s1, carrying the glass carrying hoisting device to a pre-use position, opening the box body, and taking out the hoisting device (2), the telescopic supporting device (4), the balancing weight (9) and the hoisting component (5) stored in the box body;
s2, rotating the two support frames (12) to a supporting state;
s3, installing a lifting device (2) on the supporting frame (12);
s4, installing a telescopic supporting device (4), wherein one end of the telescopic supporting device (4) is connected with a supporting frame (12), and the other end of the telescopic supporting device supports a telescopic lifting rod (22) of the lifting device (2);
s5, placing a balancing weight (9) between two supporting frames (12) in the box body;
s6, mounting a lifting part (5) on the lifting device (2);
and S7, pulling out a pulley (71) extending to the top end of the telescopic lifting rod (22) along the telescopic lifting rod (22) by a lifting part (5) at one end of the lifting rope (31), sleeving the pulley (71) by a movable pulley (73), and then hanging the pulley on a hook (72).
8. The method of claim 7, wherein step S3 comprises the steps of:
step S31, rotating the telescopic boom (22) out of a long groove on a transverse plate (21) of the hoisting device (2), and then elongating the telescopic boom (22);
step S32, then installing the transverse plate (21) between the two supporting frames (12);
and step S33, a rubber pad (6) is arranged between the transverse plate (21) and the transverse plate (12).
