at a bottom portion thereof opposite to said top portion.
5. An acoustic and radiation shield according to claim 4 and wherein said side shield members and said casters together define an inverted T-shaped configuration.
6. Sound and radiation protection device according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
at least one of the top guard member and the side guard member is a plate-like structure.
7. Sound and radiation protection device according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the side guard member is transparent.
8. An acoustic and radiation protection device, according to claim 7,
the layer of acoustic insulation material in the side shield member comprises tempered acoustic glass, and the layer of radiation shielding material in the side shield member comprises lead glass.
9. An acoustic and radiation protection device, according to claim 7,
the sound insulating material layer and the radiation shielding material layer in the side shield member are formed in the same layer, and include lead-containing soundproof glass.
10. Sound and radiation protection device according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the layer of sound insulating material in the top protective member comprises a sound absorbing panel and the layer of radiation shielding material in the top protective member comprises a lead panel.
11. An acoustic and radiation protection device, as defined in claim 10,
the sound insulating material layer and the radiation shielding material layer in the top surface protective member are formed in the same layer, and include a sound absorbing plate containing lead.
12. An acoustic and radiation protection device, as defined in claim 2,
the two side surface protection components and the top surface protection component jointly form a protection outer cover for the safety inspection equipment; wherein
The two side shield members being arranged face to face with the layer of sound insulating material in each side shield member being disposed on the side of that side shield member facing the other side shield member; and
