Background

The microstructure of this steel sheet at room temperature is composed of ferrite and pearlite. The steel can be used for cold forming of automobile structural parts, such as front longitudinal beams of cars, is automobile steel with high strength, high plasticity and strain rate strengthening effect, and has good collision energy absorption potential.
The HC340LA steel has good welding performance and enough strength and stamping performance, so the steel is widely applied to the fields of automobile A-pillar upper reinforcements, inner B-pillars, rocker extensions, left and right longitudinal beam outer plates, chassis seat parts and the like, and has wide development prospect.

(4) the continuous annealing process flow comprises the following steps: uncoiling the cold-hard coil steel strip, heating to 785 +/-5 ℃, soaking for 130-160S, cooling to 580 +/-20 ℃ at the speed of 3-5 ℃/S, then cooling to 380-450 ℃ at the cooling speed of 10-15 ℃/S, and setting the flat elongation at 1.7%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
the low-alloy high-strength steel has a metallographic microstructure of ferrite and a grain size of 11.5-12. The 340 MPa-grade cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel for automobiles, which is produced by the method provided by the invention, is subjected to stamping use tests of a plurality of automobile factories, and all indexes of surface quality and performance reach the relevant technical standard requirements of the automobile factories, so that the use requirements of the relevant automobile factories are met. The mechanical property and the process property meet the requirements of EN10268-2013 cold-forming high-yield-strength cold-rolled steel strip. Meanwhile, the alloy of the invention has low cost and simple preparation method, and is suitable for industrial production.

Example 1
The method comprises the following steps of carrying out desulfurization pretreatment on molten iron, carrying out decarburization and dephosphorization on the molten iron by adopting a top-bottom combined blown converter to obtain molten steel, blowing argon in the whole process of the converter smelting, adding scrap steel into the converter, and carrying out tapping at 1635 ℃ by the converter. Example 2
